    If you want a true VIP treatment Skin & Tonic is the right place for you. It is clean and both Valerie and Tracy are professional and exceptionally gifted at what they do. Valerie’s facials and skin care treatments are the best. I use to drive to Tampa, because our area just didn’t provide exceptional treatments, until Skin & Tonic opened. They provide something for everyone of all ages. My daughter loves visiting when she is in town because Valerie really knows how to dealwith problematic and sensitive skin. Thank you Valerie and Tracy for always being professional and providing exceptional services. You are the bomb.

    From the first moment that I went it to Skin & Tonic I fell in love. Valerie and Tracy have been absolutely wonderful to me and have become great friends. Not only do they perform great services (I get my eyebrows waxed regularly and lashes lifted on occasion), but they truly make you feel special in their space. Before coming to Valerie to get my eyebrows waxed I would always break out and have huge red streaks on my face, now I get them done and can walk right out to go on a date. I now live in Texas and make sure to book my appointments with them each time I am in Florida because I refuse to go to anyone else.

    I drive an hour+ from Tampa just to have Valerie do my brows, and I never regret it! She’s personable and amazing with my brows. No one else can touch them now.

    I have been going to Skin & Tonic for years now and I love the atmosphere, the services, and how fun and professional both Valerie and Tracy are. Im super high risk for Covid and Ive felt so safe going to get my regular facials and my eyebrows done because they have such a great safety policy and are really hygienic. I would highly recommend this spa and all their services to anyone! Its relaxing, pampering, and a great price for the services!

    I recently had a Hydrofacial with Valerie at Skin & Tonic. It was literally the best facial I have ever had. My skin still looks amazing 2 weeks after. The texture is still smooth and I still have a glow. I literally have not worn foundation of any kind since my Hydrofacial because my skin looks that amazing and that was after 1 facial. My pores are smaller and I am not as oily as I was - probably because my skin is no longer clogged.I am already planning when I will be able to get the next one. Valerie is a phenomenal person and extremely knowledgeable about all things skin and brows. If you want a fun environment with a knowledgeable professional that wont sell you on something you dont need & want the best facial ever, go see Valerie at Skin & Tonic. I promise it will become an obsession!Side note - she also does my brows and I would not trust anyone else with my brows.

    I’ve been going to Skin & Tonic since it’s opening and have had facial treatments, bought boutique items and eyebrows waxed & tinted with Valerie and my daughter has been getting her eyebrows done there with Valerie since she was 14 years old. Valerie is such a delightful lady with a great sense of humor and truly loves what she does as well as all of her clients. She is truly the best at eyebrows and she has a ton of experience and is always continuing her education to bring her clients the very best their is to offer!

    I dont know where to start. If I could give 10 stars I would.I had so much sun damage to my face and neck, and consulted with Valerie and we decided that the Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peel would give me the best results. Oh My Goodness....Wow, did not disappoint. It took about 12 to 15 years off my appearance. In addition, when I originally went to Skin & Tonic, I literally had no eyebrows and today I have thick and beautiful natural brows. Over the time that Valerie has been taking care of my face, I feel more confident and I could not be happier with Skin & Tonic. Highly recommend.

    I received a Hydrafacial from Valerie and it was the most luxurious and gentle feeling treatment. Afterward, my skin was glowing like it has not in years and it has stayed clear and nice enough nearly three weeks later that I have not put on foundation one time. The fine lines on my face (while obviously still there) were less prominent because my skin was really hydrated. If you are considering whether this facial is for you — it is. I cannot wait to go back for my next one.

    I have been going to Valerie at Skin & Tonic since 2016. She is the ONLY one who is allowed to touch my eyebrows! She has also performed several skin treatments that have made me love my skin again! I highly recommend Skin & Tonic to everyone!

    This beautiful boutique spa is the perfect location to treat yourself or some one you really care about to a relaxing skin treatment. The one on one service is such a rare find. Its peaceful, private, and perfect!Update: it’s been 4 years of impeccable service and I wanted to edit to say that during the pandemic- Valerie put into place a very considerate Covid procedure- policy and I am so thankful that I can trust that she is going above and beyond to keep her clients, herself and her family safe.     If you are looking for a relaxing spa to get away from it all, go no further. Skin & Tonic is a great place to have a personalized and unique spa experience with two great providers.Its super easy to make an appointment through the Vagaro app, so if you decide you NEED a pedicure at 2 am, you can book it with ease. Valerie and Rae are fantastic about keeping appointments, and making sure that your time in the boutique is your time to be pampered.Also, if you enjoy shopping the store has a ton of fun cute items that you can purchase. This has become my go-to place when I need a gift for a lady in my life. From jewelry to fragrances you will absolutely find something for someone, and a few things for yourself!

    This is the most relaxing place for pampering head to toe. Valerie gives the most skin treatments, facials, manis and pedis in her incredibly peaceful studio. It smells like heaven and feels like floating on clouds.Rae Moss is pure magic with her massages, whatever your pleasure. I dont know how I lived without this luxury.

    The first thing you see when you look at someone is their face. When I was 17, I was in an auto accident and it left me with a large scar, where my left eyebrow should be (I’m blonde too, so my brow game was never strong). My scar was always a constant problem and no matter the amount of brow shaping or makeup I would try, the fix was only temporary. I’ve been searching for a better solution for year and when I discovered microblading, I knew it was the answer, for me. My next hurtle was to find someone in the area, who was talented and trustworthy. Last year I started following Valerie and Skin & Tonic on FB, my excitement grew the more I learned about her and her work; in December I discovered I knew a client of hers, Valerie’s microblading skills were incredible and I decided, at that moment, I was going to book the next appointment she had available. Once you walk into Skin & Tonic you know you’re about to have an experience, it’s impeccably decorated and comfortable at the same time. Valerie goes out of her way to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The process can take some time but microblading shouldn’t be quick, this is your face. When it’s all over, you’re given specific instructions for after care, follow them! It’s interesting, I’ve always known eyebrows are an important feature to a person’s face but the impact of getting microblading (talented microblading) has been priceless, my confidence level has improved and I smile more too. Choosing Valerie for my microblading was one of the best beauty decisions, I could have made.

    Tracy is great. She can engage you in good conversation or let you relax in peace and quiet. Whatever your mood desires. She is professional and will talk you through the process. She is very skilled. Recommend the dermaplaning and lash lift and tint. Both were great. Im glad I found her. Cant wait to bring my sister.
