I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Tony during my recent visit to Tipsy Salon for a classic mani/pedi with French tips. I’ve always had great experiences at Tipsy, usually with John or Tiffany, so this was the first time I left feeling dissatisfied. While the massage and scrub were fine, the nail cleaning and polish application were subpar and definitely not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from this salon.As someone who holds Tipsy Salon in high regard, this experience was especially frustrating. I even mentioned the issue to Tiffany, who kindly offered to redo my nails, but unfortunately, we had another appointment we couldn’t miss. Also, I’m beyond frustrated to even ask for a refund. I just wanna leave the place coz I’m not a confrontational person, however if they believe they did a poor job, they shouldn’t let the customers leave unhappy and frustrated and should even offer a refund.I really hope the salon takes steps to ensure all technicians are properly trained and can consistently provide the level of service that Tipsy is known for. This experience definitely put a damper on my day.Update: I really appreciate it when Lisa called me a few hours after offering a credit I can use to redo my nails. Thank you!

Amazing experience with Jenny doing an extremely detailed “cinnamon roll” design for my daughter. She made it ten times better than the inspo pic. Extremely talented nail artist. We are always happy with tipsy and how sweet and talented the whole staff is.

I went in for a gel mani pedi as a walk in. Was in the area and went in on a whim. Over the phone the staff was so kind and accommodated my plans immediately. I had my appointment with Tony and he was not only detail oriented but efficient and fast! The best of both worlds. Thank you Tony!!!

I went here on a whim last minute and got Ken, his massages and pedicures are just unmatched and now I come every two weeks for a pedicure the aromatherapy pedicure is my favorite service by far and again, Ken is just the absolute best, I always look forward to coming back, and on in to see him and for my appointment. He always tells me to relax, unwind, and I always feel like a new women leaving here. I can’t wait to come back in two weeks💜

I’ve been coming to Tipsy for the past few years. There’s no place like it anywhere in this area. The salon is immaculate with all new salon chairs and state of the art equipment. The staff is amazing from the management team, to the front desk and the nail techs. I’ve been to numerous nail techs and they are all great! They also do a great job of catering to young spa customers too! Awesome place to treat yourself to a spa service. Highly highly recommend!!

I came in today for two services. First was a full acrylic nail set by Cindy who did a lovely job. I really enjoyed the outcome of the shape and the time she took to do a good job. Next up I had Ken for a pedicure and he does a wonderful job! My feet feel so refreshed and cleansed by the time he’s done. Being new to the area and based off my experience I will be coming back every time I need these services.

I just had one of the best nail salon experiences of my life. Ken was my technician, and I couldnt have been happier. He helped me with everything, from picking out the color to suggesting nail shapes that would work best since I have short nails. The salon was also extremely clean, and the other staff members were very nice. Ken took his time with my cuticles and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. A 10 out of 10 experience—I will definitely be returning!

I have been coming here since 2017. 5 stars treatment. My nails are always perfect, elegant to suit my personality. Cindy and Tammy always do my nails and both do them to perfection. I did use other techs too when they are not available and gotten same results. Can’t say enough if i could give 1000 stars I would ❤️

I’ve been coming to this salon to get my nails done by Ann for several years and can’t give her enough praise. I usually get dip manicures because they always look nice until my next appointment. Ann is always very professional and courteous and always makes me feel pampered. If you are looking for a nail tech, I highly recommend Ann.

Updating my review… I’ve only found Ken to be great for gel mani and pedi.. also Kathy is great for brows. And everyone is super nice here too :) I have had bad pedicures so it can happen if you’re with the wrong person as anywhere else.. I do feel that should have refunded that though. Regardless Ken is wonderful and great attention to detail - 10 stars for him!

Coming from Miami this nail salon blew me away. Never seen a wine bar in a nail salon! Love the place and vibe. The people that work there are so nice. It is my place to go and unwind and chill with a glass of wine. August does my nails and she is fabulous. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Tipsy for well over a year! I see Cindy (she’s amazing!!) and usually get dip with tips or acrylic! My nails typically last anywhere from 3-5 weeks. The prices tend to be a bit inconsistent, ranging anywhere from 45-75 (without tip), but because my nails last so long and look so good I feel like it’s worth it!

I’ve been going to Tipsy for a few years now. I love the staff here, in particular my nail tech, Vicki, whose name I hesitate to give because she’s so awesome. Her pedicures relax me so much I usually fall asleep.Karen who works the desk and her magic every time I need an appointment is forever kind and helpful.August was the hero of my friend’s world when he got his first pedicure (and who is “special”) and she walked him through the entire process while making him feel so at ease despite his foot issues.The entire staff here is wonderful and I highly recommend this place. Kevin has been my manicurist for just as long and Karen who helps run operations always has a friendly smile when you enter. All of the staff have become like family. Over all I will say Im happy with the result from my mani-pedi. Sidney recommended I try dip for the first time. So far so good. They look very pretty and elegant. I told her I had a feeling my boyfriend was planning to propose so she made sure to take care of my nails and offer suggestions.The reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is simply because for some reason they couldnt get the colors to match for my nails and toes and I wish the woman who did my pedicure would have taken time to remove the little bit of dry and rough skin I have on my heals. Even for the basic pedicure I still think that should have been taken care of. It just seemed rushed over. Also the massage on my legs hurt.It was, however, my first time. And by no means am I displeased over all. I will be returning to try again.A photo of my nails with my new engagement ring! Thank you Sidney for taking care of me!

Tipsy Salon is a calm and serene spa and one of my favorite places. Recently I had my nails done by Cindy, there is no one better and I have known her for many years. I followed her from another salon because she does such a great job and she is friendly and easy to talk to. One of my new favorite techs is August, the pedicure was relaxing and perfect and she is creative and interesting, highly recommend both of them! Hannah is amazing! Pedicures are fabulous—-meticulous in every way, everything is done with patience and detail, exceptional foot and leg massage, just the best. My dips are so on point... Ombré, French, all shapes: oval, square, coffin, almond—she always gets it right. I’m originally from NYC and am super finicky about my nails, but no complaints here, only compliments. You can’t go wrong with her as your nail tech. I also have to add how clean and attractive the salon is. The pedicure chairs have an awesome recline and multiple massage settings. It’s always a great experience. Ann and Rose are also great techs! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and now my daughter, who has moved to Florida, is also a client. She too has had Ann and Rose and is always satisfied.

I went in last night, made an appointment for next gen and was greeted upon entry, showed how to sign in with my phone number, temperature checked and shown where to wash my hands. The salon is beautifully decorated and kept up with pleasing decor and music that really lets you relax with a glass of wine of course! I had no nails on and my technician was so patient and quick with putting on tips on EVERY single nail with no complaint. I now have these beautiful medium length mauve purple nails and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much, Tipsy!

Ladies! Look no further! This is the place to go! The staff is super nice, everything is clean and sanitized which is very important during COVID. You are greeted immediately upon walking in. And the best part is you can have a drink while getting your nails done! The salon is very clean and my manicurist used new instruments that she unwrapped in front of me. I did the Onsen pedicure which had an extra massage — my legs felt fantastic when I left. The salon is very clean and pretty. The workers will ensure that they meet every one of your needs, and they are very polite. However one really stands out and that is one of the hairdressers named Nicole. She was able to orchestrate the prettiest updo for my prom. While I was there I saw that she was also working on another client and she did an amazing job with her hair so I do recommend getting your hair done by her. Overall this place is very nice and I reccomend going.

I honestly cannot figure out why this place gets bad reviews. The customer service is amazing, most of the time I can get an appointment quickly, they dont mind if I bring my son with me, the surroundings are beautiful, and they bring you whatever you want to drink. This salon has become my go to for mani/pedi! They can always fit me in with a few days notice and do well big groups if I’m meeting my mom and sister. The dip nails have been lasting me 4 weeks, which is rare for me, with children and workouts I’m very active. The salon is spacious, so I never feel super close to anyone or “squished” during an appt. Plus, the space is always super clean and organized. It never feels chaotic like a lot of other salons in the area.
