    This maybe a late post but my experience with the manager, Leonor was phenomenal. On 12/23, which was a busy night, Leonor was very patient and detail with explaining to me about using your points for free items. For example:I was having a difficult time understanding how I may have points that total $60.00 but couldnt use the whole amount when items were being purchased and I had to pay about $15.00 extra. However, after she explain the process thoroughly, I was able to get another item with paying less extra only $6.74. So, all in all I got more for my money. Thank you, Leonor!

    I came in extremely stressed because my hair was a complete mess from a previous location. The women in the salon worked with me and made this process completely comfortable! Once I was finished ii stopped at MAC and Rain spent over an Hr. Making feel like a beautiful woman again! I ended up buying everything she tried on me!!! Thank you ladies!!!

    I love shopping at this store and pickup amazing deals. I recently tried out The Salon and got a signature haircut and scalp treatment with Felisha. Everything was perfect and its such a reasonable cost. Felisha is very skilled and was able to help with a cut that added tons of thickness and volume to my hair. They offer tons of services and its easy to book.

    I went to get my hair done by Gabriella. I was super nervous because I didn’t know how it was going to turn out. She did AMAZING. I am OBSESSED!!!!!! Everyone who saw me so far absolutely LOVES IT!!!😍😍😍 she takes her time and she is very friendly. She cares about her customers! 10/10 recommend

    Aimee is the best! Love her knowledge of the products! She came up to me while I was in store looking for products for my wife and she nailed exactly what I needed!     I love the staff, especially at the salon. val did such a great job with my hair!! i came in with really thick and long hair with a lot of split ends. she was super friendly, professional, and made sure i was comfortable with every step of doing my hair. 10/10 would recommend!!

    Rane was absolutely amazing! Came In today looking for new products and needing to get color matched. I’m usually hesitant to ask for help, as I have been color matched wrong in the past, or have been advertised products I wasn’t looking for. Rane was prompt to ask if I needed any help. She color matched me perfectly on the first swatch, which surprised me. Rane got to know my makeup style and preferences and directed me to products that were exactly what I was looking for. She turned a potentially 1hr long store visit, to about 20 mins, which I loved. After I returned home I tried out all the new products in my full makeup routine and have to say, Rane nailed it. I am happy with everything I left with, which usually doesn’t happen. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

    I went to Ultra looking for perfume and to my surprise I stumbled upon the salon.I set an appointment and the let me come the next day.My stylist was Raquesh Kindler.She was very and professional.I love my new color.My husband loved it too .Now my journey for long healthy hair begins .My search is over for a Beautician.Raquesh is the best .Thank you so much.

    Courtney was SUPER and did a super job doing my second ear lobe piercing. I called the store and it was easy getting an appointment with Courtney in the salon. She took me right to a chair and explained the process and ensured she knew what I wanted. Courtney took her time and carefully measured and placed dots on each ear. Then she showed me to ensure I was happy. She was careful and clean with the equipment. She showed me the earring choices to select; there are several. I chose the hypoallergenic silver colored hearts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Courtney!! Everyone in the store was nice and helpful.

    I love visiting this store people greet me as soon as I walk in and ask if I need assistance.They will continue to help even if that means running all over the store to get what I need . This is great customer service! My favorite thing is visiting the salon. My stylist is Ragesh she is the best Ive ever had!! I will tell her what I want my end result to look like and she will make it happen. Ive also noticed that the other stylist will ask her for help when needed. She is not only great at hair but is so friendly I could talk with her all day. I dont do a lot of reviews but Ragesh is worth it. If Ulta is smart they need to pay her more again she is worth it!!Thank you Ragesh

    This has been the ulta I primarily shopped at for years. But tonight felt so special. THANK YOU ABY!! For being so attentive, allowing me to take up over an hour of your time with questions about make up, you showing me how to best apply foundation, concealer, blush, and bronzer. You walked me through some fabulous perfumes for my big day coming up so I could have memories with that specific one. I cannot thank you enough what an impact you made on my night.

    All the ladies here were extremely helpful From the salon, the makeup department, to the register. Would definitely recommend this as a regular beauty go to!Edit* Four years later I came back to get a haircut and had an amazing job done by Kara in the salon. She took her time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and was extremely kind to me. The manager is amazing and everyone was still just as helpful as before. I highly recommend!

    Jose in the fragrance department was amazing. We laughed, we cried, we broke up, then 3 seconds later resumed our relationship of smelling fragrance, laughing, smelling coffee beans, consulting his coworkers and ultimately landing on the right fragrance for me, which should be called Kristine with no twang. Lol Jose will get what I mean if he reads this. Thank you Jose for all the laughs and your expert help today!

    Melanie was such a great help on the sales floor! My friends and I were going for a specific look and Melanie went almost all over the store helping us to find everything we needed. I need to commend Jennifer because she was absolutely amazing at handling my hair (which was a stubborn box hair dye mess!) and made it into something awesome! She made sure to go above and beyond so that I could be happy with my hair and I am! She was so patient with me and always went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back, Jennifer you rock!!

    Such a great place to shop!! Incredible variety and great prices! The store is bright, organized, and clean! Plus their website has $3.50 coupon you can use for purchases over $15! Today, they had MANY items on sale for buy 2 and get 1 free and I was able to use the $3.50 coupon, too! And the employees are happy to help you with anything (I.e. - finding items, matching foundation to your skin color, answering questions about different products)! Plus I always get a free gift/treat in my bag when I check out! Today, I got a free makeup bag and a $5 coupon for my next visit!

    I made an appointment with Aleah for a haircut Sunday and was beyond thrilled with the cut she gave me! I have been searching for a new stylist for about 6 months and have finally found her! Aleah actually listens to what you want, she takes her time and is very talented and very detail oriented. She is obviously very highly trained but also caring and compassionate. I am a very picky person and have only had one other stylist as wonderful as her before who I lost when I moved to this area. I highly recommend her!

    The store is huge. The salon is all the way back. Hair products are mostly to the right & near the salon. Makeup is mostly to the left & in front. Skin care is behind makeup.I waited in line behind apx 30- 35 people (week prior to Christmas) the wait was only about 15 min. I think thats pretty good. The checkout staff was very friendly. The floor staff was scattered.They will do your makeup for you. They also offer hair cuts, color, perms, an waxing (if you can take the pain!)

    Rachel is amazing. I’ve been struggling to find a moisturizer for so long due to allergies with most products. I’ve been so insecure about my dry skin, but Rachel helped me to find a moisturizer that I’m not allergic to and makes my skin look and feel amazing. I’m so grateful.

    Hadn’t been to an Ulta in over 3 yrs. came in today, my first at Lady Lake and had a really good experience. Sally was an absolute gem. She was sweet and patient. She helped me with foundation, eyebrow stuff and even a lip liner. I really look forward to going back. The only thing I was bummed about was the low stock of KVD cream foundation. I mean, if they don’t sell too much, don’t get so many- but at least have samples and 1 of the better selling colors.

    I made an appointment to get my hair cut at the Lady Lake Ulta Beauty this past Sunday. My stylist Aleah was booked solid with appointments, and I was her last appointment of the day. Despite having worked all day, and the store about to close, she took extra care to give me the cut I requested. She is very detailed in her work, and the cut was fantastic. I have only lived in the area for a year and have struggled to find a stylist who could replace my past stylist of 22 years. Aleah has filled those shoes for sure!

    The store as a whole is great! However this review is for Raquesh specifically. She is my hair dresser in the salon, and has been for the last 3 years. I’m a blonde, and after moving to Ocala and trying a new stylist, I always end up going back to her. She’s the only stylist who takes the time to listen to what I want, and makes sure I’m happy before I walk out of the door. She’s definitely worth the drive all the way from Ocala. Highly recommend her.

    This is a beautiful store that offers a much broader range of beauty products than anywhere else. What is so nice is the wide variety of things to choose from in a quiet, clean, brightly lit, uncrowded store. You can spend a pleasant time looking for that perfect shade of lipstick or eye shadow. They also have a wide variety of beauty accessories like magnifier mirrors, brushes, etc. Great place to shop for gifts.

    While Morgan was prepping my hair I told her my hair needed a miracle to correct the ugly “calico cat” color mistakes from a previous colorist at another salon. That’s exactly what I received from Raquesh and Morgan. I was there for 6 1/2 hours while Raquesh performed a miracle to restore my “blonde” and correct my root hair color to compliment my skin tone. Raquesh, is simply outstanding to say the least. She literally is part magician and part chemist. Her skills are exemplary! The dynamic duo of Raquesh and Morgan are not only fantastic with color, cut and style, but they each have wonderful personalities. I left the salon with tears of joy!

    Heather is hands down excellent. Listens to what you need and carries it out. Im super super picky with my longer hair, so going to someone new is a painful event. Not in this case. Ive visited with her for fresh highlights (having gone from a faded black color/brunette combo) and shes trimmed, and i stress trim, my mid back length hair a few times. She gave me the flowy layers I like, awesome job texturing and bangs fall just right. Cant recommend her enough!
