    I’ve been going to Universal for over 5 years (but the more I think about it I want to say for almost a decade!) I’ve gone through a few techs and finally landed on the one…Hannah 🤗! She’s amazing! She listens to you and she does fabulous work! There are other great staff there but Hannah’s that girl! So much so that she stays booked so call first!10/10 Highly recommend!

    I’ve been coming to Universal Nails for several years. I don’t like to experiment with different nail techs because I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I love the owner Ivy and the staff. My favorite nail techs are Julie and Tyler they do exceptional nails. They always get the job done.

    I come here for Tyler. He’s great at pink and white sets and does a neat job . He’s usually booked so call before going to see if he has any availability. He’s also super kind and funny.The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. I’m only rating 4 stars because I think the receptionist can be dismissive, and it comes off as rude.

    I was serviced by Esther. Reasonable prices. I thought it was odd that technician didnt ask what type of pedicure only choice was gel or non gel. I appreciated being a walk in and served immediately. The receptionist was very friendly.

    Clean, 1000 colors to choose from it seemed, service was friendly. Id give it 4.5 if I could. Manicure and pedicure were very nice but not the best I ever had. I would recommend though.

    Ive been going to this location for over a year. Love the atmosphere and management is friendly and eager to make clients happy. As for nail techs, I can honestly say there isnt a bad one there; but recently with one nail tech Ive been seeing for a while she became lazy with her work. If I allow her creative control the result is amazing, when I ask for something specific she gives a lot of push back and the last 2 times I felt she sabotaged or veered from what I actually wanted. Now I pay good money for my nails and almost gave up returning at all! But today, TODAY, I went to a different nail tech whos only on his third day at the shop and his work was absolutely phenomenal! I love my nails and he welcomed my specifications. If your thinking about going I recommend you see Peter. Love his work and professionalism.

    This salon make you feel like a family. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are very friendly. They communicate with you as a friend not a customer. Beautiful design inside of this salon and complimentary refreshments. Each technician is highly trained and I can choose any on day of service because the work is done well but I’m favorite is Andy. He’s great. Totally recommend

    Excellent, the absolute best & extremely clean. Ive been going to see Helen for many years ,even since before she was at Universal. She is hands down the best at what she does. Professional, kind, and pays, attention to detail, never just rushing thru & always going the extra step... While Ive tried others here and there in a pinch, I have always regret it... I highly recommend Helen to everyone... You wont be disappointed.

    Absolutely Wonderful 💫, we had such a lovely experience ! My Mother, Husband and I walked in for pedicures and manicures, we had superb nail technicians who took their time with us and had such kind mannerisms. I had Suzanne, my Mother had Celeste and my husband had Julie . The place was clean, classy and comfortable as well. Professional & Kind is a hard combo to find in establishments nowadays and we appreciate excellent service .

    Quiet and relaxing atmosphere...dont get me wrong; this place is busy and buzzing! AND they take the time to do it right! Weve come back to get nails fixed that were done poorly elsewhere! May be a wait but worth it...lots of nail techs to choose from. Prices are fair. They also have a threader for your unwanted hair situations! Guys come here, too!

    Love this nail salon I travel all the way from Miami with my daughter for years to this salon they are very efficient truly happy with their services. When I get my pedi done I always do the Deluxe pedi and dip powder amazing services. I would totally recommend Universal Nail Salon.     I love love love University Nails! THAO, IVY and HANNAH are my absolute favorite ladies. I make my appointment and the time is respected. The owners really put their money into the business. They do not skip on sanitation at all. The staff are all skilled at the services they provide and are extremely kind. I have been frequenting this nail salon for 4 years and I am going to remain loyal!

    Great experience. I cant remember the ladys name that serviced me, but she did a fantastic job. I can say that the results were one of the best that Ive ever had. The facility is very nicely decorated. They offer water, pop and wine (one glass only)while youre being serviced. It was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise.

    I love this place. Specially the nail tech, Louie. He does an amazing job and a great conversationalist. When I come in with a color that I want, he already knows it or can get me a very similar one. He is very kind and patient with my kids when i have to bring them in. The place is very clean and it has a relaxing atmosphere. It is a big salon so you dont feel on top of other people. They have numerous choice of free beverages and a rewards program. Their choice of gel colors is extensive. It is a little pricier than other salons but for good reason. And if it wasnt for Louie though, I would jump around to different salons depending my my schedule. Not anymore. I found my salon and tech!

    Great space and affordable. I’ve had 2 nail techs work on my nails. Hanna did my nails first was AMAZING, very kind, took her time and wanted to make sure everything was to my liking. 2nd time I went in, Bee did my nails. Was not very happy or pleased with the nail art design she did and she offered very little to help correct it. In no way did her work look like the image I showed her. The design ended up looking like a 3 year drew squiggles on my nails and not at all like the trendy swirl design. I pointed it out to her that it did not look good and she got defensive instead of trying to fix them. And when I asked for the correction, was told she wouldn’t have time. It became abundantly clear that her priority was leaving the salon and not making sure me, a paying customer, was happy. I would not recommend Bee, I personally will not ever have her work on my nails again, but fully recommend Hanna.

    They do very nice pink and white full-set. I am glad to come back to try this salon again since 2011. The place are clean, and people are friendly. They even have receptionist during weekend. Their girl is awesome!! Tips: They have so many nail polish colors you can choose for your nails.

    Been a client for years! Love the upgraded salon, and the staff. Great selection of colors and options, great chairs, and very clean.     Beautiful remodeled location!! I followed my nail tech to this location and I am very pleased of how well it is kept as well as the color selection. You get more bang for your buck at this place considering what we usually pay to upgrade at other locations. The owner is super friendly as well as the staff! Great customer service!!     Everyone is great here! I absolutely love bella she is my nail tech and she is the sweetest. Been going there about 2 years now. I first started with hannah and jamie and I love them also.     Walk-ins are welcome. Its a hit or miss place. Some technicians are great, some not so great. I only get mani/pedi occasionally. I dont mind when I get a not so great technician. but if you get your nails done regularly, then get the name of the good one.

    Very clean nail salon: instruments came in a sealed plastic case, which has been sterilized. The nail techs were very professional and nice. The salon was big, so people werent on top of each other, which allowed you to fully relax and enjoy the experience of being pampered at a reputable nail salon 😁❤💅

    This was my first time going to Universal Nails and Spa. I was referred by my nail tech as she had to cancell my appointment unexpected. She referred to specially to Tyler. I called ahead to set an appointment. Tyler was great and has a nice sense of humor. My service was a fill (ombré) and polish change.Tyler was very efficient and has great time management. I was done with my service in 35 mins! The salon is very spacious, clean and has a nice ambiance. The staff was really nice. I would definitely visit again.

    Well I cannot believe I lived in the area for 2 years and did not see this gem of a place. I was going to a crummy(not so great) place on commercial blv and then I decided to just look in the lauderhill area. I was pleasantly surprised. Really modern and very big. Clean, tidy and well lit. I would have given it 5* but my technician was scrubbing my feet and The scrubber fell on the floor and she proceeded to use the same one that fell on the floor on my feet. I immediately stopped her. She was a more mature lady. Would not have her again as she does not have that touch I am looking for. But when I have family in Town we will definitely come here. I really have fallen in love with this place. Where have I been for 2 years.? Oh and tvs everywhere. Love to see there are lots of males working there also. Thank you kindly

    Looking for a good nail spot, this one is definitely on the list. Nice service and good work. Helena does the dip really well. She makes it thin so it doesnt look fake or bulky. Not everyone can do that. The place is clean and sanitary.

I followed Ivy from Nail Trixs and she is the best , my granddaughter is special needs with cerebral palsy and Ivy does her nails so perfect and her pedis , 7 yrs now shes been my nail specialist and I absolutely love her, from the opening of this location her and her husband and family have work very hard to provide the best customer service there is....you wont be even a little bit disappointed to have your nails done there....Nails and customer service at its finest.....♥️♥️♥️

    The best thing I like about going here is that they truly understand what an appointment is, customer service is great, and I love the fact that they put the plastic on the chairs for pedicures. keep up the good work :)

    This place just got a new upgrade and it really does make the place look bigger and gives it more space. The nail technicians take their time and make sure you get what you want. Would recomend 100%

    Miley was AMAZING OMGOODNESS I AM LITERALLY OVERWHELMED WITH HAPPINESS, she engaged in conversation she was very lovely I will only come to UNIVERSAL NAILS ONLY periodttttt, believe me you will not go anywhere else you will not be disappointed, these are amazing and Nice People, Miley made me feel worth it for my hard working money I spent.

    I went by myself for my first ever professional mani Pedi it was relaxing and comfortablei spent thirty dollars which is more then fair for amazing services and accommodations i will be back agian for sure .
