Pros: The staff and doctor were kind, there were free samples of skin care products, and the location was easy to find.To note: I was taken from the waiting room to an exam room ten minutes late.Overall score: A-

Greatly appreciated all they did for me. They go beyond the call of duty. Best ever staff staff. Really appreciated their attention to detail. Darya, the Nurse Practitioner who I saw first picked up on a cyst under my chin. Referred me to their surgeon, Dr. Plank who removed it with great results. Followed up with Darya who performed a total body skin exam finding no further issues. Their staff, Julie and Dawn who assisted on numerous visits were very pleasant and made my visit less stressful. If you need a Dermatologist and live in or around Lake Mary and want the best care, I highly recommend Mid Florida Dermatology. I understand they have an excellent Plastic Surgery department as well. I have been going to this specific dermatology location for some time now and each experience has been excellent. Dr. Burnett is extremely knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to go to. I went for my acne issues and with their treatment, in a short period of time my breakouts are practically non existent!

I have been a patient of Dr. Burnett for a few years now. She is very knowledgeable of her field, and has helped me with my skin condition which i was have been to so many doctors for. The call center is a little rude, but the care from the staff/front desk, have always been caring.

Lauren, the PA at this office, is exceptional! She explained exactly what she needed to do and why. She showed genuine concern for my problem areas and gave effective solutions. I highly recommend Mid Florida Dermatology because of the visits I have had with Lauren.

I love Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. My doctor, Dr. Bernett was completely amazing, helpful, and courteous. She helped me clear the tropical eczema on my hands in little as one day. After going to several doctors and being misdiagnosed. I would higly recommend anyone to take a visit.

Fantastic.I had mistakenly thought i had an appointment with them, but when I arrived they were very accommodating and got me in right away. Dr. Lauren was efficient, friendly and professional, as were the staff in the reception area. Great experience

I have found The PAs to be very attentive & helpful. The office staff, a little less so. Sometimes we wait a long time and sometimes we get right in. I have no big negatives about this clinic or the doctors.
