    Absolutely LOVE Imperial Nails! I have been seeing Nikki & Trish for a few years now, and wont ever go anywhere else. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I always leave with the most beautiful nails!

    Absolutely stunning establishment with extremely nice people; especially the receptionist who greeted me immediately upon walking in and although I did not have an appointment ensured me that I would be seen within 20 mins., which I was & Lisa who provided me service was extremely professional, gentle, and catering to my requests. I will definitely go back to see her again. And might I add although it was late in the evening every nail technician & employee was still providing service with a smile and appeared to be enjoying themselves while serving others. A place like this is definitely worth visiting at least once! Their prices are worth the experience.

    DJ was fantastic. I had an acrylic set on. He tried to salvage and then advised they were very poorly done at previous place I went to. He ended up doing Gel X on me to help with my brittle nails but still giving a great natural look. Super pleased.

    I went to Imperial Nails while I was in town visiting family. Scheduling was super easy online! The staff was very attentive and I didn’t see anyone wait more than a couple of minutes to get started. Tricia did my nails and she was AMAZING. She knew exactly what I wanted and DELIVERED! I got the Gel X nails and I love them. It has been almost two weeks and my nails still look like they were just done. I will be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this nail salon!

    I like this place very much. The nail technicians are experienced and have superb skills. They are willing to discuss the best solution with you and can meet all your requirements. They never disappoint you. They also have very good service. I have tried many nail salons around and feel that this one is the most trustworthy

    I looove this place! Moved from dallas and stoked I found to be consistently amazing. The price is standard for the beaches but the quality is far superior. They practice great cleaning services of their tools and guests. Everytime I get my nails done I’m so happy. My wedding nails were the best ♡

    Wow, I need to get back asap but this is my gel manicure after 3 weeks & 2 days! That speaks for itself. Christina was awesome and didn’t make me feel one bit bad about changing my mind on what color I wanted 3 times 😂 we landed on 3 coats of bubble bath! 💕

    Thank you Imperial Salon for always making my experience a great one. The gel is a nice thin layer. I truly enjoy going in there for many reasons. One of them is that I love the way my nails look but other than that I also just enjoy the company and the conversation and the energy in the shop. I just like everything about this place!

    Have been coming to Imperial Nails since the day it opened! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. I tried this salon because my nail tech was out of town, and Im so happy I did. The staff is amazing and they did an amazing job and they are very friendly.

    Update! Thank you so much to Imperial nails for giving me the opportunity to come back in. I love my new nails! Special shout out to Chenda for her kindness and attention to detail 🫶🏻Extremely disappointed. I came in with a photo of aura nails, which I showed the man at the front desk, who the showed whom I’m assuming to be the owner. They then put me with a tech who couldn’t do gel x or the design I wanted. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for someone or being told it was not possible. When placing on the extensions my tech had another tech assist her as she was struggling. I had mentioned that I wouldn’t mind coming back/making an appointment for someone else. I was then told that my tech could the design but “just wasn’t use to the new gel”. I was mistakenly optimistic. I then suffered be cut by the drill and watching her struggle. I ended up doing chrome just for it to be over. I do not blame the tech at all she tried her best but the front desk should not have put me with someone who couldn’t do what I wanted🥲

    This is by far the best nail place at the beach! I bring in any design or new trend picture and they do it perfectly, plus they are soooo nice and you can online book now!     I love coming here! I always get dip powder and a design from Trish and she always does such an amazing job. She works so hard to make sure it comes out exactly how I want it to.     I’ve been going to this nail salon for about as long as I’ve lived in the area; which has been about two years, now. Right about the time Trish moved and started working here, as well. No two nail techs are the same. And, I’ve learned that the hard way, whenever I forgot or couldn’t make an appointment and wound up with whoever was free. I’m sure all the techs here are amazing. But, there’s nothing like my girl, Trish. Not only do I know that I’m leaving happy with fresh, new nails. But, it’s like that monthly, needed, checkin with another one of your girls. If you’re like me, that works with your hands and are sometimes rough with them, Trish is your girl! I stick with acrylic and gel (because, I know better. lol) and they hold up every time between visits. Oh! And, if you want those sharp, daggers… she’s got you there, too. 😂😂😂

    I love this nail salon! This is the only salon I will ever go to here in Jax. No other salon has ever taken care of my feet as they have. My feet not only feel and look pretty but they are actually clean!! They dont just soak your feet and throw on nail polish. They take their time cleaning and scrubbing!     Nikki is awesome! Trish and Chendra and Ruby are great too. DJ is always helpful and does a clean job! The other ladies are so sweet and always do a great job too. So glad my daughter and I found our nail salon after several trys! I literally pass a dozen or more salons to go here! So worth it!!     This is the best nail salon in all of JAX! Not onlyIs the staff friendly but they get to know you.. I had left Jacksonville for 6 months and came back and was greeted with excitement..everytime I walk in they greet me by name. Aside from the amazing customer service their work is impeccable - the pedicures are heavenly. They have top notch chairs and give long massages. The ladies and one gentleman are the nicest group of people! The salon is extremely clean and set up with barriers due to Covid to protect everyone and they social distance. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and out of every salon I have ever gone to - this is THE BEST!!! I love Imperial Nails 🥰

Christina is awesome! - fast, efficient and meticulous. My gel manicures routinely last 3 full weeks, without as much as a chip. Very friendly staff.     Found a New Nail Tech, Tina at Imperial Nails & Spa Salon. I tried out a new Gel Nails Technique.It seems to be more durable and long lasting technique than the Acrylic Powder Nails with Gel polish.Tina did a Creative, Classy, Fabulous, Gorgeous and Sophisticated New set.All Blinged Out and Long! I am so extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend Imperial Nails if you are in Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra Beach area.

    I love this nail salon! Not being a Jacksonville native, I have been to many different salons in town and often felt disappointed. Thankfully, my friend recommended imperial nails and I’m willing to drive clear across town now just to have my nails done here. Nikki is my go to, but everyone who works here is very good. Highly recommend!

    Imperial Nails is the best. I got to experience their new location today (two doors down from their last location). It was fabulous, Nicki did a great job creating a spa like ambiance and wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Chenda was of course amazing when it came to my mani-pedi! I won’t hesitate to recommend!

    I went to Imperial once a while ago and it was a bad experience. Nails looked bad and the owner was fighting with his wife. BUT, I saw a “Under New Management Sign” and decided to give them another try. I LOVE this place now, so happy that I have them a second chance. I have been back religiously every 2 weeks and now my daughter goes every 2 weeks and we have never been let down. We are very happy with the staff, service and quality of product.

    Amazing staff, and super clean place! I have been going since they opened. Lisa, Cindy, Linda and Mai are who we choose from--if theyre available. You not only get a terrific pedicure and manicure but excellent atmosphere, clean, and welcoming! I like a design on my big toe, and let them do as they see fit--I always walk away smiling!

    So I’m new to Florida and this is the only nail shop that I’ve found that did an amazing job on both my toes and nails! Huy Did my moms pedicure and he was very friendly and did a thorough job! Halen, did my pedicure and did a fantastic job! Tina did my nails and got them nice and sharp and very pointy! She suggested I do a “gel x” nail and I highly recommend that set!

    This was my first going into Imperial Nails even though I’ve seen it plenty of times.I didn’t make an appointment but was taken back pretty much immediately. I’m so used to choosing my gel nail color off of a ring of colors. They had a book!Anyway, I ended up with Amy as my nail tech. She was very friendly and kept conversations going. She did my manicure first and then my pedicure. During the entire time I was there, she was not looking at her watch or phone for the time. She didn’t rush my manicure or pedicure. Not one nail tech was rushing anyone who was in the salon. This is a huge disappointing thing I see at most places.I will most definitely be a returning customer!

    I have been taking my girls here for a long time and while it is no long close to where I live I ALWAYS COME BACK.You can describe the atmosphere as friendly, but at times it seems more like family. They pay attention to any special needs you may have and you never feel rushed or hurried. In fact, I have some issues from athletics they continue work on and overtime it has gotten much better.So I have to admit my girls are older now, so they prefer to go with their friends, so I roped one of my close friends into going with me so I am not the only guy in the building. He was a college quarterback and is very particular about his feet (like really particular, like OCD particular) and he loves IMPERIAL NAILS.I normally get the Signature which includes hot stones, scrub, paraffin and massage. There are some that are higher priced and some more basic. They also have a mani-pedi combination if you are interested. My girls swear by their gel nails, but I don’t have experience with that.So try to call ahead, especially on busy days like the weekend. And when you get there, let them bring you a beverage and relax. You will be like family in no time.Want to Splurge - get the deluxe essentials package which lasts 60 minutes and has a host of botanicals that are applied.On a budget - just get the regular manicure or pedicure and give them a try. They will treat you the same no matter what package you get and there is never pressure to “go higher”.
