    Went into the store to check out the perfumes and try to find a new scent that I liked. Annabelle offered her help and she went about and beyond to help me find something I liked. She asked me what type of scents I liked and recommended different perfumes that are thought I might like. She was so patient and pleasant the entire time. She also knew a lot about skincare and makeup and does makeup there in the store. I dont think she even works in the perfume department but still helped me without hesitation. If I ever need to get my makeup done for and event or need recommendations for makeup, skincare, or even fragrances I would definitely look for her while in the store. She provided top notch customer service!

    I had such a wonderful experience with Michele! After a bad haircut from another stylist , I made the appointment at ULTA with Michele. She greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately made me feel at ease. Michele gave me a thorough and informative consultation, really taking the time to understand what I wanted and explaining how she could fix my haircut.The appointment was so enjoyable—we talked, laughed, and her upbeat personality made the time fly by. Michele explained every step of the process, taught me how to care for my hair, and even suggested great products to use at home.I got a haircut, blow-dry, and flat iron, and the results were beyond my expectations. I’m a biracial woman with thick curly hair that can be hard to manage for most . But My hair came out so smooth, silky, and exactly what I wanted. I’ve already received so many compliments!Thank you, Michele, for turning a bad experience into such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

    This salon has some of thee most knowledgeable stylist who offer an array of services. They are usually busy and booked so make your appt ahead of time. The Salon specializes in color, balayage, highlighting, vivid colors and any color your heart desires ... even pink for Oct! Most stylists have 10+ yrs experience just ask for a master designer like Megan (thats me😉) , Matthew, Vivianna or Sarah, we all specialize in different areas but, all are masters of our craft.     Let’s all say this together: WE LOVE LEAH!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Leah. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! 10/10! Great conversation, and even better brows!!!😍😍 I definitely will be coming back monthly to see her and you should too!

    This was my first time at this Ulta salon and it was a great experience.I got my hair dyed by Victoria and she was lovely. She made sure my formula made sense and offered suggestions, explained everything she was doing and products she was using during the process, was gentle and thorough, and had good conversation. I’ll definitely be booking here in the future :)

    Annabelle did my makeup and she did fantastic!!! Her vision was out of this world. I never felt more beautiful and confident thanks to her! I cannot recommend Annabelles makeup enough! This location is outstanding and so worth it!

    Michele in The Salon did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me a root touch up and highlights. Michele was very attentive to make sure the result was exactly what I wanted - and it is!     Going to the salon is usually a stressful experience for an introvert like myself, but I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at this Ulta. Today Michele did my hair and all I can say is WOW. She took my inspo pics and translated it into exactly what I was wanting. She’s an incredible stylist and I absolutely recommend her! I’ve also had Leah do my brows in the past and she’s is incredible as well. Everyone at the Salon here is wonderful and I absolutely recommend going here to get whatever beauty services you need!

    I cant thank Ulta enough for their services. I was preparing my day for a Wedding I had to attend to & they were super helpful with providing me an appointment on the spot (should have done an appointment here in the first-place) Michele was my Barber/Stylist and she is absolutely amazing at her Job. Continuing to learn more and more about the art of cutting hair and more. I recommend anybody for her needing a good cut and more. Thank You Ulta. You helped me on my path to 2024.

    A ton of makeup choices inside the store. The wifes happy to shop there. Very clean inside and outside. The place is expensive though, there are Dollar tree shavers in the store that range from $7.00-$30.00 for a 4 pack of shavers. It is a little ridiculous.

    I started using Ulta Salon as a travel RN due to frequently moving and am happy to say Ive been very pleased. Michele S in Kissimee has been my favorite. She has really helped me improve my hair in just two visits. She went above and beyond helping me get a last minute appointment as well. I almost hate to put this review as I dont want more competition getting into seeing Michele! In all seriousness, you wont be disappointed and the pricing is fair. Make your appointment now ❤️

    I highly recommend Michele S for all your hair styling needs. My hair has hard to cover gray. Michele makes sure the grays are covered and the color is perfect each time. I drive an hour to see Michele for my hair cut and color. More than worth it.

    If you need a knowledgeable and amazing stylist, go see Michele S. She is so amazing and takes the time to listen to you and does her best to achieve what you ask for. My wife goes to her also and she has the versatility of doing long fine hair like mine and short thick hair like my wife’s. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Michele is top notch.

    I rarely write reviews but i just had to because i just had some of the best customer service from Ashley Re ever! I have to admit- i was feeling pretty insecure/not having the best day when i walked into the salon. Ashley made sure I left with the biggest smile on my face. Keep doing what you’re doing!     Im not someone who leaves reviews, but I honestly couldnt be any happier the way Kris did my hair .. shes a lovely lady. She listened to everything I asked, and she explained what she was going to do before doing it!! Blonde is not the easiest to achieve, and she did the most beautiful job it definitely was what i wanted, if i could put you in my pocket and take you back to Canada i would 😊 I will be back for sure!!     Matthew is best the hairstylist I have ever met. I showed him a picture of what I was hoping my hair would look like, he not only met the expectation but exceeded it. He took really good care of my hair and offered a suggestion. Best decision, don’t walk but run to book with Matthew.

    I love this Ulta location! Every service I have experienced here has been truly awesome!Today I had my hair done by Mercy, I met her for the first time and I’m sure glad I did- she did such a beautiful job (I did accent highlights and a haircut as well), I already received so many compliments about the highlights and my family insists it is the best haircut I ever had, I agree :) She is a true professional and I would highly recommend her for all hair needs! I am so grateful for her great work.I also use the benefit brow bar, and they do a phenomenal job as well. I have had my eyebrows done by both Jazmin and Sarah and they are both amazingly good at what they do, never had a less than awesome experience I wouldnt do my brows anywhere else.All of the staff are so nice too, everybody I’ve come across so far has always been very helpful. I had an issue with a return today and the manager (i forgot her name sadly) was extremely helpful and stood by until the issue was resolved, while being kind and patient all the while.A very nice salon to visit all around great!

    I have always had a good experience at this store but tonight I have to shoutout to Bri!!! She was AWESOME and such a huge help! I complimented her on her makeup and we got to talking and she listened to my concerns.     I cant say enough about this store. I took my lovely wife there and they were so amazing to her. Sadly we have to be careful about where she has her hair cut and her make up done but Sarah (The Salon) did a stellar job. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Ulta for being trans and LGBTQ friendly.

    Michael in the salon is the absolute best hair professional I’ve ever had! I’ve been to him twice now and both times have been blown away with the results. It’s hard to find someone so knowledgeable about curly hair and know how to cut it perfectly! Cut, color, root blends, and toners I’ve had done by him have all exceeded expectations!

    I really like this location. It has a good selection of products and now has “buy online & pick up in store.” It also has the Salon and Benefit Brow Bar. I’ve had 3 or 4 different ladies at the Benefit Brow Bar do my eyebrows at this location and I’ve never had a problem. I recommend it to all of my friends.

    I was totally lost walking in to this store. I dont wear much makeup, but my wedding is coming up and I know I needed more than mascara. The ladies were so helpful and patient with me. I couldnt remember names because they were all so great. They helped educate me on what I needed and how to use it. I didnt feel any judgement for being almost 30 and not educated on make up. I loved this shopping experience!

    I should have taken before and after pics for this but I brought my daughter to this location while on vacation because she had a huge knot in her hair. Minie E, combed out the knot, trimmed, and did a blow out for my 10 yr old. Her hair was beautiful. Minie was very attentive, professional, and most importantly my daughter walked out happy with the haircut that she did not even want but had to get. If I need another style or cut while in the area again, I would definitely take my daughter back

    Ive definitely been to Ulta before but my most recent trip was the most impactful. I went in looking to get in and out looking for a new foundation, set on trying to figure it out myself but got quickly overwhelmed by all the shades and different brands. A woman working in the Benefit cosmetics area came to my rescue and helped me find the perfect coverage and shade for foundation and concealer. Thank you!

    I had my hair cut by Matthew a few weeks back and i have never had more beautiful hair in my life. He spent an hour texturizing my hair and teaching me what to do and what products to use. He is incredible. Pls pls pls book with him for your next cut. You will mot regret it.

    I visited ulta beauty, when I was on vacation in Orlando, Florida. Overall it was a good experience, I made an appt to get my hair cut, a treatment, and styled. I was happy with the outcome.     Decided to get a hair cut last minute, so walked in and Matthew was able to help me. My hair is 3b/3c curly but about 3/4 of it is slightly bleach damaged. Well Matthew listened to what I wanted and was able to work with my curly hair. I haven’t had my hair cut this good in years. I will continue to go to him! Also, thank you for sanitizing and making sure the area was clean and safe.

    LET ME JUST SAY...MIRACLE WORKERS!! I went in yesterday for a quick brow wax and tint. I had mentioned you Jaz how i felt that one brow was lower than the other and if she could fix it that would be amazing. LET ME TELL YOU...I walked out a whole new person. Jaz spent so much time mapping my brows and tinting them so the inner brow was lighter than the tail and even carved them out for me! This is the best my brows have ever looked and I cried when I saw the complete transformation. She even helped me find my new go-to foundation and concealer combination and was super helpful with listening to what I have used in the past and what I want to achieve now! I am so impressed and happy and literally beaming and glowing when I walked out of Ulta yesterday afternoon. I received so many compliments on my brows and even my makeup that I literally can’t thank Jaz and the rest of the Ulta team enough. You have made such an impact on me! Can’t wait to be back!

    YAAAALLLLLL!!!!! GO! Get in this store ASAP!!! I was on vacation and having some serious issues getting my magnetic eyelashes to work right. I called ahead of time just to see if I could get a quick lesson from someone and they said the manager, April, would make some time for me. What started out to be my personal struggle quickly became a group project and they almost didnt let me leave until I got it perfect! Back home, girls in our ultas are very pushy and standoffish. This girl gang could easily take over small countries if they wanted to! See yall next time in down from Texas!! 😘
