    I have always enjoyed shopping at Ulta. I was in Florida visiting with my brother and had forgotten some of my styling spray, so I went to this Ulta to purchase a bottle. The store was pretty well neat, clean, and organized. They were well stocked with the items they carried. The store was extremely busy. I didnt have anyone ask me if they could help me with finding what I was looking for, but I didnt see any employees on the floor. All the employees I saw were working behind the registers. I didnt have any problems finding the item I needed, though, as all of the stores are pretty well laid out the same way. The checkout line was pretty long, but I didnt have to wait very long. The employee who checked me out was pleasant. She didnt offer/ask me if I was an Ulta member or if I wanted to sign up to be one. She basically just rang me up and didnt say anything. I wasnt disappointed with my visit, nor was I overly impressed.

    Denise at the salon is incredible. I am very picky with my hair, but she knows her stuff and listens! Only has one client at a time which is also really nice even tho that wouldn’t stop me from going to her. She’s also super nice! Highly recommended her!

Not only did she give me a fabulous haircut and treatments , but she also shared her curly hair secrets with me. Her knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. She recommended the perfect products for my curly hair, like PATTERNs Styling Cream and Treatment Hair Mask, and I fell in love with the results! I loved these products she used on my curls so much I purchased.What I appreciated most about Madelyn was her genuine care and attention.     This Ulta Salon is the best Ive been to to this day! Ive been there twice now to get my hair dyed and both stylists were absolutely amazing with their work, Alex and Destiny (I hope Im remembering them right) The customer service is awesome and they will accommodate to any last minute mess ups you may run into😁10/10, will recommend to my family and friends✨💓

    Azul went above and beyond in helping me to get my hair service done. She came in early (shout out to Maddie for starting the service for Azul) and made sure that my hair was done as wanted, protected from the rain, and that it was conserved for when I needed the look for. I dont really write reviews, therefore, me writing this one means a lot and I hope shows my appreciation of these two employees!

    Went to the Peach and Lily event today and Michael and Anna were absolutely amazing! They walked me through the products and explained them really well. They helped me with a face routine that would work best for my skin and were so kind the entire time. Would love to buy from them again in the future!

    Had a mix up with scheduling but Michelle was AWESOME and worked it out. She then sched me with @Paolamahoneyhair and she specializes in curly hair too! At 52 yrs young, I told her of the uneven cuts I received over the years including recently with Salon Dulay (an Aveda salon) on Turkey Lake Road including 2 different stylists there. Also, in my 30s I decided to just leave it wet all the time. No one could ever style curly hair unless it was blown straight. Not for me at all. I have a lot of PTSD lol.Paola explained everything she was doing, put a great mouse they carry for curly hair (which I bought) and put me at ease with the entire process. I LOVE MY NEW CUT!! She actually GOT IT!!! So, of course, I booked my next cut and color too. I highly recommend Paola! 👍🏻😊Tell her about this review if you go!

    I recently got my hair done at the Ulta at The Loop. This is my second time getting my hair done here, and I always ask for Kanar! She is experienced, professional, keeps the health of my hair in mind, and of course, makes my hair look beautiful! I have dark asian hair and she has been able to get me tastefully light and blonde as seen in my photo. I will be returning in the future! :)

    Overall had a good experience with trying to get all the things I needed to start makeup again. Hannah was such a huge help and was able to stop what she was doing to assist me finding the perfect match. I didn’t initially get greeted by anybody but that’s ok. I also got help at the register with last minute things that I forgot to put in my basket and they helped me get them. They do need to order more popular stuff so it’s in stock but overall we were able to find what I needed in different brands.

    Went for a facial yesterday with Okayra who was super friendly, answered questions politely and even gave me an upgrade because it’s my birthday month. As a busy mom, I don’t always have the time to take care of myself and my face looked dull and tired. I woke up today and my skin is bright, glowing, and I don’t look like I haven’t slept in months!     I had never been inside an Ulta in my life. I have always bought my make up at CVS. However, I came in here yesterday , extremely desperate as I had an important event the same night! I came from out of town and the day before I had my face waxed in a local place. The top of my cheeks got severely burned and it look terrible .. none of my make up was covering them.. and no youtube video helped me... so I told my husband to drop me off at Ulta..why? I didnt know. But God knew.! As soon as I went in , Ana asked me if there was anything she could assist me with... and I spilled it all out.. I told her my frustration.. I think I almost cried: This Gala was in a couple hours and I had these horrible burns on my face and I needed make up to cover this mess up but I did not know what to buy. She listened and she said no worries I can help you. She took me to the foundation aisle we found a foundation that matched my skin tone, a color corrector, moisturizer and a setting powder.. she then proceeded to instruct him on how to apply the products . I felt in peace... I knew and I felt she was very knowledgeable and caring. I BOUGHT EVERYTHING SHE SUGGESTED! She saved my night!. I looked stunning, lots of people complimented me and nobody noticed the ugly burns... I had a fantastic night and the suggested moisturizer has completely healed my face! I woke up this morning with no scabs! Ana converted me into a loyal ULTA customer from now on! No more cvs! Customer service is more valuable to me.. and even more when you are in complicated situation like mine so far from home. Ana, you are an angel !!! and ULTA thank you for having amazing employees like her.! Kudos!

    Yesterday was my first time receiving a facial and let me tell you - O’kayra did not disappoint! As someone who values AUTHENTIC customer experiences, O’kayra sets the bar! She is the bar! She greeted me with a warm hug and her consultation and service did not fall short of anything but perfect! I literally feel like a million dollars after receiving my facial - I WILL be coming back to O’Kayra.     Absolutely, love my stylist Arlene! She fixed a hair disaster I went through with a different stylist who didn’t listen to what I wanted. I’d go there just so Arlene can wash my hair! BEST SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER MASSAGE EVER! My Gosh!!!! Amazing.And Tiffany did my makeup for a Wedding. Omg amazing.     The visit was for a hair appointment. Kimberly (hair stylist) was awesome. She has a great warm and friendly personality. She knows her stuff. My daughter had a hair cut and deep conditioning with style. We were beyond happy with the results. Great first time experience for my daughter and thats all I couldve asked for.     Claudia is amazing! Literally she listens to your thoughts and then she gives her personal opinion and you guys work together on what you want and it works out wonderfully! She literally puts her care and time into you and I literally feel the love she has for her job.     This was my first experience getting my hair cut and colored at Ulta Beauty Salon and Claudia made it a great one! I explained what I wanted and she helped me find a color that would work best with my hair. I have been using the deep conditioning products that she recommended and my hair has never felt healthier.     I had a WONDERFUL experience with Marcia at the Ulta Salon! We were there for about 6 hours getting my NATURAL BLACK hair to a BEAUTIFUL silvery-rose color with dark purple tips. If you want BEAUTIFUL fantasy colors, ASK FOR MARCIA! She is kind, friendly, communicative, funny, and just adorable! If you’re going to put your money somewhere, she is worth EVERY CENT AND MORE! Her styling, coloring and customer service skills are amazing, and she will give you something better than you could’ve hoped for! And even better, you’ll enjoy all the time you spend with her, cuz we all know hair takes a long time, but she makes the experience fun & has great conversations and stories!     Amazing!!!!! I went to Ulta at the loop Store 335 to get my hair done at the Salon by Tiana Colon, and I highly recommend her. She is wonderful at what she does and super sweet. First of all, I love how she educated me in all of the products she was using on my hair, and she treated my hair like it was her own, with such Care. She left my hair looking so shiny and healthy and with such volume, that even today when i woke up i was still looking fabulous. Already booked my next appointment with her. Can’t wait to see what else she has in store for me!

    A very good impression in my first visit, the associates friendly, polite, and helpful. The associates making sure we find what my wife and daughter were looking for. In the back right side corner of the store is a beauty salon and not all in the store is for ladies, they also have a good selection of man lotions. Not bad at all and the prices all accessible.

    I went to the hair salon in Ulta last week and had my hair straightened by the manager, Cristina, and she did an amazing job !! I usually don’t blow dry my hair because I have natural curls and stylist tend to pull and tug and burn my scalp but she took her time with the process and I had no regrets. My hair came out amazing and I would highly recommend her. Can’t wait to go back😌.

    I’ve been coming to see Kimberly since I moved to the area back in 2019. She is amazing! She listens to what I want done and also adds in her input.. I’m always leaving happy! At this point I tell her what I’m going for and let her work her magic. When I first came in I had just had my hair cut all the way above my shoulders and in these almost 2 years, my hair is down to the middle of my back. I highly recommend coming to see Kimberly.. you will not regret it!!

    I went here on vacation and was very pleased. The service was great. Two ladies had helped me out.. I never got the name of the first woman, but I know Jasmine is one of their names. Jasmine was more than helpful to me even though she was very busy dealing with other customers. And made sure I was accompanied. She helped me pick out a foundation in my price range, which is always good. She also was very helpful to customers who spoke Spanish and needed help looking for products. She went back and forth from English to Spanish.. She was just overall amazing and had a positive attitude the whole time.. Promote her!!!

    I LOVE coming to this Ulta, mainly the Salon. I’ve been coming here for over a year now seeing Claudia every time! She’s amazing, she really works magic on my hair ALL time. I never thought i’d ever get out of my comfort zone & change colors but she helped me feel beautiful in my new purple hair. I literally wouldn’t trade her for the world. She takes such good care of me and my hair. People ask why would I go to Ulta when I can go somewhere cheaper & my response is always “CLAUDIA DUH”, the fact that she takes the time to build a good relationship with her clients & cares how I feel about the finishing of my hair is amazing and worth every penny! I’m actually going to be setting up my next appointment soon!

I made an appointment at Ulta at the loop with Claudia for a cut, color and highlights. She is awesome and gave me a great cut and color. I will definitely be going back to her and will highly recommend Ulta Salon at the loop in Kissimmee.

    If you want perfectly fierce shaped eyebrows, book your appointment with Paige. This beautiful young women is excellent at her craft. She is such a sweetheart, very down to earth.     When I was a teenager I went through a horrific experience that causes me to go bald. Ever since then, I will color my hair or have a family member do it for me. I wanted to go blonde, but I was so scared to go to a hair salon. I started searching and found Kimberly at Ulta. One thing about Kimberly is that she is very honest. And her opinion does matter to me. She suggested what we can do to my hair so that we can start the process. On November 13, I spend the day with Kimberly. And we color, highlighted, cut, and did a deep treatment for my hair. I was so scared but when I saw my hair I was in love. My hair looks healthy and working towards my blonde goal. The good thing was that I was able to have my curl backs. I havent seen my curls since 2006. Kimberly us very attentive, knowledgeable and sweet. She doesnt rush the process! She did an amazing job with my hair. I am happy that I found a stylist that I can trust!

    Heather helped my mom and I so much today! She was very patient with all my moms questions and helped match us to our shades for dipbrow. Most times employees ignore us and don’t help much when asked questions. She stopped what she was doing to take a long time to find us the products we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about different products!     It has been many years since Ive had a completely satisfying and wonderful experience in a salon, with the style, color and cut. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the stylist Kanar. I think like most people, we know what we want in our heads but have no idea of how to explain it lol. With the little bit of info I gave her, she truly listened and went above and beyond. She took such care in every process and communicated so well. I love my hair and it looks great even the day after. I have very temperamental hair haha. As long as I live here I will always come back to Kanar. She is the best and beautiful inside and out. Grateful Ulta has these services, kind of the last place I thought Id ever try but I am completely satisfied... having to wear a mask and all.

    After a horrible visit with a salon worker (not sure if her name but she was a thin African American) I didnt return to the salon at Ulta for 5 months. To my joy I have found Josie, a sweet, proficient young lady who left my hair AMAZING! I got a bunch of compliments on it and have been turning heads! I am seeing her again, she did a fabulous job and is very attentive and personable as well. Only 4 stars due to salon front desk staff being rude as f**** as usual. Ulta is lucky to have Josie because she is the only reason I am returning.

    My twin sister and I went into ultra the other day to just browse around and we ran into an AMAZING Ulta worker named Makayla. She was so attentive and tried to help us find the products we were looking for. She did more than just that, we had such an amazing conversation and she got to know a little bit about us and so much about her too!     I had previously done my hair here with another stylist and unfortunately it was not good at all. After not liking it and spending a lot $$$ for the service that I got, I talked to the Salon Manager She was really nice and got me another appointment to get it fix and let me tell youuu Marcia did an amazing job!     I have been going to this Ulta on and off to get my hair done since it opened. For the past several years I have been going to Kanar. My hair’s condition was horrible when we started after trying to do it myself. Now it is growing, healthy and soft. Kanar always listens to what I want to do and is honest about the possible results of my crazy ideas during the consultation. She is patient and very professional.     I went to the Ulta hair salon for the first time. I was going for a big change that I didn’t trust to Great Clips 😆 I’m glad I went! I cut 14” off and got some super cute bangs. Sarah was great! She new just what I wanted and what is in style. Her and the other lady, that said she also works for Disney, we’re so easy to talk to. She even helped me record Sarah making the first big cut. I posted pictures on my social media and everyone loves the cut it’s SO CUTE!

    Claudia is a master with hair! I originally came to her for a color correction from a different salon, and she willingly fixed my hair and transformed me into a beautiful blended blonde. She is knowledgeable, welcoming, and explains what she is going to do and why; and not to mention her shampoos are a dream. I highly recommend going to Claudia, she is now my go-to colorist/stylist.

    Ok so I’ve been to about 5+ different stylist trying to find someone who knew how to get me from nearly black hair to platinum blonde without damaging my hair, taking a million sessions, or just doing a bad job. I finally finally finally found that stylist in Claudia. She is AMAZING. My hair grows really fast so I see her about once a month for touch ups. She’s friendly, professional, and phenomenal at her job. Once she’s done you’d swear the blonde came out of my head naturally. I get compliments on it all the time. I can not recommend her enough. A lot of the other stylist here are friendly and good at their job as well. But if you can get an appointment with Claudia you won’t regret it. 💖💖💖

    Got my hair done today by Jonathan and let me tell you my hair has never been more perfect! I told him I wanted to go back to a fun maroon red and he gave me his advice which was to highlight first and then color so I have different tones. He warned me ahead of time of the price because I was getting highlights too to make sure I was okay with it. After he finished the color he cut it for me and even gave me amazing layers. I can finally run my fingers through my hair again because it use to be long and dead. The color is incredible and the cut makes me look so much more mature Im in love! I highly recommend this place and Jonathan he did an outstanding job!

    The staff was amazing, however I paid decent money once again for a haircut that I do not like. I dont have the heart to complain when the stylist seems happy with the end result, however, I am now stuck with a hairstyle that I am unhappy with. UPDATE: I returned to Ulta 2 weeks after getting my cut and expressed my disappointment. Gina listened carefully and then offered to fix it, and she did just that!! Gina fixed my hair right then and there. Thank you Gina, I will be back. :-)

    I met hairstylest Claudia over a year ago. I came with pretty damaged hair due to inept hairstylists that promise one thing and have no skills in executing what they claim they can achieve for the client. Claudia, is not only truthful and realistic, she goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Her personality makes you feel as though youve known her all your life. Now, my hair is thick and wavy. Claudia can blow dry my hair in a way I never can. I am able to keep my hair looking exactly the same for a week!!     Anna Torres, Hair Stylist, at The Loop location in Kissimmee is the best. She consults with me to find the best solutions to my hair. I was toying with the idea of a Keratin treatment for years because I live in FL and have terrible frizzies. Its the best decision I ever made. I happen to walk in the store on day and she was available because of a cancellation. It was like it was meant to be. He gave the upmost Customer Service! He is amazing!! Matched me with Aqua Luminous Foundation & its flawless. Than put the BFF collection on me (the Khloe Kardashian featured collection) . Love it!!
