    Went there to get a haircut as a new mother, they were very accommodating and patient for my babys needs. The stylist used my reference pictures and her experience to give me a more manageable cut. I do plan on going back 👍

    I have gotten many haircuts from Great Clips and 99% have been excellent, no matter who does it. It has always impressed me that no matter who does it, it is always excellent. Unfortunately, the 1% happened at my last visit. I am very disappointed with my haircut this time. I guess it wasnt faded correctly, because it doesnt want to lay down like it usually does. Overall, I am satisfied though. Just not this last time. Also, they dont give out the free-haircut-every-ten-haircuts cards anymore. It was a good incentive to give an even better tip than I already give.

    Not my 1st time there and certainly worth going back for another trim or haircut. Those Clip Notes they offer and keep track of...are a great way to start ones visit. Great price and very professional! Take advantage of the coupons they offer 👍

    Had a wonderful experience yesterday..walked in & I was greeted & sitting in chair for a haircut immediately. Guess I walked in just at the right time. I used to go to Great Clips in Fleming island but I moved...so I was hesitant. Not only did the lady know exactly what I wanted but you could tell she was cutting hair for awhile & I asked her ..she said 36 years. Thank you Virginia for your kindness & good job on my haircut. 💗

    Ive been looking for a stylist since I moved away from home 20 years ago. I finally found her.. Karen... She is so friendly and professional and she does my hair the way my stylist of 20 years did. Ive been to see her twice now and she does exactly what i want. I hope she never leaves Great Clips in Lake City. THANK YOU KAREN FOR BEING SO AWESOME !

    They do a good haircut but the coupons on Facebook and other places arent valid there. They need to fix that. I am aware that they are independently owned but if coupons are offered they should be valid throughout the franchise. They do however have a very good price compared to other hair cutting salons and the service is very quick and good so I do definitely recommend them despite the coupon issue

    It was my first time at this location. Needed a trim. I have very short hair so finding someone who knows how to cut short hair is important. Its not just getting your bangs trimmed. I went to Emily and I even asked how long she was cutting hair. That’s how nervous I was. She did a fabulous job! I even went by the salon A few days later to thank her again. She was not there so I decided to post a Google review. If you’re looking for someone to give you a lovely haircut, Emily will do a great job.

    At first I was skeptical about signing in online but once I went to the website, I followed the questions and within 10 seconds, I was signed in and within 30 minutes, I arrived at Great Clips, escorted to the ladys work station and left in just a few minutes. Others came and left because they never signed in, leaving them with an hours wait. My cut was just what I asked for, priced very reasonably, and enjoyed the less than an hour visit so I could get on with my day! Very efficient! Professional and friendly! Loved it! Helen Hill

    I really like this place. You can just walk in, but getting an appointment online is fast and easy. There are several stylists there, and they take adults and kids, men and women. Its clean, open, and well lit, the staff are super nice, and the prices are good.

    They did a great job on my boys hair!! Especially considering my oldest is very picky about people cutting his hair, hes very particular! 😁 And, the staff is very friendly! They listen to what you say&how you want your haircut! We appreciate that! Best place to go!

    Maria is awesome! She cuts hair and my daughters and does a fantastic job!Edit***I had someone new cut my hair today and she did amazing as well, go see Savanah at Great Clips and get an awesome haircut! She made it look so perfect and I had quite a bit trimmed off! You guys are great!

    We had a really sweet and good stylist (Donald). In my opinion, for styling services the price is a little high thus the 4 stars. They do give a frequent buyer card where your 10th cut is free.

    We always use this place for our daughters hair cuts. We check in online and they are quick to take her back when we get there. The stylist is always attentive to our request and our daughter is happy with her hair each time!

    Not sure why they only had 3.9 stars, I had a five star experience. Online check-in, friendly welcome, and clean. Emily, the hairdresser was kind, efficient, skilled, and the place had great AC. Always nice when it’s refreshingly cool inside. Great job! 💇‍♂️

    It was very nice. Both ladies were very kind. A gentleman came in and seemed to be upset so when it was my turn I let him go to make his day a little brighter. When I went to pay for my cut he had already paid for it. Kindness is awesome.

    The girl with the rainbow colored hair did a great cut on my teen son. This location doesnt give coupons out before a cut like some do in Indiana. I like coupons so I can tip more, I still tip.
