    Had the best experience at European Wax Center! Ciara was professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She did a fantastic job with my Brazilian and Underarms wax. After the wax she even explained the products to me that made sense with the routine I already have. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell them and push them on you. I HIGHLY recommend her if you aren’t sure who to go to! Will be requesting her every time!

    Ciara is my wax specialist and she’s amazing!     Had such a great experience my last two times at EWC, Gabby is so personable and makes the process of getting waxed so comfortable and as relaxing as it can be! She even explains the aftercare products in an easy way to understand without feeling like she’s just trying to sell them. The desk staff is also sweet and helpful with rebooking. I’ll be back!

    Best of the best. Ciara is my waxing specialist and she is the very best. Thorough and a perfectionist. Never a wait, lots of parking, clean. I absolutely love this location and my waxing specialist. She is so personable. I actually look forward to my waxing services- which is rare. She takes her time and you’ll never feel rushed.It is her warm nature, fun personality and her technique that will make you never regret choosing Ciara as your specialist. I am from New York, and super picky on who touches me. I use her for my Brazilian, full butt, nose, face, and eyebrows. Never have ingrown.     I had a great experience at the European Wax Center in Lake Worth. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the receptionist was very pleasant. Kara did an excellent job with my underarms, legs, and Brazilian wax. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable.     From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted and treated very well. The receptionist was kind, welcoming and very informative of the services and products they offered. Moreover, the great service didnt stop there, I was taken in earlier than what I expected and scheduled for. Which was great and surprising. Tiffany, whom waxed me, was beyond great. She treated me well, waxed me well and was very informed and skilled at what she was doing. She even went beyond what I expected by assisting me with some ingrown hairs that I had on my lower abdomen. Tiffany is great and I highly recommend this place and especially her. Mind you, this was my first time and I will be back again.

    The person who did the service was great but the location is pretty run down and could use an upgrade to make it feel anything near spa like. New floors are a must. Better lighting and new beds.

    I went for my first Brazilian and the staff was so helpful when I was making my appointment the receptionist gave me some tips and tricks on how to approach your first wax.     I love Doris. She is quick, painless and gets everything. She’s very attentive and knows what she is doing. I moved about 20 minutes away from the Lake Worth location close by to the Boynton location, but I still go out of my way to see Doris. She’s worth the trip!Update- I just returned from quarantine and after not having waxed for over two months, I knew it was going to be painful. Thankfully, Doris made it as painless as possible; it really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I am so thankful for Doris! Thank you Doris!

    My wax specialist is Yesenia & she’s amazing! she gets your wax done in a quick and clean manner, I get brazilian waxes done and it only takes about 10-15 mins at most. she’s super sweet and makes your wax experience calm & painless, always tells me to take a deep breath before the wax is ripped off & such an easy person to chat with to make the experience for comfortable. I used to get my waxes done with Melody before she left & I was so nervous to get a new specialist, but Yesenia made me feel comfortable and her technique is perfect which def helps make it as painless as possible :)

    I came here for my first ever Brazilian wax. I was recommended to go to Ashlee and I did. Ashlee was absolutely AMAZING.     I wish I can give them 10 stars because that’s what they deserve! Jenique and Yamille at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING and exceeded my expectations on customer service. (NO EXAGGERATION) They were truly kind and helped me with a couple other things like my wedding planning!Also, if you go there do yourself the biggest favor and book Yvette! This professional waxer is soo sweet and she leaves you feeling confident and comfortable! She has such a bright and authentic personality and it just wants to make you give her a hug! I went for the full Brazilian bikini wax and it being my first time it was not as bad as some people say it is! Pain was minimal and so was the cost! They hooked me up with a great deal :DI went to the Lake Worth location off of Lantana and Jog Rd. And I will most definitely go back again! These people are WONDERFUL!

    Ive been going to this location since January 2020. I was originally going to another location but switched due to this location being closer to home. It wasnt until I made the Lantana location my wax home that Ive been experiencing the best wax service every single visit. Kathrynne is the only waxer I service with. She is extremely precise and ensures she gets every strain of hair. In addition to being precise, shes also welcoming and professional. I was so impressed with her precision that I purchased wax passes. Kathrynne informed me of a money saving deal and I immediately took advantage of it. If youre unsure with which waxer to pick, pick Kathrynne. Theres no stubble left behind with her as your waxer. I guarantee you will not regret having Kathrynne as your waxer.

    I have used EWC for many years. Doris is an amazing aesthetician. She is funny and makes the whole waxing experience relaxing and enjoyable. I did have an issue with one aesthetician but it was handled promptly by the owner and since changing to Doris have had no problems. The front desk attendants are friendly and welcoming.

    I went to this location yesterday. It was my first time going to European Wax Center. Ive been having my brows waxed since I was in middle school and Ive had some terrible experiences along the way. My brows dont naturally arch and Ive always struggled with various nail salons to get it right. Ive never had one of them take out a tool and measure my face before beginning, though! Thats when you know its serious business. Thats what EWC did. Today, one day later, I started feeling like I made the wrong decision in keeping my brows thicker (its the style now but I didnt like how it looked on me) and called them to try to get it fixed. Turns out they have a policy for touch up and its up to four days from the wax day. They touched them up for free and I couldnt be happier with the result! My brows now look just the way they should have from middle school. I will be a lifelong client.
