    I was skeptical about getting my hair cut but i booked a signature haircut with Valerie & she was amazing! she is so sweet & really helped me figure out the type of cut i wanted by listening to my concerns & idea. She did such a great job i love my hair!!

    Love this store! It’s very clean, organized, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful! Diamond was a HUGE help, even though they were closing soon she had so much patience and was very excited to help me find the products I needed to start doing glowy makeup! She was very knowledgeable and gave me honest recommendations about the products that I was looking for without being pushy. Overall she is very friendly and funny and made it an overall great experience.

    Stopped by for two very specific things. Andrea helped find what I was looking for and was super kind and helpful!I worked at this location for a year. It can sometimes feel weird/unwelcoming when workers aren’t keen to help with the shopping experience. Not today though! :)

    This review is for Cynthia at the salon. She was great. I’ve been to different Ulta Salons and she has been the best one so far. Extremely honest, professional, and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I had booked the wrong service (which was a higher price) and she was very honest and change it to the correct one despite being a little less. This right here already spoke highly of her professionalism and honesty. She did a great job in my hair and truly took the time to help me find the right shade for my hair. And the best part she listened and explained the process to me. She deserves 5 stars! I will definitely go back to her!

    I walked into the store asking to speak to a manager because I had a problem.. Problem is I am going through a divorce and have no money.. lolI was headed out for the evening and wanted to smell good. I was introduced to Matt the manager.. I explained my situation, let him know I was so broke that I was just there to spray myself with the most trending guy sent. He probably thought I was weird, I am, so what.. lolHe walked me over and showed me the two most popular Colognes. Matt was amazingly helpful, I really appreciate the time he took to help a customer that he knew wasnt going to buy anything (today)Ultra, if you arent already please appreciate employees like this, they are the ones who make your business successful. If you dont I will steal him for my business as employees are more valuable than all the stuff you are trying to sell!Thank you for reading my reverse - review. Matt Ill be back to pay for some of it once I get my life in order. Until then please dont mind me running in and taking a spritz of a tester every now and then. I appreciate you!

    Just moved to the area and needed a haircut I found Cynthia from the reviews here and she did a fantastic job! I love my hair so much. She is meticulous and took her time to make sure I was happy with every detail of my haircut and the styling. She’s amazing!

    Sky was such a sweetheart I asked for some assistance she was so helpful and patient and made sure I found what I was looking for. Jared was at the registered loved his personality. I had a return and I also purchased some items. He assisted me with my Ulta App and didnt make me feel like if I was a bother. Thank you both for making my visit fun.

    This Ulta is awesome! The customer service at this store is great! Corey and Jared are the best!!! Corey helped us find everything we needed and entertained us at the same time!     This Ulta beauty was just a wonderful experience and didn’t make me feel like just a costumer but a part of the Ulta beauty family. We had a wonderful cashier on duty on 8-23-2022 around 9 and her name was Jessica. She was such a sweetheart and even helped me with deals I had since I’m a regular customer I had points and the app and she told me all the coupons I could use from there and helped me save so much. She could’ve just made me pay full price and took her time explaining to me how I could save. It was also very hectic since it’s during the holiday weekends but she still made sure I was satisfied and if I needed anything else. Always a welcoming aura in the store!!

    I came in to get a new foundation and the staff was helpful. They greeted and approached me asking if I needed anything in particular and that’s when sales associate V came and helped me get a color match. She was knowledgeable, patient, and recommended great products. She is a great asset to the team and got the correct color for me on the first try! Thank you V!

    I went in to stock up on a few items. I was greeted at the door by the manager (Michael). I wasn’t sure I needed help as I kind of knew what I was looking for. After grabbing what I needed Mike asked if he could help in any way and suggested a few things based on what I had in my cart/bag that might pair well. He was super sweet and knew tons of information I wasn’t aware of about products that educated me on a lot which I like. Long story short we hit it off. I’m glad I can go into that Ulta in the future feeling comfortable and confident I’ll get the help I need. Thanks Mike!

    I took both of my daughters for haircuts Cynthia and Victoria were both phenomenal with my girls. One daughter has extra thick hair and the other has very thin. Both girls had a fantastic experience and their cuts loom phenomenal! Absolutely pleased with our experience.

    Lilly cuts and dyes my hair at this location and always does an incredible job. I have been going to Ultas for several years with a few different stylists but this location and Lilly always impresses me.I also typically review places I go with my service dog in training, barbie, on this account and while I do not take her to my hair appointments she has always been welcome as a shopping partner with no access issues. Everyone who works here is so nice and it’s one of my favorite Ulta locations I have been to.

    Visiting Florida for the first time and had to stop at Ulta for some staples that I forgot to pack. Mike was the first person to greet me. He was super friendly, upbeat, and very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out everything I needed and even recommended new products. I’d make the trip just to come see him again!

    My absolute favorite place to shop for any beauty or cosmetic items that I use, and sample new brands and beauty products of interest to me! I can say that they have always been on top of customer service, to the point that I will get greeted and asked if I need any help by several different employees during each visit; which, Im sure, is due to their training, as well as one employee not realizing that another employee has spoken to you previously. Anytime Ive ever needed assistance with any issues I was having makeup wise, they have always been my go-to, and I have always left feeling like my issue had been resolved.

    I truly enjoy going to this Ulta store. I always get asked if I need help. I typically say no, as I prefer shopping on my own and taking my time looking at reviews online. The staff is very respectful of this. Nine times out of ten, the product that I am searching for is there. Overall, this store gives off a very chill vibe and atmosphere.

    They have the nicest employees ever! One of them recommended a shampoo to keep my dyed red hair and it works perfectly!! Her advice saved me from dying my hair every month!! They are truly the best and they always have good product recommendations

    This location is one of THE best Ulta’s! Especially with having Isaias! He is not only super sweet, but very knowledgeable and helpful! I have battled with acne scars for a long time and he recommended what I needed! And within a week and a half I already see a huge difference! The whole team is very nice and willing to help!

    Great store with a great layout, however it is generally overpriced. Ultas also do tend to throw out their unused makeups instead of donating them to womens shelters which id unfortunate. Workers here are very friendly and will do their best to assist. Some testers need to be changed out a little more frequently. However the store is overall organized.

    Ive gone several times to this Ulta and Im so glad theres one near me now. Ive never had trouble finding help and whenever I needed it the employees have been more than happy to help me. Yeah, its a bit intimidating, like any high end cosmetic store, theres gorgeous people everywhere, but theyre still friendly.

    I almost always shop for curbside pickup, the items listed as in the store on the website are always there I never find that to be true for other curbsid options (most stores) the staff are nice, helpful and fairly knowledgeable on most of the products. I know it’s hard to be working this past year, but the employees are still kind and pleasant. Would recommend for curb side and in store shopping.

    The Salon at Ulta, Kissimmee is the best. All my stylists over the years have moved on to become master stylists and open other stores. Recently, as I was replacing my old stylist whom Ive been with for 4 years, I discovered Claudia. I liked her right away as she was rocking some green eye shadow and embodied what I consider a stylist should look like. She even referred to my hair as she was working on it as our hair (yes!). She gave me a long bob and colored my warm hair color to ash. I booked another appointment with her before leaving a completely satisfied customer beginning a new and beautiful friendship.

    I don’t know a thing personally about makeup. When I went in Luisa was just finishing ringing out a customer. I was hesitant to approach her but she was welcoming and helped me right away get exactly what I needed. Thanks Luisa for the great customer service !!

    Daya is the girl whom cashed me out and assisted me in finding a product i was searching for. She took the effort and time to go in the back to make sure they were actually out of the item. She also found an alternative which I did purchase. She was very kind and hope her efforts are acknowledged and appreciated by the managers!

    Neena at the brow bar is AMAZING! I was so nervous going to get my brows done as this would be only the second time Ive gotten them done. She was so sweet! She measured my brows and took the time to ask me questions. She was so informative and all around very pleasant! Definitely will be going back to her !

    Great, I really loved it because the girl who helped me provided me with good information about the products and was also very kind and I didnt feel discriminated against because of my origin, they were Latinas like me!! And both the associate and the manager understood me and helped me, even outside of their working hours. I really felt like I had known them forever. Well, now I am back because of their kindness to me and I dont talk about the products because I can only say that Everything they told me was true, everything was excellent. Thank you 🙏
