    Best dermatology appt I have ever had! Cant express the appreciation I have for Janice Reaume. I never felt rushed during my appt. In fact, she was exceptional in addressing ALL my dermatology concerns in one appointment and even addressed one concern that other dermatologists dismissed!Freezing process was less painful than when done by other dermatologists and I never felt any pain when she biopsied a concern and stitched it. I understand the Wildwood office is now open and will have more days available as clientele builds, which Im sure it will, very fast!!Ill never go to another male doctor. They just dont understand the concerns women have.

    Staff was very friendly and efficient. All paperwork was completed in a few minutes. Nurse was very kind and paid attention to what I had to say. The doctor came in very quickly, she exhibited concern, paid attention to my needs, answered my questions, reassured me as to what may be going on with my body. We made a plan to return revisit this problem if the medication did not produce good results. I am absolutely thrilled with the office and medical staff at this officeI do not think I have ever been treated better. The office was very clean and well maintained.

    Most current review -I recently had MOH surgery for skin cancer on my face. There were numerous patients having surgery that day, and the staff was extremely organized. The surgeon and his assistant were polite and encouraging.Previous review -This office is extremely organized. They have always been on time. Today I checked in and I went straight in to see my doc. They look at every inch of my body, to be sure to see any problems. They biopsy when needed, and quickly follow up with results.

    I went into this appt very nervous and a bit stressed. The lady at front desk was so polite and came across as someone who truly enjoyed her job. As I waited in exam room, the medical assistant/ office manager, listened as to why I was in their office and all the health issues I had been thru , she was very kind and when my tears started to flow she got me tissues and reassured me. She spoke highly of the Dr I would be seeing, and explained he had also been thru 2 major neck surgeries , and agian reassured me that I to would regain all.that I had lost with my neck and back surgeries ( I was there for spot on my nose.) The Dr that came in room had the same polite and encouraging manner. He even gave me his own personal exercise to help with my neck and back. I also work in the medical field and I must say that this office went above and beyond for me and my office vist. I give this office a 100 stars for going above and beyond my expectations.     Had another skin cancer removed by MOHS today. Numbing was painless cause the nurse knew what she was doing. After that its all down hill. Have to go in as early as possible cause they get backed up immediately and you wait for hours for MOH lab results before they can close the incision.
