    2023 update - Kendra did an awesome job on my hair today. Im absolutely pleased and hope shell be around for a long time. Its been a while since Ive had a cut that fell so well. I wish I could take better photos but it is what it is. Thanks Kendra for taking the time to get it just right for me.Staff was friendly and very kind (watched them wait & patiently help and older gentleman) Haircuts were pretty good.     I usually go to Great Clips for a haircut. Most of the time, they provide a good haircut at a reasonable price. About 1 out of every 5 times, you get a cut that isnt great, but I think that just comes with having a different stylist every time. Overall, they are a good value.

    Ciarra saved me!! I have very thick hair, and wanted a bob cut. I have been to 4 other hair stylist, that failed....anyway, Ciarra knew exactly what I wanted, she spent a lot of time on me, and did a fabulous job!! She is my go to girl from now on!!!

    Always really happy with the service I receive at Great Clips! I love the online call ahead waiting and that there are notes in the system about my hair cut so no matter who I get, they can cut it the way I like it!

    I’ve known Anastasia for years. I was so glad to find her again at Great Cuts when I moved up to Homosassa. She is a 5 star stylist that really knows how to tailor a cut to her client. She is worth her weight in gold. Plus, I love that she is available on Sundays!

    Andrea did the best job EVER on my daughters hair. My daughter was so worried about getting her hair cut and hours later she is STILL talking about how much she loves it. When I need my hair cut, I’m going to her as well! It’s hard to find a good hair stylist around Citrus county and I know if she ever moves I’m going with her!

    I’ve been trying to get a hair stylist to listen to me for years. I’ve gone to expensive salons, people I know in the business, the works and I never get exactly what I want (and I’m truly not picky. I simply like a lot of layers!) I needed my hair cut, so I just figured I’d go here and get something simple. I met Melissa and from the second I met her, I knew she was fantastic. Then when she was cutting, not only did she do what I wanted - she was asking me things before I said them as if she read my mind. She is incredible and I will absolutely only go to her from now on!!Besides the amazing-ness that is Melissa, the salon was impeccable clean, social distanced and sanitized. I’m incredibly impressed all around!!

    The staff in this salon are amazing! They are all extremely polite and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate the customers needs. The person in charge of the store told me about the Great Clips app so that you can check in beforehand and there is never a wait when you walk in and I use it all the time! I strongly encourage people to use the app and it is very easy to use. If you do not know how to use the app, please talk to the staff at the salon next time you go and I am sure they will be very glad to help you!!

    I have used several higher priced “high end “ salons since moving here 3 years ago. Finally, a person I can trust who listens to my request and actually cares about the end results. Shouby cut my hair as requested and straightened the attempts by other stylist. A friendly vibe through the salon. I watched the other stylist cut as I waited for my turn “as a walk in.” Every customer seemed pleased and their cuts looked great.You can download the great clips app and sign in online, or walk in and get an appropriate wait time then wait or return.Best price for a great job.Thanks Shouby!!

    I finally found the stylist to replace my wonderful hairstylist whom I have had for 32 years. Linda at this location is the person I have been searching for in the last 2 years since I move to Florida. Knowledgeable, stylish, patience, friendly. Just perfect. Fiinding her to cut my hair is better than winning the lottery ticket. Thank you Linda for the GREAT hair cut.

    I called this shop inquiring about a cut and if they had space, which i was explained how to check in online for even faster service.. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. Melissa was absolutely wonderful, she understood what I was wanting and delivered. I will definitely be back. By the way a cut is the same price for long hair as it is short!!!

    Jenn cut my hair and she knew exactly what I wanted. I asked for a short bob that was significantly longer in the front and even though I have curly hair she was able to make it work and its perfect. She even explained to me that my hair wouldnt have as much volume as the picture because my hair was so much thicker than the model, but she thinned my hair and showed me how to style it. Its been almost 3 weeks and I still get compliments from family and friends constantly! Love it!!

    This is actually a reasonably priced hair cut place with exceptional service. I walked in without calling a head and they said it would be 45 minutes. I put my name on the list went and bought some beer came back and they had a spot open for me 15 minutes after I left. Haircut was only $13 and I got to go to the beach earlier than expected with a fresh cut and cold beer.

    Its my go to place to get my hair cut. From Texas to Massachusetts to Florida I always find a capable person to do a good job. I found Emily with crazy blue hair! She is sweet and has a great personal story. What hairdresser doesnt talk? She cut off 4 plus inches and gave me a new me.

    Where do I start this review? I guess I should start with the stylist I use. Ciarra!!!! This is the first stylist I have enjoyed so much that I followed her from Ocala to Hernando to keep getting haircuts the way I like. This top tier stylist has been working with me for 5 years now. She has guided me on ways to keep my hair and scalp clean and clear of dandruff. She gives me tips and secrets of the trade to keep me educated on haircuts and what to expect the future styles to be. She is always friendly, greeting everyone who walks in with a positive attitude to show they are in the best great clips in the area! She knows how to hold conversations to keep the customer engaged. It is very clear that she loves what she does and is there for customer service before she is there for a job. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Ciarra will never, never, ever be disappointed with service. Ciarra keep up the great work!

    A little more expensive considering the numerous local places that are cheaper. However, unlike the cheaper local places, Great Clips takes credit/debit cards and save notes about each haircut so I dont have to.Well worth the extra money IMO.

    There is only two hairstylists on duty out of six seats either pay your hairstylist more money or cut your prices because theres always only two hairstylists on duty. Otherwise great experience Im happy with my haircut.
