As soon as I came in Helen was waiting by door to greet me for my appointment. My experience was nothing but outstanding! I got the deluxe pedicure and she hook me up with a mimosa!Helen was professional, funny and I highly recommend her services. I will be coming back soon!

I love coming here to get my manicure and pedicure done. The staff (no matter who it is) is always friendly! My nail tech was Camilla and she did such an amazing job. You can tell that her priority is to her client. Shes very attentive, sweet, and very detailed in her to work. Definitely felt relaxed while getting pampered. I did make an appointment before coming and didnt have to wait. They do accept walk-ins though. Will continue to come here. Thank you Camilla!

I’ve been coming here for four years and have a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. I love getting my gel manicures and can be in and out within an hour, exactly what I’m looking for with my busy schedule.

Friendly staff and accommodating to walk ins.The nice part about old chairs is that you can recline all the way back to nap while your feet are taken care of 😴 the young male technician that took care of me did an absolutely stellar job. I dont usually end up being so relaxed I fall asleep during a pedi. Will request him the next time I come around. My only suggestion would be furniture reno/re-upholstering due to excessive wear and tear and a deep clean of the establishment.

I have been going to them for years, 5 years to be exact! I also get my lashes done here as well. They are soo friendly and attentive. They are also very clean and they take their time with you. I added some pictures for reference. I usually change in between dip, gel or just a regular mani and pedi with a polish. Lilly is the best who does both nails and lashes!!!!!

If you are having trouble finding a nail tech (or even if you have one and want someone better), Layla is amazing. You think you like your nails now, just wait till you get a manicure from Layla. Ive been going to her for years for gel polish with long natural almond shaped nails. I dont see anyone else (Im super picky when it comes to nails). Enjoy!

I love the atmosphere of this shop. More upscale than most local nail shops. I get services from Veronica. I invited a friend whose nail tech was out time and after 18 years they have switched to Venetian Nails. There are a little pricey. But it is worth the atmosphere and service.

I have gone twice now and had a great experience both times! I get gel pedicures and dip manicures. The first time I did both with Katie, and the second time I did both with Kyle. Both of them were fantastic and really took their time. They were so friendly and welcoming, and I didnt have to wait at all (I did make an appointment though). Kyle went as far as taking off my anklet and putting it back on when he noticed it had dangling stars that could be damaged or fall off- I hadnt even noticed that but he did! Wonderful service, the price is not bad considering everything. I will definitely back for either Katie or Kyle! =)

I had two consecutive negative experiences. This last one was enough for me to walk out with powder on my nails so I had to find another place to go. The first experience was simple...cracked nail the day after, they fixed it. They are good with that.The next experience...I was getting a french but with a colored tip. She buffed and cut my nails. Then when applying the tip polish she says she cannot do it because the nail is too short. So I asked her why did she cut them so short if she knew she couldnt do what I asked for. She leaves and comes back with manager who tells me the girl couldnt do the french with the polish I chose because the glitter in it would be hard to get the line straight because I told her to cut my nails short and even. So, I said that she knew what I asked for, I am paying for it so I want what I am paying for, its what I always get. In any case, I ended up opting for a solid polish instead, no glitter. The girl goes to get the polish and when she comes back she has someone with her, moves her things and tells me she cannot help me. Mind you, she was midway through the process. I felt bad but on the same token, she acted like I had no right to question her. She cut my nails down knowing she couldnt do the job then got upset because I asked her why she would do so much knowing she didnt have the skill to finish the job. When she moved her things and brought another to finish her job, I was done. She didnt have the courtesy to tell me she wasnt finishing either. It was unprofessional. I wont go there again.

I went in with my daughter during a super busy day, without an appointment. We only waited 5 minutes and were ushered to get our nails done right away. Our attendants were very good, friendly, fast, detailed and attentive.Sophia did an outstanding job with my manicure.Even though they are a little pricier than my usual salon, it is worth it.

Came to town prior to boarding a ship for a week-long cruise. Staff at my hotel recommended this nearby salon. My nail tech was Aleysa. She did a great job, helped me choose my color, and then stopped after one toe because she felt I might want to change my mind. She was right! Aleysa paid attention to small details. I really appreciated our conversation and loved how great my toes looked! Next winter’s cruise getaway will have to include a pedi at Venetian!

I love to come and relax here and get my mani and pedi. While Im getting my pedi they have free massage chairs and I always get a lower back massage. 😌 Priceless. The people that work here are super nice and the place is very clean. They also have eyebrow waxing and are really good at it. They are really good at nails too both hands and feet. If you have time come check this place out and relax as they pamper you.

Great place, punctual and clean. Best tech there is Maily and worst I have come across is Viki. I have not had my nails done by any other techs. I do regular Mani/Pedi, no gel.Updated 2/25/22,: Maily is still the best and I have not used any other Tech. They raised the prices by $2.00 for regular Mani, now $17.00.
