My nails are usually in pretty good shape. But this time they were not. I had a few of my natural nails that were broken and others that were weak. Jean did an amazing job getting them cleaned up and looking good. He took his time and was very meticulous in making sure they all looked the same and didn’t have any bumps or imperfections. I’d come back again to him for a dip manicure! Thank you!

Venetian Nail Salon at Bal Harbour Square is under new ownership!!My experience at Venetian Nail salon was fantastic!! I highly recommend giving it a try. The new ownership has definitely elevated the salons standards. As soon as I walked in I was happily greeted with a friendly smile, making me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be returning. Pricey, but definitely worth it. The salon has a luxurious, old world European feel. I love the drapes and the waterfall feature. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The foot and leg massage help to relieve so much tension, and the massage chair as well for my back. I love how my nails came out! Ill definitely be back!

I had made an appointment at the Flagler location, but being new to the area put he wrong Venetian into Waze.They were able to accommodate date me and were so friendly. So I called the Flagler location to let them know my mistake and to cancel .Lisa did my gel pedi and Dip Mani. She did a fantastic job and I have now found my new nail salon. Thank you! Moved here 2 and a half years ago and was recommended to Josie, the best manicurist ever. She does my nails to perfection. Her awareness to detail is amazing...does an excellent job cleaning up my cuticles. She is very detail oriented. She has recently gotten into nail art and has done some beautiful art on my nails. She is also very personable and fun to chat with.

I really enjoy coming to Venetian. Ive been a customer for a few years now and I mainly get pedis here and I think they always do a fantastic job. The higher end pedis are $51 which IS steep but you get an amazing experience with fresh fruit, mud masks and exfoliation so I think its worth it. Ask for Tina, shes a sweetheart!

After I moved, it took me a few months to find the right place (and person) for my Mani/pedis (especially with sensitive skin) and for the last 3 years, this is now he only place in Ft Lauderdale Ill go. Its clean, comfortable and I was lucky enough to find Josie, who has now become the only person I trust to do my nails. They also just upgraded all the pedicure chairs and theyre a tremendous improvement. Tons of colors and styles to choose from and the complimentary wine is a delightful bonus!

Jimmy did a wonderful job on my dip, the last time I had dip on my nails was the first time and the guy prior to Jimmy did terrible but Jimmys work is great it looks so natural Im so impressed, the other guy made the dip lumpy and unnatural near the cuticle Inhad decided that Id never get the service again. Jimmys work is going to keep me coming back. It has location as Bal Harbour but that is incorrect I was in Fort Lauderdale at the location off of Federal Hwy that is where Jimmy works, not sure how it used this location.

Please don’t trust those bad reviews. I have been coming to this salon since they opened and always treated like a queen. They have the best customer service ever! I don’t have a go to nail tech since all of them are my favorites. I’m not an easy going person, but never get disappointed with my nails here. I barely have appointments due to my job but the wait not so bad all time. Well, it will be up to an hour or so wait time if you come on holidays, so try to make an appointment days before cause they are the busiest salon in town all year round. Disposable liners and tool kits are used for both manicure and pedicure services to ensure your safety which is a huge plus compared to other salons. I love love live this Venetian so much! Highly recommended if you need to pamper yourself. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had an amazing experience at Venetian Nail Spa at the 1634 Federal Hwy location in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is friendly and accommodating, I was able to get a same day appointment no problem. Since it was my first time here, I didn’t request a specific nail tech, and while I’m sure the entire staff is great, I feel fortunate to have been paired with Brooke. She’s extremely thorough and talented. Her knowledge and love for the industry make it an even more pleasurable experience, I definitely recommend her I will be returning to see her for her full body waxing services as well. Overall, it’s was a 5 Star experience.

Went in for my first time and Im extremely happy with how my nails turned out. 😍 The nail tech really took his time and made sure to get everything perfect without me even having to ask him to. I didnt have to tell him to fix anything and Im a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. This place is definitely on the pricier side..I paid $68 for a gel acrylic manicure but it was worth every penny!!

Jackie is the absolute best! He’s been doing my nails for the past almost year since I moved to Florida and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Location is also super clean and staff is amazing. Prices are also very reasonable. I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews because at least from my personal experience I have not once encountered any problems and I visit about twice a month.

Ive been going to Venetian for 6 years my technicians are Tommy and Mimi I could not have better people working on my nails. They are very professional and are very good at what they do I would never go any place else and I wouldnt have anybody else do my nails and waxing. They make me feel very welcomed and part of their family. If I have a question about my nails Tommy always knows what to do and Mimi actually Ive never had a better person do my eyebrows, they are always perfect. The manager is a very kind man and is very good with people I would never change my nail salon.

Im new to the area and decided to try out Venetian Nail Spa and Ive continued to visit location every couple of weeks for pedi and gels. Ive called ahead and been a walk-in and never have had to wait for service. Ive also been that last minute customer and theyve taken me in, which Im really appreciative of. Overall, the quality of work has been great, my nails look fantastic. The gels last almost three weeks with no chips or cracks. Ill continue to visit this location and recommend to my friends to have their nails taken care of here.My awesome nail techs have been Bella and Emily.

I like coming to this place because its close to my house. I think some of the staff has more experience than others. Its pretty simple manicure, nothing out of the ordinary. I wish they used cleaner utensils. There not big on cleaning their tools. Theyre not great on doing acrylic nails, I would just stick to regular natural nails in this place. Overall its not a bad place, but for the price and the look of the place I definitely think they should pamper more and have a tea or coffee station.

Came here after trying the Venetian in Flagler which was too busy to get me in and the one in Balharbour were able to accommodate me right away and the salon is equally as nice inside. Service was great and didn’t feel rushed at all and everyone was friendly. Will definitely return to this salon.

Very nice and relaxing place! As soon as you come in, you will be greeted by friendly staffs. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The technician do care about how you want your nails to be. And the most important thing is CLEAN! This place is definitely hygienic. I wont go anywhere else for my nails. Thanks Venetians staffs!!!

This is by far the nicest nail salon in east Fort Lauderdale. I have been coming here for years and love all the staff. The salon is very clean and they use all disposable stuff which makes it even better! I love that I can have a glass of wine while I get my mani and pedi. They always have the latest colors and brand names. My favorite nail tech is Vivian by far!! She is very detailed and always makes my nails look fabulous.

I love going to Naomi for the healthy nails/dip powder manicures. She recommended the powder to help my nails grow stronger and healthier and the powder lasts for weeks without a single chip. My nails are in great shape and the longest theyve ever been. Naomi also gives great pedicures and Venetians massage chairs are the best.

Ive been coming here for many years. I always schedule my appt in advance with Vivian and never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. They always make sure to put me in the room with the TV that has HGTV on. I really look forward to my appts here and highly recommend them!

The cucumber hot stone pedicure is a must! I was lucky to have Kim work her magic on my tired, achy legs. The tingly foot mask was invigorating and she even hit all of the pressure points during the hot stone massage. Dont skimp on your feet, and treat yo self at the Venetian nail spa!

My personal experience was good overall, the service was quick and still performed well. The staff could be a bit more warm and welcoming but it was close towards the end of the day so its possible that they were tired. Nonetheless I would recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.
