    Michelle was AWESOME with my Moms cut. My Moms hair is baby-fine & suffered from a bad perm back in the 80s that made her hair look even finer. 😠 Michelle TOTALLY fixed the previous bad cuts 🙄 & helped her hair look thicker!! 😳 THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!     I took my granddaughters last minute haircuts before school started and was so so surprised didn’t have a appointment walked in sign in and didn’t have to wait both hairstyles were so good my granddaughter that is 15 was so happy cause lady did what she wanted. My 10 year old was very happy with her results too. Over all will bring them in again.

    This is the second time Michele has cut my kiddos hair. She is friendly, quick and does a very good job at cutting hair the way it is explained to her. You rock Michele! We will be back for future haircuts.

    I have had my hair cut at a Paul Mitchell salon for years, but unfortunately it just got too expensive. I grew up going to a salon similar to Great Clips so I thought I would try it out. My first visit here was seamless!I came in first thing on a Saturday morning and they were already bustling with 3 people in the chair - I had checked in on the app when I was nearby and only had about a 10 minute wait in total. I was greeted as soon as I entered and told where in the line I was. Madison was super kind and double checked everything I asked for. I heard the other stylists also asking questions about what other clients wanted, told others they would update their preferences in the system, communication seemed to be great. My haircut was quick and just what I needed. And 1/3 of the price I would’ve paid at my salon. Will definitely be back!

    It was great, they earned their name.I got compliments from 2 other customers waiting for their cut as I went from the station to the front after my haircut!!A friend of ours works there and the service was friendly and professional. Well be back again in a few weeks for another cut.Salon is clean and spacious, workers clean their station after every cut, not just sweeping up hair, but spraying the seat to contend the current virus situation facing customers these days. Everyone wore face masks too for the same reason.Good value for the money.

    This Great Clips is great. I always do check in ahead of time, and recommend Amber, she’s the best, she’s off Sunday and Tuesday. She is consistent and remembers what style you like.

    Received a great cut from a stylist who is no longer there and was concerned about going back and rolling the dice. Read all the reviews and Sophia came highly recommended. I made the 40 minute drive and Sophia was absolutely worth it. I need a good haircut for work and the length and blend are perfect. She was able to give me exactly what I asked for and make it look great. Definitely going back, Sophia is worth the drive.Side note - the two times Ive been there the wait was less than 10 minutes and the rest of the staff were all friendly and professional.

    Always love how Customer Service is priority #1. Sophia makes sure that both my Father-in-Law and I feel comfortable and she pays close attention to detail. She offers us products that the store carries and lets us know if there is any other specials going on.

    I had a very good experience in here. The gal that cut my hair was very professional in fact it was one of the best haircuts that Ive ever got. And it was reasonably priced. The store was clean they practiced all the covid-19 precautions. So whenever I come back to this area and I need a haircut I would go here first.

    Haircuts on sale big plus, didnt have a long wait bigger plus. Sophia was great, friendly and cut my hair like I wanted. She wasnt scheduled till 4pm got my haircut about 2:30pm!!! She couldnt get acsh drawer open but I had planned on giving the change for a tip anyway

    Great location! Walked in last second l, immediately sat down. Michelle was fantastic! Confirmed previous notes and walked out 6-7 minutes later with exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will be back!

    Was a great cut. $14 but had a $5 off coupon.Lady who cut my hair was good and paid attention to detail. Was a bit rough with the clippers compared to my regular barber back home. But all in all great! I only had to wait for 1 minute :)

    I really like going here to get my haircut with Sophia. She is GREAT! always get what I want done and i dont know how she always gets it done to perfection and quick! I dont know about the rest of the team that works there but if you get lucky and Sophia is there when you happen to go dont doubt it, she is the one!

    Simple offerings but good at what they do. Conveniently located in the Crossland shopping center, I got a good haircut, and I consistently get good haircuts from them. They don’t do color or dye unless I’m mistaken, but for a quick cut, they are the right price and have professional staff.

    Samantha really gives a great haircut. There has been a turnover here of hairdressers. Give this place another try if you were disappointed a few months ago. The new ladies, Samantha and Lenny, my sister and I met did professional and stunning work.
