    What an INCREDIBLE experience! This is the by far the BEST facial I have ever gotten. Paola is so incredible knowledgeable. She is so polite and friendly and provides so much analytical knowledge of your skin. She carefully analyzed my skin and gave me custom options for the current condition of my skin. My skin feels so clean, plump and soft. My expressive lines have significantly softened in appearance, and my treatment was absolutely heavenly. I cannot wait to come back ! Thank you so much for the absolutely unforgettable experience.

    This is one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had. The ladies here are so sweet and the nail artist takes her time crafting the perfect set. They also do laser hair removal without packages so I’ll be starting that service as well but 10/10 recommend for a clean girl mani.

    The salon is very clean and welcoming. The girl at the front desk offered me tea, which tasted amazing btw, and I had a very comfortable time getting my pedicure done. The nail tech did it in the way I liked it to and my pedicure came out soooo pretty

    This was a last minute decision and the service was so smooth. The owner Paola took great care of me and I left with glowing skin. She offered water, tea, and wine. The spa felt like an oasis very peaceful during my facial I could fall asleep. They have definitely gained a customer 🥰

    Parking is somewhat limited in this lot. The spa is on the intersection of Jog & Lake Worth Rd & is right by Starbucks. The owner, Paola, exemplifies impeccable customer service skills, bedside manner, & being exceptionally personable. She radiates serenity & positivity. Paola is never pushy about customers purchasing her skin care brand in store. We discussed how I am a social worker who cant afford facials & she mentioned that she used to do this work as well. She offered me a free 30 minute relaxation facial, with some hand, neck, & scalp massage too!! She made me feel so relaxed & calm! Paolas ethical nature & the complete care she provides for every client makes Sublime Essence Spa truly sublime (the best I have ever been to)!!

    My appointment was with the salon owner, Paola. Not only did she give me one of the best eyebrow shapes I’ve had in years, but it was a very low pain experience for my sensitive skin and she had excellent aftercare (including putting sunscreen on my forehead!) I’m thrilled and I’m happy to say I found my new brow specialist.

    After sugaring for 2 years, I hit a plateau with my hair growth, and was looking for a more permanent alternative to hair removal. I was recommended Sublime Essence Spa, and spoke with Paola, and shortly after started my lasering treatments. I was a little nervous coming in since it was my first time trying lasering, but Paola was very welcoming, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. After 2 appointments I saw a tremendous difference in the hair growth. I cannot wait to finish my treatments and further share the results! This place is incredibly clean, beautiful and the staff is especially sweet! If you’re looking for a new place to get your services done, I absolitely recommend this place!

The place itself is beautifully designed, with clean and comfortable treatment rooms that instantly put you at ease.     This Sublime Spa is definitely a gem! You must try Paola’s facials! Starting from the owner, Paola, who is not only kind, soft-spoken, respectful and extremely knowledgeable, I would give 200 stars!! I have visited the spa several times within the last three months, requesting information, and it is always spotless. The aroma is inviting, and Paula extremely patient with all the questions I had. Today I had my facial and I left feeling I had new skin on my face. Paola. Gave me a treatment plan which was way overdue due to extreme sun damage. She was very knowledgeable, explained every single product along with do’s and don’ts during the hot summer months. I can only imagine how my skin will feel when I start my treatment plan and ongoing facials! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Paola!!!

    What a great find!!! Paola did my Facial….she was outstanding, she not only provided a great service, but was very detailed with her information and tips that she provided. I will be bringing my daughter to do a facial before school starts. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.
