    I have been ordering consumables for several years now from Laser Tech for our Gentlemax Pro. I have always received them quickly and in great condition. We opened a smaller second location and Leon called me by chance asking if we wanted to rent a Gentlemax Pro. I decided to do that and add it to our second location services. Any questions or issues that we have had, he is on top of it immediately. Highly Recommended!!!

    Thankful that I found these guys! Geri was amazing. He took his time and explained to me everything before starting to work on my machine. They did not rush me like some other companies do just to take your money. They asked for my approval before hand. Very responsible with the machine and great prices overall.     Fabulous service. When Sentient Laser tried to charge 2000$ to just transport (after advising us to initially just ship the laser in a cardboard box) and $1500 just the service my Titan, Laser tech stepped In-charging me only $400 to transport, gave me up-front pricing for the part that was thought to be in need of replacement (150$) then charged me a total of only $1200 to service and repair. The service was perfect, and we were guven continuous daily contact for the duration from my initial Inquirey to return of the perfectly delivered and related Laser.

    I’m very pleased with the work form laser tech people. My zerona needed repair and I contacted many companies in Texas and no one knew how to work with zerona . I contacted Tal and Leon at laser tech . They arranged even the shipping for me.The computer was broken so they changed it without charging me extra ( initially they had given me a quote for repair ) but ended up changing it for the same price. Once they told me the computer was broken I said to myself well I guess the price will be a lot more but it was not .The whole time they were very accessible and helpful . I would recommend them for all laser repair and for sure will contact them for my other lasers .
