    Amazing service. Ive found it hard to find a place that is good at doing dip, but Tanya did an amaaaazing job. I wanted nail art but wasnt sure what to get and she was able to pick up my vibe and show me some options she thought I would like, which I loved. I was in and out of the salon and left with one of the best manicures Ive ever had. one of the other wonderful women who work there helped me pick out a good color, and suggested mixing two pinks to get a very soft/ natural but bubbly pink that I was looking for. They are very experienced here and the man that works at the desk was very friendly! My pedicure here was also very nice! If you are looking for somewhere to get your nails done come here! They are clean, friendly, and very professional. @Brilliantstarnails is tanyas instagram if you want to check out some of her work. all the nail artists are so talented here and I wish I remembered the other womans name who helped me out because she was great too!

    Im not a local to the area, but I stopped in to get some TLC on my nails. Out of my experiences from nail salons , this has to be one of my favorite places I have gone to thus far. Very polite and professional ladies! The atmosphere was wonderful and very relaxing.Zori did an amazing job! Very fun, bright and creative nail tech. My main focus was a beach themed with matte polish, I can say she definitely nailed it.

    Maria did my nails and they came out perfect. She shaped my natural nails perfectly and corrected them when I noticed a crooked one. Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly!

    After landing in Miami a day before my cruise, I needed to get my nails done and called Neo Nails in the Brickell area. They immediately made an appointment for me. I came straight from airport, and Yeni (nail tech) did an excellent job with my nails. Most importantly I needed my cuticles cared for. She cleaned my cuticles with precision. She’s was gentle, excellent customer service and patient. I highly recommend them and look forward to patronizing them again when in Miami.They walk around offering you a beverage, wine, water and my favorite… Cuban coffee.

    I LOVE NEO NAIL BAR💗 I have come hear for like 2 years and I’m obsessed. I’m 13 and picky but I always love how my nails turn out and I never have any complains about them. You should definitely book an appointment with Tanya or Maria because they are great. I do wish that the prices were lower because I don’t have money✌🏼. Other than that it’s worth it

    The front desk gentleman is a kind, warm soul. I forgot the wonderful lady’s name that just did my nails but she too, was amazing! Incredible work, patient and sweet.     Zori is a rockstar!! Best mani pedi I’ve had in years. I’ve been going to same place in Brickell for 6 years and the quality went downhill. I was reluctant to go somewhere else and now I’m sooo happy I did. The parking is convenient, the place is clean, she took her time and really made sure everything was done to perfection.     I searched the area for a nail salon and this seemed to be the only one with a website and Facebook page. It was definitely a little difficult to find but after calling and getting actual directions it was pretty easy. I was VERY impressed! It’s a great salon and the staff was very friendly and Cassandra did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure.

    First, this nail bar/salon is beautiful. The walls, tables and chairs are all white, so immediately my neat freak/germaphobe nature is put at ease. Its very clean!They have a large assortment of polish colors to choose from, and nice polish brands (OPI, Essie, and DND). They have their gel, infinite shine (7-12 day polish), and regular polishes all on display by color together which looks really pretty and takes the guess work out of the is there a regular polish for my toes to match this gel color and vice versa question of a lifetime.Second, I feel like fate brought me to this salon on a Sunday late afternoon because the manicurist, Cassandra, was the only person there. She squeezed me in for a color change between appointments, thankfully!Cassandra expertly and quickly shaped and polished my nails. She made lovely conversation and was very professional and polite. She also educated me about my nails. I could tell she really cares about the health of my nails.Like you, Ive been to a ton of nail salons and spas. Some are nice and clean, but they dont do a great job of actually manicuring/pedicuring, polishing and communicating. Others are not very friendly, but do a great job of going to town on nails. Its rare when you find a nice, clean, comfortable salon with lovely, knowledgeable, and expertly skilled staff.If you live in Key Biscayne or Miami or if youre on vacation, I highly recommend neonail bar, especially Cassandra. Call ahead to make an appointment, though!
