I come here regularly and often times bring my daughter with me and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. Everyone in the salon has always been kind and welcoming and I’ve never left the store with nails I wasn’t satisfied with. I post a lot of photos of my hands to my social media platforms so it’s always important to me that my nails look good- that’s why I come here. They’ve always done quality work and I plan to keep coming back here for many nails to come.

My experience at ivy nails over 3 years has been nothing but, excellent! The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I get very frustrated by people that come to get their nails done and add several things to what they are having done and except the same cost!?? You cant go to Publix and put groceries in your cart without paying for everything. Some people are amazing and should not judge.

Very nice salon with friendly staff and a wide variety of colors to choose from. David has always done an amazing job with the design on my nails and his wife is so sweet and friendly. I enjoy my visit each time I go. I love to listen to Tina joke with the customers and keep us all laughing and that adorable baby Anthony always smiling just melts my ❤ I highly recommend Ivy nail and look forward to my next visit.

(August review)Tina is great when it comes to telling me the price before we start (removal and new set French manicure and then some ombre pink and white with sparkly for me of course!), the price doesnt change. If I change my mind in the middle she will tell me what will cost extra! She always has.Since I cannot leave a new review every time I come visit I will just update this one each time. I love my daughters nails and mine as always! (August 2024)OkayEvery review that has something negative posted I can honestly say is a person that should not be allowed to review businesses.M.A. (from about 1 week ago) - I remember that day the taller lady had dental work done and STILL WENT TO WORK! She couldnt talk because of having teeth work completed.... As I read the post I couldnt believe how judgmental people can be when they cant see beyond their own self and understand that people may be dealing with something you know nothing about. The Racist comment was WAY OFF, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL to people who have been in this country working harder than a lot of Americans to succeed in life. If you ask for gel polish its a certain price *I believe the sign is on the wall also of all pricing*. When you add a French Tip to anything it will be extra money *again sign on the wall*.Angel Spong... You should completely focus on driving and NOT taking a picture of a nail (that looks good) while doing around 70 MPH. I am sure the person who fixed your nail was not the person who actually did your nails in the first place, therefore what she did matched very well. I am surprised and very proud of how she handled your very rude and nasty, just filthy choice of word usage the entire time you were there.No Name Mgee ( this one is hiding due to all of their reviews of business), for instance doesnt leave ANYONE more than a 1 star review and makes up information in the reviews. I know for a fact Ivy Nails sterlizes their equipment! Period no ifs ands or buts about it it is DONE! Ive seen it! The way people raise their children is NONE of this persons business and the baby is the most loved baby in the world so she can take that judgmental nonsense somewhere else.LO LO is another that doesnt leave anything but 1 star reviews for businesses! The person who did her nails is the same person who has done mine for YEARS! I have NEVER had the problem she tries to describe with acrylic on her cuticles and her nails lifting. Shes full of it, I do A LOT with my hands and my nails NEVER lift. I can go 3 months with the same set and no fill.Kathy Niles is another person who should be blocked from leaving reviews for businesses! I know for 100% fact this woman was asked if she would like to come in and have her nails redone. She was even called MULTIPLE TIMES and never returned a phone call to make her situation correct for her to be happy, everything that could be offered to this lady was and she refused all when she would call to complain. She was asked if everything was good WHILE SHE WAS STILL THERE, if she had a problem she could have said something. But here she is trying to place the blame on someone other than where it should be!When reading reviews realize that you as the consumer only get a portion of the actual story (if that by some of these crazy people with no names listed they hide behind) and generally it is the one that paints a business in a bad light, beware of those negative reviews and continue reading other reviews prior to making a decision based on the first review you see. I personally have used this business for OVER 10 years and if I had a problem it was fixed at the earliest opportunity and thats a big IF. I have always walked away satisfied with my nails no matter what was done gel, acrylic, just polish change, a fix, a pedicure you name it. Please make informed decisions not based on on review that you do not have the whole story from. So I post a picture each time (try to) so you can truly see their workmanship and love of what they do.

I absolutely LOVE their attention to detail and the care they take with pedicures. I have particularly difficult feet, and they are one of the few nail salon’s that have not hurt my feet during pedicures. I definitely recommend!

Went in as a walk in with my 3 daughters, we were greeted kindly and nails were all done beautifully by different technicians. We have no complaints and even painted my 3 year olds nails and made her feel super special.

Every other week Im here with my daughter to get our nails done. Every week were treated courteous and Ive yet to have a design theyre unable.to replicate when we come in with your Pinterest ideas.Patience when theyre busy goes a long way. They only have so many people to work and theres many more of us than there are of them.Be kind people theyre phenomenal... And willing to adjust any unhappy customers for as long as weve been coming weve never had an issue so...

Typical upsell of every little thing.... basic fill is $18 but because I have long nails its $25 but $3 more to trim them then gel is an additional$10 or $15.... Ive been twice and seen two different techs. Basically good service but no cuticle care. My nails look good and Ill go back but as with any nail salon its good to ask a lot of questions. They did a nice job on my moms pedicure as well. I also appreciate the steps that they take to protect staff and clients.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for about 6 years I love everyone that works here. They sanitize as they should and they are always friendly with great prices. My nails stay on longer than anywhere else I’ve been. They do my face waxing..I even had my eyebrows corrected here they look great!

This was my return trip to see Ms. Tina at Ivy Nails and she knocked it out of the park for me again! I am extremely hard on my acrylic nails and put Tina to the test with 1st trip in for a full set. I went with a longer length then normal not expecting me to not pop them left and right but they withstood my abuse and still looked beautiful until my fill this morning! First time nails turned out horrible it was very disappointing considering I had taken my daughters, a friends of theres, and myself to all get our nails done. Needless to say lmk mine were the only ones that looked terrible bit the owner went above and beyond to fix the problem and do a entire new full set of nails at no charge the next day. She is superb I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new salon.

We love Ivy Nails! You are always treated fairly, Tina does fabulous nails (anyone in the salon) does a wonderful job at whatever they are doing. From a full set of acrylics, to just gel polish or a pedicure we always walk out happy. There are some reviewers that their reviews make no sense... for instance the person who said they have dust everywhere and dont clean their equipment (she was never in the store that night because they were closed when she went by, at closing time, and you cannot see inside when the lights are off up front). So, try Ivy Nails you wont be disappointed! There are times that they are busier than normal, but all of us get a little busier than normal. If your unhappy tell your nail person or pedicure person and they will fix it happily I might add, they want return business as much as you want a good job done on your hands, feet, or wax job. This is a great place with fair pricing and friendly people... there has never bern been a time I have been in that someone wasnt smiling and laughing!

Loved Tina who done my nails, they were beyond better than I expected, been here before with my aunt and loved them then, she was very (even tho I tried to for on her seat 😂) nice and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. Very great atmosphere and the rest of the staff was nice as well. Will always be back and every year I come for vaca, Ill only come here.

Excellent job... listen to client concerns/ priorities... they use liners for the pedicure foot-spas and clean in between clients (its unfortunate that has to be specified but nearby competitors frequently skip this step) .. friendly.. and reasonable prices... by far the best pedicure Ive gotten in Citrus County - thank you Katie!
