I love Pensacola Lash & Beauty Bar! I’ve gone to see Farren for my brows for over a year now. She’s professional, kind, and great at what she does! She always takes her time to give me exactly what I want. Her space is adorable and clean. I would highly recommend!

My brows look great but the customer service left something to be desired.I traveled from Milton to get my brows done at this establishment and on the way I encountered some pretty severe weather that put me behind schedule on getting there.I was previously an aesthetician and understand how frustrating a client being late to their first appointment is so I attempted to call about five minutes after the start of my appointment (first appointment of the day scheduled for 9 o clock) to let her know, I was still five minutes away and see if I needed to just go ahead and pay the cancellation fee and reschedule if I was past the window of what was acceptable for my appointment.There was no answer when I called the salon and as I was still driving, I couldn’t really check my phone. The owner did text me from her personal number which I wasn’t able to see until I got to the establishment as I was actively driving to her.I got to the business 10 minutes after the start of my appointment once again willing to Just pay a fee and cancel the appointment if it was too much of an inconvenience.From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly hostile with me and took an incredibly rude tone with me. This created an air of tension that lasted throughout my appointment and made me incredibly uncomfortable in her presence.Having worked in the beauty industry I know that clients run late at times And I understand how frustrating it is, but when a new client is trying to get a hold of you regarding your first appointment of the day and you’re standing at the desk and can’t answer The business phone, partial lack of communication falls on you as well.My brows look phenomenal, but the way in which she conducted herself and talked to me Over something that was out of my control (torrential downpour on the interstate) left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.Like I said, I understand it’s frustrating for clients to run late, but unfortunately, when you work in a person facing field Things happen and sometimes people run behind even if they didn’t plan to. It would’ve been nice to have some communication When I attempted to contact the salon.My brows look phenomenal, but her attitude left something to seriously be desired in the way of customer service and professional conduct.I truly hope it was just a bad day for her and her business continues to thrive but I also hope maybe she can either add something to her website stating she actually can not be reached via business phone or just learns to remember that shit happens and it’s not that serious.Beautiful facility, beautiful work done, but the attitude towards me from start to finish was nasty and uncalled for

A very clean facility with such beautiful decor, everyone is so helpful and kind. I have been getting my lashes done for over 2 years by Kristina and I can confidently say that she is one of the best in the business. She listens to my concerns/questions and always creates the exact look I desire with such amazing retention too. I have been lucky enough to have Zoie do my lashes as well and she is just as passionate & talented with her work. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to in the Panhandle, there isnt a better place around than this!

I am so happy with all of the services I have experienced at Pensacola Lash and Beauty Bar to include Volume Lashes, Permanent Makeup (brows and eyeliner), and Cryoskin (Body and Facial).Farren is extremely professional. She is straight forward, but patient and kind. Her business practices are transparent as her policies are in writing and each client signs a contract before their appointment is approved so you know what to expect.I initially found Farren while searching for someone to correct my PMU brows from another artist but found myself interested in her other services as well. She did an amazing job with my brows and eyeliner!I had never had lash extensions but became interested as I would see her other clients looking fabulous so I gave it a try... I was hooked! My lashes are gorgeous and I love them. In the beginning, I didnt have the best retention but Farren was so great to help me identify and correct my maintenance routine. She would ask me about working out or crying, how/when I was cleansing, if I was wearing makeup and how I was removing it, if I might be getting hairspray on them, the pH of my water, brush cleansing, water temperature, etc. until we finally determined what I was doing wrong and I have not had a problem since. She was very patient with me and it was abundantly clear that she is very knowledgeable about her trade.I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Farren literally saved my lashes that were glued together from a previous artist. Did a removal & put on a beautiful fluffy MEGA VOLUME set in 2 hours. Fast and extremely skilled. I’ve had no pain or irritation after, she was gentle the entire time & even worked through her lunch to get my lashes right I appreciate her so much. As soon as I walked into the building my first thought was everything is so cute & clean. I’ll definitely be back!

I. AM. BEYOND. IMPRESSED. I have strawberry blonde hair, so if I dont color my eyebrows in, they look non-existent. I have been going here since it first opened. I have been having my lashes done for over 5 years, and the owner, Farren, is by far the best lash artist I have ever had. She is not only professional and does an absolutely superb job, but she is they type of person you enjoy talking to while you get your lashes done. She gives the best advice on how to maintain your lashes for as long as possible - which will save you money in the end. Shes also super fast for someone so meticulous. I just cant say enough good things about this place! If you want amazing lashes, go HERE!

I’ve gotten two lash lifts and tints done this year and am hooked! I use to wear falsies every day that damaged my lashes, but with the lift and tint, I don’t have to wear them anymore. I live 75 minutes away from Pensacola, and the staff makes it worth the drive. Everyone is so friendly, and a clean environment and workplace, which is very important to me. I can’t wait to go back and treat myself!

Let me preface this review by saying that I barely have lashes.They are short and barely noticeable without mascara. I noticed as huge difference immediately after my lash lift. They looked longer and fuller and even without mascara I could see them. I can actually feel the tips of my lashes on my eyelids which I never could before the lift. I waited until the next morning to put on mascara and the difference is amazing! I would definitely recommend a lash lift. As for the studio.. super cute, clean, and the staff was very friendly! A lovely experience all around!

Her work speaks for itself, my lashes are always fluffy and full just how I like them—I always feel like a 10 walking out of her salon, never left disappointed and will never see anyone else. She’s timely, clean, meticulous, and takes pride in her work. I trust in her, her products she uses, and her craft 100%.Side-note: The chairs are so comfy & whenever we’re not in a pandemic, she offers you a blanket. I got my lashes done by Lacey in October for an upcoming vacation. They were beautiful! It was my first time having them done, so I was worried they would feel heavy on my eyes. But i honestly couldnt even feel them! They withstood the heat and humidity of being in disney all day long for a week and with the proper care, they lasted a good 8 weeks or so. To the point where i was like, are these things ever gonna come off? 😂 I highly recommend them and will be back to see Lacey in May before I have my daughter!

Highly recommend. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. Been here several times and every time the atmosphere and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have received eye lash extensions and a tint and lift, both times I was so satisfied with my services. Prices are so fair for the beautiful work done. The office is decorated so cute and it is a wonderful place to spend some girl time pampering yourself. I dont get my nails done or anything girly really but I will get my eye lashes done. Mine are white and cant be really seen but their work made my eye lashes look so long and beautiful it reduces my time on doing my makeup for sure. Like I said love this place !

This morning, after looking in mirror for over three weeks at the results of a bad Botox job (done elsewhere) I was thrilled to see Farran’s brow wax yesterday had transformed my whole forehead!!
