Got my haircut there on a Thursday morning by a barber named Anatoly. He asked what I wanted and I told him make it short. He asked how I liked it cut and told him normally they use a clipper on the sides and cut the top with scissors. Thats exactly what he did and did a great job bringing fading it all together. He also offered to do the eyebrows and without asking he trimmed those pesky ear hairs and lower neck hairs. all in all great communication and a great cut too. I will be back

I had a great experience getting a haircut from Emilo. He was very detail oriented and took his time to give me a nice haircut. The shop was clean and organized. As a walk-in I only had to wait a few minutes. I will return.

Candon is a true artist! The best stylist Ive ever had. I have fine hair, so I cant usually do anything fun with it because it breaks and falls out. Candon uses only the highest quality products and knows exactly what to do for every hair type. His work has transformed my hair, and its softer and healthier too! He is the only person who I will allow to touch my hair. Its a small island, and everyone in the know knows who to see for fabulous hair. Candon Criner.

I have a favorite barber there. He cuts my hair just like I like it every time. I dont have to even tell him the haircut that I want, he knows me by sight. Love the atmosphere too, such a delightful mix of characters there. Never a dull moment. Nice place to relax and get your hair done.

He was able to immediately take my description and turn it into a reality.Jose cut my husbands hair. He was professional and did an excellent job. Candon is an artist with hair! I have had sooo many compliments on my cut and color. He spent a lot of time on my mop and I appreciate him so much. He is also an amazing human and I had the BEST time visiting with him. We laughed so much that day that I swear I have ab muscles now.

While vacationing here in Key West, I was fortunate enough to have Gene accommodate and fit me in to do a cut and color and I would have to say best color and cut ever had. His 32 years experience is truly evident. Candon also pointed out and advised me to avoid using coconut oil in my hair as it will strip the color and had no idea if he hadn’t told me. Overall, the experience was five star and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of getting hair cut or colored to see Gene and he also has a barbers license and gotta say, best cut I’ve ever had. I’m so happy and have had so many compliments. Thanks Gene as you are so talented and made my day.

Save your time and money, just go here! Bright, clean, informal, and they have cold AC. No exaggeration, I was in and out in 15 minutes with precisely the cut I wanted and they charged half what youd pay at the old town salons.

Called on Sunday and got an appointment for Monday 10am. So lucky to get Canden!! He was awesome from beginning to end. I didnt have to tell him what I wanted or show a picture but I came out looking exactly as I had pictured!! Would totally recommend him.

This is the best place to get a haircut on the island. Everyone inside was super nice and helpful. The older lady who cut my hair did an amazing job. I don’t remember her name but we talked about Key West and her house she used to live in before Irma! I will be a return customer for sure!

The lady who cut my hair was great. She even offered me free bang cuts whenever I wanted. Unfortunately we moved from the Keys. Also the lowest prices that I have seen. Many places wanted $45+ for a 5 inch cut with no wash. Glad I found this place.

I was a bit weary to get my hair cut. I have long hair and had not cut it in 15 years. I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of by Josh. Josh got rid of my split ends and trimmed my hair in a manner that was detailed and professional. He was also fun to talk with.Bottom line: My requests were listened to and respected. I got a great trim and even bought some products. I highly recommend this shop and especially Josh!

I love this place! Gene is my go to person! I have super curly hair so I have a hard time finding someone who knows how to deal with a heal full of unruly locks. Gene knows how to handle my curls quite well! He’s also an expert with color. My son gets his haircuts with him too. If you get s chance to come here, ask for Gene!!! You won’t be sorry!!

I normally dont write reviews but since its really hard to find a good barber in Key West, which is something I learned the hard way, I would like to help others avoid the butchering that most barbers do down here. A women name Lee at this place has been cutting my hair for some time now and I have to say she is AMAZING! I normally have a hard time find someone to cut my hair because I need someone who knows their way around clippers and scissors. This seems like it should be a given but I have learned that there are very few who know how to use both effectively. If you find yourself in Key West in need of a haircut you will not regret trusting Lee.

The Euro American (Neil, I believe) guy is fantastic. The Asian American lady, not so much. I can only speak for mens haircuts BTW, Im sure the lady probably rocks womens hair. I dont know. Omar is smack dab in between the two. Not as good as Neil with mens cuts, but not as poor as the lady.

Nice place! The prices are quite reasonable!!! But the masters choose their clients themselves, which is very strange! You feel like you’re at an auction, whether you’ll be chosen or not))) I’ve been here 2 times, there were different masters, so far I like everything!!!
