An exceptional 10/10 journey! My recent visit for a custom facial was nothing short of exquisite. Kass effortlessly crafts an immersive ambiance right from the moment you step in, with soothing lighting and an enchanting sound frequency backdrop. The facial itself left my skin dewy and deeply nourished, surpassing all expectations.I also couldnt miss out on the opportunity of also getting tooth gems. Ive never gotten them before and Kass was patient with answering any questions I had and helped me pick out the perfect personalized set. The outcome exceeded my expectations, adding a touch of uniqueness and flair to my personal style. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to Held!!

I could not recommend Kass enough! My mother and I went in for facials as a treat, and it was such a wonderful experience. Kass makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does as she does her magic. We left absolutely glowing (both our skin and our energy)- I cant wait to be back.

I absolutely adored getting my tooth gems here!! Such a relaxing, quick process and Kass really makes you feel comfortable and is extremely easy to talk to! She allowed me to see my different placement options for the gems, and gives great advice regarding the care of the gems and how to best maneuver your first day with them on. Definitely plan on coming back!

I got my eyebrows and mustache waxed and I can say that she took her time to give me exactly what I was looking for! It felt amazing being in her studio. I looove being a member and getting my monthly facials at HELD. Kassandra makes you feel like you have know her for years. She makes sure you are comfortable before beginning and continues to insure your comfort throughout your facial (if you haven’t fell asleep from being so relaxed.) I always feel rejuvenated and taken care of every time I leave her suite. Just a beautiful experience overall.

Kass is incredible. I felt so nurtured and loved. While the mask was on my face, she was gentle combing my hair. Her touch on my face and neck and shoulders was so intentional. Just WOW! I have been following Kass on Instagram for about a year now and finally booked a service. From my welcome prosecco, to the incredible sound bowl medicine, to her deep knowledge and unconditional love for her clients, to the every end when I opened my eyes to the ceiling full of stars and beautiful lights . I just love every minute. My skin looks incredible, and my heart and soul feel held. What a blessing this business is to us all! I can not wait to get back on her table...like ASAP!

As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable. There was a cute little welcome sign with my name on it. I was offered a chilled beverage with snacks :) Anyway, I got the SCULPTING FACE LIFT + Extractions facial and this experience was unlike any other facial Ive gotten before and in the BEST way! Nowhere else compares to HELD. From the aroma therapy as soon as you walk in, to the meditation music, crystals, and lighting. Kass is amazing, you can feel that she loves what she does. Shes respectful, kind and most importantly she knows her stuff. She explained the treatment throughly so I understood everything that was happening. My face was glowwwwing, BLACKHEADS GONE. I received compliments back to back on my skin. I will definitely be back, it was so worth it

Each and every appointment I’ve been to has gone beyond my expectations. There is so much love, light, and such uplifting energy. Kassandra is knowledgeable and knows just what you need for your skin. I had been suffering from acne scars for awhile, so for my last appointment I got the Gua Sha Embrace facial. Afterwords She proceeded to recommend me a scar butter along with using the Ninakupenda face oil. It’s been over a week and my skin couldn’t be any happier! My face is glowing and better than ever!
