Walking into the building my first impression was that the employees exude professionalism and warmth. I also remarked, on how clean the establishment is upon entry.Dixie in particular goes out of her way to accommodate all of her patients needs.I have also had the pleasure of having Danielle, she’s so sweet and you can definitely tell she loves what she does.We have yet to leave there without a smile on our faces! I absolutely love it here! I had the best IV experience with Dixie—she’s incredible. Usually, I need multiple attempts to find a vein, but Dixie got it on the first try. After my IV, Laura gave me an amazing hydrafacial that left my skin feeling like a baby. The staff is fantastic, starting with the sweet front desk girls, Tristan and Ashley. I even got to speak with the owner, Donna, and Jen, the PA, about future procedures. They are so knowledgeable and wonderful!

She is very gentle with a needle- i was so worried about how much filler would hurt and it honestly did not hurt at all! Danielle is amazing! I was so nervous before my first laser hair removal session, but she made me feel super comfortable and was incredibly gentle too! I live an hour and half away from the clinic, but have been going to Danielle for more than a year now, and would rather make the long drive than find a place any closer. *side note* All of their equipment is state of the art, and my results were spectacular, even after just one session!Since then, I’ve gone to the clinic for different treatments too, and everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. (Keep in mind, they run special sales throughout the year on all sorts of treatment packages that allow these treatments to be really affordable and easy to obtain when compared to other aesthetic clinics in Florida)Thank you Danielle and the rest of the Refresh team!

I enjoy the staff, very friendly 😀great customer service 😀but just a tad frustrating (not necessarily their fault but maybe ) I have had to spend double than what I normally pay And what I had expected to pay.Initially, I had purchased 100 units of dysport off groupon for $200. That is normally enough for me. 2 weeks later I still had a ton of movement so I came back and purchased an additional 25 units of dysport $79. Again, still not seeing the results that I’m accustomed to I just went back for my 3rd visit and now had to purchase 34 units of xeomin (but they had recommended 40 units) i just now paid $137 for the xeomin. So now I have spent a total of $416 just for my forehead and 11s.I hope it works this time 😬
