    I have been to so many salons in the area trying to find the right one. This is it! Most places are in a hurry to get you out the door and charge an arm and a leg, not this place. The people are so friendly and kind. Their work is top-notch. A lady named Moon does such a great job on my nails. They really take their time with you. I can’t believe how great the prices are too! And OMG their massage chairs are literally the best I’ve ever experienced, it even has arm massagers built into the chair. Not to mention the amazing facials they provide. I 1000% recommend going here. I won’t be going to any other nail salon than this one.

    I love them here. It Is my birthday today and since I’m a customer, they texted me with a 10% off for today and tomorrow. Once I got there, I was just gonna do a pedicure and a plain manicure with clear on my nails, and the ladies pampered me and made me feel so special today. Jenny, who works there also had a birthday today, She talked me into not doing clear on my nails because who does clear on their nails on their Birthday. She wasn’t too pushy about it. She just reminded me that I do get to spoil myself a little bit today. They’re really great in there. Their prices are reasonable. They are not pushy, They of course, ask you if you want to upgrade anything but when you say no, they take no for an answer and they do wonderful work. I did just the manicure with a cat eye design. I also did it on my big toe. Thanks ladies. I hope you see this. Believe it was Ginny and Kim who worked on me I think.

    Lovely salon at corner of Starkey and Ulmerton. Mai gave me a great dip manicure and I enjoyed talking with her about our families. She took extra time to make sure I was happy with the length, color, and shape. Fair prices, very clean and peaceful vibe.Update - two weeks later my nails still look perfect. Couldn’t resist posting an updated picture!

    This nail salon is incredible. It is modern, up to date and everyone is so friendly and amazing. Luann goes the extra mile for me every time I come in and everyone else is genuinely excited to see us come in and are very friendly and talkative. If you’re looking for a pedicure don’t go anywhere else!

    I love Bay Nail Spa! They are so kind and do the best pedis in town. I drive out of my way to see Loana, she doesnt always do my nails but all the ladys are great!

    Had to try a new place. My friend brought me here for my birthday 🎂 11/25🥳so Im back. And Tracy did an awesome work with my second fill 💅! Love the Xmas 🎄 design. Lee was awesome 👌 too with my pedi. I didnt get the name for the one who did my step daughters full set, but the picture says it all! Thanks ladies! ❤️ yeap and I got a gift 🎁 card too👌

    I have always had issues with fragile and thin nails that would bend and break constantly, painfully down to the quick. Referred by several friends, I came to Bay Nails. Jinny took the time to listen to me and set me up with gel builder/gel nails. In 4 weeks time, they still look great, feel strong with no popping off or cracking. She did an amazing job, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I am a very happy customer and you will be, too!

    Was looking for a place to get a good pedicure, where they actually take the time to massage the feet & calfs, they did just that. We also got a manicure which they massaged the hands & forearms!! The services were satisfying & the place was very nice & clean!! Well be back!!!

    We have been using Bay Nail Spa for years and absolutely love it. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We have always been happy with our manicures and pedicures. We took our 6 year old for the first time today and they were wonderful with her. She was in heaven. Highly recommend!

    This is the only place I will get my nails done! It has a relaxing and peaceful environment and the staff is very experienced and friendly. Shout out to Tracy for the best pedicure , massage and nail design !! I highly encourage to anyone try out this nail spa if you haven’t yet and they’re also newly renovated !!

    This is the best nail salon ever! I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go. Tee is the best! I’ve never had a set person I would go to time and time again till I met Tee. She is so gentle and wonderful. She is helping me do my wedding nails for my big day in January. Tee is so easy to talk to and fun. I always enjoy seeing her and all the other girls. Jenny the manager is just a wonderful. Such a great atmosphere and never disappoints. 10/10!! I would not go anywhere else.

    Took my daughter here today for her 13th bday to get a manicure, the staff were so nice and friendly made sure we were comfortable and did an AMAZING job on my daughters nails. The process were extremely fair and to top it off they adding an extra nail design on 2 nails and glow polish for free for her birthday. The made my daughters experience one she wont forget. The smile on her face the whole time said it all!! I got my eyebrows done as well and the lady was very sweet and when I asked to reshape them a little more she was happy to do what I asked without any fuss like other places Ive been. We will definitely be making this a monthly thing if I could they would be getting 10 stars from me

    My mom and I had a wonderful, relaxing time together getting pedicures while sitting in massage chairs and then manicures at the stations with excellent overhead lighting for precision and perfection. All the staff were very attentive and extra accommodating to my temporary condition in a wheelchair, though I was able to switch seats to the massage chair and later, the manicure station. Big smiles, kind hearts, and eyes for perfection in their work! Very, very clean facility and a wall full of new polish colors with all the extras such as Gel and Dip, etc.

    Used to be my favorite GO-TO nail salon in pinellas County ( and Ive been to alot) for the last 5 years theyve been open. Just recently they have new owners. It seems as though the new owner hired a bunch of her family( who arent very good at nails) and a few of the old nail techs, who I really enjoyed, are gone. Theres still a few good ones still there but they are always busy with all their appointments and Im usually a spur of the moment kinda girl. Definitely wont be just randomly walking into this place anymore. So so sad.

    Great quality, ample amount of stations , reasonable prices, and friendly staff. The salon is clean and nicely decorated with a modern luxury feel. I appreciate the fact that they line their pedicure stations with a liner and change after each client. I will definitely return again and recomend this salon.

    First-timer who came on a friend’s recommendation and had a great experience. I got SNS dip powder and Quyen did a wonderful job. She helped me pick the best color for what I wanted, gave me the exact right shape and gave me a very smooth, hard, elegant finish. I love the look and they come at a great price for $35. I got a 5-minute massage after and she did SO good. I’m 8+ months pregnant and the swelling feeling in my hands was driving me crazy, and Quyen provided some relief. Very happy with my experience and will be making the drive back (passing tons of other salons on the way).
