    I was SO HAPPY to find the Electrolysis and Laser Center of Jacksonville when we moved to this area!Tracy, the Owner, is AMAZING. She is very good at what she does! She is very dedicated and thorough. I also get excellent Customer Service from all who work here.I look forward to my appointments, because Tracy is so personable and fun to talk to as she works. I love my results.It is a lovely, welcoming environment and many much-needed services are offered.I would stay with this phenomenal company for years to come, if we were not moving 6 hours away now! I will miss being here! This company will be a hard act to follow, in my new town.

    Tracy has done an amazing job of helping me totally remove my facial hair through electrolysis. Having PCOS, I have struggled with embarrassing facial hair and wanted to have a permanent solution that actually works. Tracy guided me to the right direction throughout this journey.     This place is amazing!! I had two electrolysis sessions done years ago back in 2008 and boy has the process come a long way. Due to a large amount of weight gain in a short span back then, it threw my hormones off track which caused me to develop facial hair on the chin and neck areas. Now that Ive dropped the pounds my body is back to normal so I decided now would be a good time to go back to take care of this issue. I had my first session in October of 2020.I met with Gabby and felt extremely comfortable on the first consult meeting. She didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and I though her assessment fit what was best for me. Shes super easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I noticed an immediate difference after the first session and knew I would have good results. Each session has only brought better results than the last. Im going in for my 5th in a few weeks and what an improvement to my skin. Dark spots are all but gone, the majority of hairs in the trouble area are gone or so thin you dont notice. Best of all I havent had to shave in MONTHS!!! Im so happy I found this place.

    Tracy has done a fantastic job of helping me totally remove my former beard & facial hair through electrolysis. As a transgender woman it is extremely important to be free of facial hair in everyday life. Thanks also to Gabby for my early start through laser procedures. When it comes to professional electrolysis though, Tracy is the best!

    Tracy was recommended to me for electrolysis by a laser specialist who works for a local plastic surgeon. Tracy always impress me. She is always on time and will spend a few extra minutes with me to make sure everything meets or exceeds my expectations. The staff is professional and makes me feel important. I highly recommend Tracy as did the laser specialist I mentioned.

    They are the BEST! Highly recommend for laser hair removal! I got quotes before I chose them, and after visiting them it was a no brainer. Not only were they more affordable, but they were honest. The one place I went wanted to start immediately. Whereas they take the time to educate and to do a test patch to make sure you don’t have a reaction! Can’t speak highly enough about this business and the people!!

    This place is the real deal! Ive been to other laser/electrolysis offices that were overpriced and I had poor results. After a few treatments here, I noticed a drastic difference in unwanted hair. The staff is trustworthy and friendly and the office is sanitary and clean. I highly recommend!

    My experience with this place has been excellent .This is the best place for electrolysis in Jacksonville ,fl .I came here through word of mouth and am so glad i did coz i have been extremely satisfied with the result of my treatment. Thank you Tracy for making me confident and more presentable .I am deeply obliged and thankful for all that you do to make people look better .There has been absolutely no associated complications which the literature says can happen , which is solely due to the high skill level .I have witnessed a whole bunch of different clients that come to Tracy for treatment and look happy. Tracy is very professional,pleasant,skillful ,caring and accomodative.The place is very neat,clean and comfortable,just like anyone would want . I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. I miss you Tracy ! I hope I can find someone like you here in Atlanta.
