Nova is the most outstanding employee you have. She is detailed and understands people. She waited on me listened to me looked me in the eyes and walked me to the product. Even put matching color on my face. I walked around and watched her as she was waiting on other people. Even waited for her two different times after she helped people to have her answer more questions. Wow she was extra nice and helped me again. She needs to teach customer service to everyone. I would hire her in a minute!If anyone goes to Ultra ask for her. She’s 100% gonna help you’

I had two different experiences in the same shopping trip. First, the girl that helped me with my foundation made it painless, she nailed the foundation so quick, had a great recommendation and helped attempt to find a sold out item. (This is the ONLY reason this review has 4 stars at all.)Second experience, after checkout - I asked an employee for help to find another product that was on an end cap. After looking for it in the section, she didn’t find it and was going to “look more places.” I saw her talking to the girl from Experience 1, after about 5 minutes and the woman walked right by us. Didn’t say anything; proceeded to the pickup station to help a different customer. She didn’t find the item and didn’t find her customer service either. The gentleman picking up the order probably was the first person she was supposed to help and proceeded to help others instead. If I could base my review on Experience 2, it would be 1 star.I didn’t expect the item to be in stock since the shelf was empty - that’s not the problem with Experience 2. Help the original customer prior to helping others, saying you were helping someone else IS acceptable.

Kelly is amazing! A skin care consultant but also VERY knowledgeable about makeup and perfumes. The store always looks amazing and is well stocked✨ Bhea also made the checkout easy, quick and fast and was so friendly! Definitely my favorite Ulta store 🧡

Courtney is an absolute treat and a magician with hair.Originally, my adult son had his haircut by Courtney (went from midback in length to a business type hairstyle). It looked phenomenal.Next, my daughter visited our hair guru. Her hair is usually unmanageable and often frizzy. It is now easier to manage, and it looks very sophisticated. Ive had numerous challenges with hair loss. I thought if anyone could help my hair look better, it would be Courtney. It looks fuller, healthier, and I couldnt be happier. I told her if my husband had hair he would also be one of her clients.

I have gotten my hair done here a few times before and I’m always happy with the result. I’m getting my daughters haircut today and had booked an appointment with a stylist, (I just picked the first open appointment) and they called me to inform me that unfortunately they were sick and gave me options for another stylist or another appointment time. I really appreciated this. Fast forward a couple hours later the salon called me again to let me know the stylist I rescheduled with was going to have some overflow. This second call was from the GM, Tremaine (forgive me if I spelled this wrong) and she was just so polite and helpful. I mean my daughter is 8 and I’m not saying I don’t care who cuts her hair or how it looks but she just needs a trim. I just really respect how they handled the situation as if my preference was important even know they knew it was a kids haircut. And honestly $25 for a kids haircut is a steal especially from a reputable salon like Ulta. So yes, 5 stars for customer service and we haven’t even got her haircut yet. Thank you for being amazing. Amazing staff. Shoutout to Ash who I tried to book but has the day off.

Oh my goodness!!! Melanie Baird was the best hairdresser i’ve ever had! Absolutely amazing and takes the time to listen to each clients needs! Me and my mother recommend her to anyone who’s had bad experiences with hair dressers!!! I wish i wasnt leaving the area, i will definitely miss her too much!!!!

I enjoyed the variety of beauty products. I was excited to find that they carry Joico hair products, which are the only hair products that keep my hair healthy and thick. I was greeted with a friendly hello when I entered the store. The sales people are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products. The best part for me, even if its a small thing, is that the sales floor employees are NOT pushy! They actually listen and genuinely offer help to the customer!Overall, it was a great experience!!

Okay, if you want your hair to look like it was made to be on the cover of vogue, BOOK ABBY!!!! She’s a master stylist and I think master is truly an understatement to her abilities, it costs a little extra but the results you get are worth every penny. She did my hair today and I don’t think I’ve felt this beautiful in forever. Before she did my hair, I was embarrassed walking anywhere in public. I certainly didnt feel like I belonged in a beauty store like ulta. I cried a lot because I felt so ugly and embarrassed. But Abby changed that for me, I don’t think I’ve held my head this high walking anywhere before. She put so much time and effort into my hair, she made my dream hair come to life but made it EVEN BETTER! I don’t think she realizes just how much of a difference she made in my life within six hours. Abby was so kind, patient, and a great conversationalist the entire way through. You have got to book with her if you have the chance, I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Abby 🩷

This is my first time ever leaving a review for Ulta, I haven’t always had the best experiences here BUT I had the sweetest young woman help me and made it my best experience ever. Aniece is absolutely the sweetest and most helpful person to help me at any makeup store. She took her time to really try and find the perfect foundation for me, not only to color match, but also the type of foundation for my again skin. I even had a few moments where I was being negative about my skin and the fact that I was basically in my pajamas lol…but she was so kind about everything and reminded me to be nicer to myself and to remember to love myself. You can tell that she truly cares about people and genuinely wants to help. I wanted to make sure I left a review so that hopefully her managers know how amazing she is! She is so beautiful and has such a beautiful soul, she truly made my day and like I said she not only helped me and took her time…she also was so kind to me and reminded me to be kinder to myself…and that means more than anything else!!! Thank you so much Aniece for being YOU!!!

Went in to Ulta for the first time and because of the sales associate I’ll definitely be back. The lady named Aniece ( beautiful petite African American lady ) helped me find so many things that I needed based on an assessment she did for me. I found the perfect color match and she also told me about a personalized skin care routine. She also recommended this beautiful lipstick that my fiancé loved. I also found some perfumes. Even though I don’t think she’s bilingual I saw her trying her hardest communicating with someone who didn’t speak English. She made my first experience great. The store was intimidating at first being 42 and never wearing makeup or knowing anything about proper skincare products but Aniece, kudos! Thank you.

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. There was a young lady who worked in the Clinique section and she perfectly color matched some foundation for me and helped me buy all of the products I needed. I am not at all literate with makeup and she helped put everything together for me to have the full look I wanted and every single item was absolutely exactly what I needed. I asked for some advice on lashes because I can’t do mine at all and she broke down the whole process for me and made it super easy. I have successfully ruined dozens of packs of eyelashes and wasted many hours trying to figure out how to use them and usually end up just taking them off before I go out. Even YouTube and TikTok Tutorials haven’t been able to help me. BUT. With the advice she gave me today, I’m happy to say that I got them on the first try with no problems! I wish I could remember her name but she seriously was such a great help!

Came in town for my Grandmas funeral and of course left my foundation in Missouri. The Ulta greeter was nice despite it being so close to closing (which I would completelyunderstand). Once I told the greeter my situation, she quickly introduced me to Trinity; who was increasingly helpful at matching me to a foundation. She considering Ill probably get tanner while in town and gave me a couple of options of what to get. Much love to these two women.

Aly in the salon and Mallory with skin care are amazing, talented, knowledgeable and personable!So I went to ulta beauty in destin to get my hair colored red long story short I left mortified and with orange hair. Aly not only fixed it to a beautiful wine red, she cut off the dead ends and was amazing during the process. I had trust issues already with stylist but I dont think I will ever go to anyone but her!Mallory is the sweetest girl! She helped clear my skin and gave me a lot of information I didnt even know about my skin. She explained everything she was doing, was extremely knowledgeable of the products and ingredientsShe just really blew me away!As for the store in general the girls there are sweet and helpful. Its a new store and looks just beautiful. Im so glad this one opened up!

I get tired of going into stores and you get asked a dozen times. FWB store is new and Im sure still learning on the amount of staff needed at different times. Be happy we have a store and dont have to go to Destin in tourist season.FWB Ulta keep up the good work.
