I went to Hair on Demand by Julie and had Julianna do my hair. She was phenomenal and extremely pleasant and friendly 😊! Knowledgeable and outgoing. As a master cosmetologist the most rewarding thing is being able to work all hair types and specialize in all hair genres, color braiding and very soon eyebrows and lashes. I believe this is why I chose Salons by Jc. I’ve visited other Salon suite buildings but Salons by Jc was different. The walls are covered in fashion and beauty arts. The aroma of freshly cleaned floors hits me everyday and that inviting smile on the building managers face as I walk in goes perfect with my morning coffee or tea. Who would have known that the building manager Val would become such a delight in my professional life. Besides rumor has it she never forgets a birthday! Lol… But seriously I found a home to be my artistic free self and exercise my talents in more ways I could imagine without being micromanaged. Salons by Jc is the crème de la crème of salon suites Peter and Cindy the owners will equipped you with the knowledge needed to execute your business plans and provide you with a step by step checklist on what credentials certifications and licensing you will need to start or continue your business. Let me tell you why I love this place…I’ve been a nail tech for several years now & I’ve had to move around a lot. I’ve been renting here for over a year now and this is the most stable I’ve ever been. Even though there are many beauty professionals here, there is no competition. Everyone here gets along & we all support each other! The concierge, Val, she’s amazing. Makes sure this place is in tip top shape. The owners here, they care! They really want to see you succeed. And if you ever need a little boost during slow times, they are here to help in any way they can. Whether is helping you promote or bringing in some walk-ins! Im very happy with this place. Peter and Cyndi have been nothing short of amazing and a joy from the time I signed my lease til now. Providing us a sense of ease and security by not making us pay rent during these tough times when us stylists are out of jobs, is really beyond generous. I am so grateful for their kind gestures. I came from a different suites company prior to finding Peter and Cyndi, and I immediately knew I made the right decision by moving when I came on board with them. They have always made us tenants feel as though they care about their business and for things to run smoothly, and are willing to help make it better if there are ever any problems. Seeing them there on a weekly basis in person, face to face, really let’s you know who you are dealing with & that they care. I can not say enough good about them! This location runs by professionals. Cyndi the owner is very attentive genuine helpful and personal which to me was one of the many factors I decided to go with this place. Cecilia is a gem of this location. She is a fairy and will go above and beyond to make you happy. The other tenants are all professionals and have been there for many years. Highly recommended

I am a tenant here at Salons by JC(Styles by Jeanne Hair Studio) and I offer braids and extensions in suite 15.When I finally made the decision to leave the salon I was working at for 4 years, my plan was to check out a few suites then decide which one best fit my needs. One afternoon I called Salons by JC and Val asked me to come in within a few hours. After speaking with her and touring the location I knew this was the only location I wanted to be in. She is friendly, professional, very considerate and helpful. I can always count on Val to help me with anything. I also love the free range I have been given to be creative when decorating my space!!! I will be celebrating 6 months in a few weeks as a tenant and I couldn’t be happier. I went to Devva Hair Design (Suite 4) and Donna was amazing. Not only did she do a wonderful job with my hair, but she made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. I had hair extentions put in which takes hours so being comfortable is important to me. She offered some streaming sites for me to watch while my hair was being done. She is such a friendly and warm person that she makes you feel at home. Her technique is also so gentle that I didnt feel any pain.

I am a stylist at DA Hair studio and love being able to connect with our clients at such a convinenant location. All the staff including April who is always ready with a smile to greet and help with whatever we may need! It’s such a pleasure to have a suites family and be apart of passionate artists!

I have owned two salons prior, and must admit that the suite system is a lot less stressful as the petty tasks such as paying utilities are not of concern, which means extra time to focus on clients. The symbiotic relationship between suite owners benefit everyone, including the clients. Any stylist with motivation, dedication, and talent should do well here. Hollywood is rapidly becoming the next hotspot, so the suites are renting out fast. The owners are kind, my neighbors are friendly, and the clients are pleasant. If you already have a steady clientele, and desire less stress, then do yourself a favor and get in here asap, youll thank me later. 😘

I am a new tenant at Salons by JC and the day I received my final inspection to start my permanent makeup business the COVID-19 became a pandemic. A week later all businesses were told to shutdown. Cyndi and Peter immediately took the appropriate steps to make sure the proper precautions were taken and they CEASED ALL rent payments (WOW) I was floored and so appreciative. They also send random We miss you emails, and emails with different agencies that may help small businesses that need assistance. They are truly amazing people and I am very happy that I choose Salons by JC. On a side note before the pandemic, I had some issues obtaining a couple licenses and Cyndi and Peter responded to my calls/texts immediately and follow-up with me to make sure I was okay.

How does it get any better than that?As far as the establishment and coming from my background as a hairstylist and knowing the ins and outs of what works and doesnt in this unique business these are the top I will say.1. parking , it has ideal parking!2. location location location ! The shopping plaza is enormous with plenty of traffic to drum up business!3. Unlike many suites establishments youre greeted by a receptionist that can handle all the walk-in traffic.4. What a beautiful brand new decor and its spacious !!5. The brilliant thing about being able to rent space in this dynamic is that the various professionals such as Hair Stylists , massage therapists, product retailers to Acupuncturists can rent here and what this offers is an AMAZING opportunity to network right in the same building!!!This works and Im happy to be apart of it !

I have been going to to Tink since 2014 and I seriously never looked back. He use to be in Hialeah and moved to Hollywood and I followed him no questions asked. I love the way he doesn’t use any stencils or marks up my face liners. He does everything freehand, that how you know you have a pro!! He is super friendly, professional and will work wonders. Please stop wasting your time with people or places that claim they know eyebrows.. I call him the brow king!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I was very upset and nervous after a previous hair disaster elsewhere in another suite in JCs . Chantele did a wonderful job today . I can highly recommend her for a restyle or a rescue job after poor service elsewhere, when skill & experience is necessary. She was fabulous.

The staff of the place was super nice and helpful, even though most of them seem see you by appointment, they still hooked me up with Myriam and she is sooo good! Best eyebrows I have ever had.
