I have had an incredible experience with this team! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Highly recommend! My go to staff have been Trinity and Sophia! They have helped me with everything I’ve needed and are always attentive when I go for my appointments. They take the time to fully explain everything as needed, ensuring I understand every detail. Katrina is always proactive with updates, makes me feel comfortable, and works with me throughout each session. I truly appreciate her attentive and supportive approach! Overall, it has been a great experience coming to this laseraway location!

I can’t recommend LaserAway, in Pembroke Pines enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is impeccably clean, modern, and designed to create a calm, welcoming environment. I came in to inquire about their tattoo removal treatments and facials, and the patient care coordinator at the front desk that I spoke to, Trinity, took the time to explain every step of the procedures and what to expect, which really put my mind at ease.Even though I walked in without an appointment she was able to fit me in for a consultation with the clinician, Katrina, before I decided to continue to make sure I was a right fit for the treatment. Not only was the clinician highly skilled but also created a tailored treatment plan to my skin type and goals. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and caring environment that both these ladies created, is what really sold me. Great experience at LaserAway! My coordinator Hany was very helpful and polite, she took the time to explain everything to me in detail, she’s lovely! The front desk Becca, Sophia and Ashleigh are great, they are friendly, warm, inviting and they check you in, in a timely manner. They also inform you of any deals or specials available to you. I want to highlight my aesthetician Katrina, she is AMAZING!! Her work ethic is astonishing, she is highly motivated to provide consistent, high quality results, she is attentive to the needs and concerns of the customer. I had such a great experience! My sales rep Raquel was very knowledgeable and explained everything prior to me purchasing a package. My nurse practitioner Johanna was excellent as well. She was very thorough with her assessment and explained everything while she was doing it. From the sales representative to the front desk staff to the assessment- Excellent!! Will be back! I just had my 1st treatment at Lazer away in Pembroke Pines. The place is modern, clean and very welcoming. I was greeted by Sophia on the front desk she is fabulous ! Informative , friendly and offered me great service. My treatment was done by Katrina who was equally sweet and friendly, she has a very light hand so I barely felt any discomfort through out the procedure. Their prices are also very competitive and always have some special going on .I highly recommend this place .

I love the LaserAway at Pembroke Pines. The girls in the front are always so nice and the place looks so modern and clean. Just finished a session with Elsa today and she was great. She was really attentive and made sure I felt comfortable during my laser hair removal. Honestly, all the girls here are very very nice and caring. I definitely recommend!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience so far at laser away. I have extremely coarse hair and even after just one session my results were amazing. Katrina (my laser provider) is the sweetest and most gentle soul. She is extremely thorough, considerate, and professional.I just finished my third session and everytime I come the staff (specifically Sophia and Hany) are super welcoming and considerate.I highly recommend laser away for laser hair removal and I’m extremely excited to continue my journey with them!

This location is theeee best!! They are super kind, took the time to explain the entire process to me, made sure that due to my medical history I was okay to do the treatment because that is thEIR POLICY! It made feel very safe and appreciated. Once we made sure that I was good to go with it, it only took 15 minutes between both brazilian and underarms. I am very shy and have somewhat tolerance but this didn’t bother me at all, they can take breaks if you need to, and overall make you feel comfortable the whole process. All of the staff is awesome and respectful, so so excited to keep coming for all my remaining sessions✨💖

The lasers at LaserAway are the truth! Just after one session I noticed a drastic decrease in hair growth both on my thighs and underarm area I expected to see these type of results after my 2nd or 3rd session so its safe to say I am pleasantly surprised! Best decision I could have made for myself especially with having to shave almost every other day previously. The staff at this location are amazing very friendly and knowledgeable. Aside from laser treatments you can also receive hydrofacials, coolscultping and even botox services. Today I will be doing my 1st hydrofacial and I cant wait to see the results over the next several days!

Katrina, Laura and Caroline are so amazing, they explain everything throughly, make sure you’re okay the whole process and do a phenomenal job!! My results were instant. When I bought the package, I remember being told that this was practically pain. I questioned the representative. I’m happy to report. She didn’t lie to me. The cold fan is a game changer. It really helps distract you and not feel pain. Sometimes it even tickled. Happy I went forward with this. Facility was clean. Everybody was nice and professional. Laura, PA performed my laser treatment and she was wonderful.

Incredible experience! My first laser hair removal appointment went so smoothly and so well thanks to Katrina :) she answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. For reference, I got the Brazilian + underarms package and experienced very little to no pain in both areas. I was in and out of there in under 20 mins which was shocking to me! Almost 8 hours since the appointment and I have yet to experience any irritation or itchiness. Cannot wait to continue my journey with Laser Away :) I’m recommending to everyone I know!

My experience was absolutely amazing from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted by Camilla, and Jamie who offered me water & coffee with the biggest smiles on their faces. My under arm, Brazilian and Happy trail was done by Laura! She is the best! Hands Down! She was very quick, efficient and to the point. She even took the time to shave the areas that I didn’t get so well. I have a service dog (Frenchie) they watched her for me while I got my procedure done. I’m most definitely coming back to see them. After getting my first 2 procedures done in Chula Vista, I was ready to cut my losses and walk away from L.A. These ladies definitely saved you guys a client and concealed the bag. 💰💰💰

Pain level 2/10 mainly on the inside of the lip and the top, my esthetician was very fast and even lace herself when I felt uncomfortable or any slight pain.
