    On my first day at Ulta Beauty Store, on Marigold Avenue, I like how bright and colorful the store is. I met Syd and she is pleasant, lovely and friendly plus she looks good. I came in for male products to make my hair look sexy. She offered great items and I tried them the following day and received nice compliments on my hair alone.     I have had my hair done (both color and cut) by Claritza multiple times and she is an extremely talented and personable stylist. I presented her with a photo of a brown-to-red balayage that I wanted, and she was able to perfectly recreate the style on me, even with having old, faded hair color in my hair. I also had her cut my hair into long layers, which was then perfectly finished with a blow out / style! I can’t recommend her enough and Ulta Poinciana is lucky to have her on staff!

    Welcome to Poinciana! I have been a long time customer of a competitor but always have to order online. I went in with the intention of picking up some travel make up. In other words lower cost items that I would not mind losing. I was steered towards ELF due to the smaller sized items that wont break the bank. Patricia was extremely helpful and even showed me that there was additional savings based on purchase amount. I walked out with even more than I hoped. I got my travel essentials and then some! By the way I ❤️ ELF. Each item is the perfect amount of make up and I appreciate the minimal waste. Patricia is friendly and NOT fake. She provided honest opinions that guided me to wise choices.     I absolutely LOVE this Ulta! There is one manager Mike who runs the salon and he is THE BEST! Seriously makes me feel so welcome and at home! His staff and stylists are incredible! I got my hair done and was worried bc i have curls but they did an amazing job!!! Def will be back! So professional, clean and high energy! I stop in all the time just to say hi to Mike and the staff here! It’s like my second home! TRUE VIP EXPERIENCE AT THIS ULTA! Go here!!!

    While the visit didnt start off great as there was some confusion about my daughters appointment due to a system issue that caused us to be seen an hour later than our scheduled time, the staff absolutely made up for it. The girls there treated my daughter with such care and even did her makeup while we waited. The manager was great and quickly resolved the issue and even provided my daughter a beautiful parting gift for the trouble. Cyd absolutely slayed my daughters hair. She was AMAZING and very skilled. My daughter was so happy with her hair and the VIP treatment she received. Kudos to this location for a job well done.

    I wanted to compliment Molly for her professional work and kindness. Im new to the area and I am always nervous when choosing a new stylist. I explained to Molly my dilemma with my very thick heavy long hair and the need for it to be thinned out but also to keep the length. She was very kind and listened to my words... and gave me an excellent hair cut which is not an easy task. She did a beautiful blow dry with beach waves. I felt beautiful, pampered and special when I left Ulta, what more can a customer ask for.I followed up 2 weeks later with highlights and again she did a good job.Molly is sweet, happy to please, creative and has a passion for her work. I think she is a gem and I am so glad she is here in Poinciana.❤️❤️

    Super duper happy with my visit.Alanis was super nice and helpful. Got me exactly what I needed and helped me to even save some $$. She was beautiful inside out and very professional. I was so happy. We even chit chat a bit. Diffinality recommend this location. And I have to stress on how CLEAN CALM AND NOT BUSY this location was.     Is the second time I am at the store getting my hair done by Ileana and she is the best, every time she gets what I want and I loved the result, Also she is always recommending great products for my hair type. She is very knowledgeable and has lots of expertise. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will 100% recommend to shop there and use the salon.

    Store is very well organized, clean and bright! For sure the nicest Ulta I’ve been in. I usually never leave reviews, but this store was so pretty and the staff was super nice and helpful! It’s great seeing new stores with great staff opening up in Poinciana.

    I saw Magdalena and the cut was spectacular, precise, it was so good that the tip rises naturally since it was a butterfly cut…. Lively!!!!
