    Jenny is the owner and she is great! They always take good care of you and fast. Music is so nice and relaxing. They now offer facials too and way cheaper than many other places. Excellent work

    Jenny did my gel nails and they came out great! I got gel polish with stickers and chrome and I’m obsessed. They lasted me 2 weeks until I took them off!

    My nail tech is Diane. She is a real professional and a sweet person. Her massages are excellent when she does my nails and pedicure.,She takes her time and always welcome you with bottle of water and friendly smile. I have been receiving her services for over 3 years and will always come to her as a regular customer. Lastly, the oweners and entire team are first class and the atmosphere in the salon makes you relax and enjoy the spa nail treatment ❤️❤️😆🥰👍🥰

    Love this place and love how well they can do all the crazy designs I bring to them for my nails. Diane is the best. She makes sure everything is perfect and to my liking when I go in. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

    Very happy with the service at Krystal Nails. Diane does a great job ,nails and toes . She is always willing to give you an appointment. Nail salon clean and neat .Its a nice place to have your 💅 done.

    The 5 stars is specifically for the tech who did my nails. I drove “across town” to visit this salon for the first time on Saturday after reading good reviews. The person who did my nails was very nice and did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. She did not speak English but we understood one another well and I left the salon with beautiful hands and feet in less than an hour and a half.I only mention her inability to speak English because the owner kept stating to her client that she was stressed because everyone was on vacation, that she was by herself, and the woman helping her “didn’t speak English.” I felt her comment was rude as the non English speaking nail tech was clearly good at her job and English isn’t necessary in this environment— a smile, a thumbs up, a nod are the same in any language. I had no issue with her and would request her again when visiting this salon.I must add that the owner was nice as well —and I can imagine it was hectic and stressful to have everyone out at the same time but I didn’t like the comments she made regarding her employee, specifically since they are of the same ethnicity and I’m certain that the owner had to learn English at one point. As someone who is friends with people from various countries and cultures, I support and respect all non-English speakers who are learning a new language and culture in America.It’s a nail salon, the nail tech really doesn’t need to be proficient in English as long as he/she is skilled. The owner can easily tell her what each client wants if needed, after-all that nail tech showed up to work when everyone else decided to go on vacation. In general: nice salon, clean.

    I went there this afternoon. it was our first time in the place. i love it! and i recommend this place to everyone. The lady that did my nails is really good. She is very perfectionist and very detailed. I love my nails. The place is clean and they are very friendly.
