    I have been going to NY nails for roughly 4 years now. It is a lovely experience every time. Juliane has been my tech for about a year a half now and she is AMAZING at her craft (see photos attached of her beautiful work). She is incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive, and talented. Juliane ensures a relaxing experience and always is sure to meet the clients need. Highly recommend!

    I had the greatest experience here. Juliane was my nail technician and she did a phenomenal job!! From start to finish she was very kind, gentle and made me feel comfortable. I asked for natural nails & boy did she deliver!! 1000/10 would recommend her for your next set 💅🏽!!

    My family and I relocated to this area from the panhandle (near Destin, Fl) this past August. It had been a very long time since I’d gotten my nails done. I typically only get pedicures. I’d been to a few salons in the area. All offer different types of pedicures at different prices nothing special. One day I decided to stay close to home and walked in NY Nails for a pedi. Lucky for me Juliene (aka Julie) was the nail tech I was given. While doing my pedicure I decided I would go ahead and start getting my nails done again. I’m glad I did my nails looked amazing! Julie recently began doing gel instead of acrylic and I love these so much more!!! I can honestly go FOUR weeks before I get a fill!!! Four weeks!!! I was getting compliments on my nails when they where four weeks old. Julie takes her time, she takes pride in her work and she cares about what her customers want. I highly recommend going to see Julie at NY Nails!

    Kim did my nails today. Very enjoyable experience. She is very professional and easy to understand. I love the shape of my nails and she helped me to pick out an interesting color! I also like the way she repaired a nail that is always split.

    Just love love love this place! They always make you feel welcomed. I’ve been coming to them for about a year now. I like everyone’s nails but there was one I just loved and that’s who I see now and whom I’m going to see forever, Juliane is just amazing and the sweetest person I know but when it comes to her nails, she’s on point and I always leave in love with my nails. I give them all the stars ⭐️

    Just move here and I tried a nail place and they did a horrible job. Nail was lifting and one broke. Found NY NAILS on google and read the reviews and everyone was raving about Juliane and I call she was able to take me same day. She did an amazing job, pay extra attention to detail, give me exactly what I wanted and more and she’s really sweet and kind. This is my new place now and moving forward she will be my new nail tech and she does design. Also she is fast, and the quality of her work. Too Notch. Safe to say I’m a happy customer.     Got a gel manicure done along with some spectacular flower arts. Had a very nice experience. The workers were really sweet and had a welcoming environment. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy and relax:)

    My daughter and I have been going to NY Nails for years. They do a great job. My fave nail lady is Alina and honestly they all are great and do great work. When I have had issues, they go out of their way to fix for me (no charge). This is just one look of many. I have taken other members of my family and they have felt the same.

    I’ve been going to NY Nails since they opened 2019 and absolutely love Alina and Ganny. Alina does my nails and waxing and Ganny does my spa style pedicures. I’m always leaving so relaxed and really enjoy the atmosphere. I highly recommend!!

    I have not had my nails done in three years and really did not know what to choose and to be honest I probably was a little too much but after everything Rose and Mali had made my nail creation in my head to life.It was nothing extraordinary except for how my nails are. And they did an amazing job.I want to start keeping up regularly with my nails and the price was amazing and the customer service was superb. For a small shop they do a great job. The atmosphere was lovely and wanted to share my experience.

    I have been going here for over a year and shame on me for not posting a review. Juliane is my nail technician and I can say enough WONDERFUL things about her! She is AMAZING at what she does and her work speaks for itself! She is professional, quick (but never rushed), clean and has a great eye for detail! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😘!Mali is the owner (I have had services by her in the past) and run a very nice family friendly establishment. I have personally seen her go out of her way to please everyone that comes through the door.     Cha made my thanksgiving eve, such a wonderful experience! She was kind, gentle, and overall just funny. She has an ability to relate to you, while also doing a great pedicure. NY Nails is very lucky to have her, and because of here, they will always have a client! Plus it doesn’t hurt that they’re usually very fast at getting you in, without ever skipping the cleanliness or welcoming atmosphere that clients deserve.

    Got my nails done on Saturday 1/25/2020 for the first time they were busy but I didnt have to wait I was in there about an hour a little bit pricey compared to the nail place I went to in Ruskin but Ill pay it, it so worth the money they did exactly what I asked. Ive been to 2 other nail place and ask them to cut my nails done they only cut a little off I would tell them more especially middle fingers cause they grow fast and finally the first time the tech cut them down like I want. I definitely found my permanent nail salon. Ive told all my friends about NY nails. Thanks for the great service

    Update: 17 June 2019I’m giving 5 stars to Alina.I went in on Saturday(made an appointment to get a manicure) to get an SNS manicure at 9 am. My technician(the one that sits behind Alina) didn’t show up until about 5-10 minutes later( cool...life happens). My nail tech had already booked and appointment with her routine customer, so in my gut I knew something was going to be off. Automatically I felt like she was rushing so she could get her other client in and take her time with her. The following things were noted issues:I wasn’t asked what type of manicure I wanted from the menu, she didn’t give me a manicure...there was no cleaning of my nails, no cuticle trimming, nothing! She just filed and began applying the SNS powder. It was real quick. She did apologize for being late, but not the rush job. After I went home and the next day I looked at my nails and they were already chipping and it did not have a natural look. It was just sloppy. So fast forward to Monday and I called in to get them fixed first thing in the morning.Alina and the staff were very accommodating. Alina went far and beyond( probably did nothing special, but since I didn’t get a real manicure it was more then I expected). She cleaned up my cuticles, reapplied the powder, filed, she was just very meticulous and neat. Even she noticed how sloppy my work was done before. Alina was so refreshing so I had to give her a generous tip even though it was free. Alina was great and my nails look awesome. She even mentioned that she would do neater next time...that’s a true technician to me who cares about her workmanship and clients. Thanks Alina for being a gem.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++5 stars for cleanliness, refreshing atmosphere, inviting staff-1 stars for workmanship.I showed up at 9 and left at 1035. I got a gel pedicure and I kept having to tell the technician what to fix. I felt rushed and I was serviced by two technicians(not sure why).The gel is thick and clumpy and my nails are way too short. They just kept filing away after I told them how short I wanted it.I’ll stick to wearing closed toe shoes until I can get this mess fixed by my usual shop VIP NAILS.I’m from NY and we do ten times better than this.

    I never write reviews but I just had to for this nail salon... I’ve been to SO many salons and have never left 100% satisfied until stepping foot in and leaving NY Nails. Any service you get will look amazing and last! I always get a gel mani/pedi and it never chips!!!! And always lasts more than 2 weeks. I LOVE this nail salon and have finally found the one I will never leave lol. The ladies are so friendly, salon is clean and great prices. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

    Was greeted the moment I walked in. Atmosphere is claim very nicely decorated. Lots of seats to service people. Said I needed a fill and what color. Was in there for an hour and 15 mins.     My first time experience was great. I got a manicure and pedicure . There was no wait time and the price was right. The workers was very welcoming and friendly and abiding by social distancing order alone with handwashing when you enter and mask wearing. I was very pleased.

    This place is very clean and their nail implements come in a bag which means they disinfect their supplies.There nice and welcoming .However if you want your nails done I would suggest to make an appointment instead of waiting in the salons for hours.     They did an amazing job with a NY spa pedicure. The only downside is that I think they shouldve done a better job with the social distancing. They added small plexiglass barriers between the chairs, but it still didnt seem adequate enough. I understand that they want to maximize their space, but during this time they should keep safety at the highest concern. Everyone was wearing masks, which was a huge relief, but being 3 feet apart and separated by a 2 x 3 of plexiglass didnt seem like the safest place.
