    Sandy does an amazing massage. Her hands just flow on your body and she can find your tens muscles and relieve your pain before you were aware that you have it. 100% recommend her! I definitely feel much lighter and a better mood after a massage with her.

    I have been a client of Thomas, the owner, for several years now and cant speak highly enough of him and the services his facility offers. I am a Senior Citizen who had limited massage experience and was unfamiliar with how beneficial they are to ones well being. The deep muscle massage is not always relaxing due to the need to work through the tension and tightness of certain muscle groups. His ability to identify and massage away my trouble spots is amazing. His past experience with physical therapy may explain why he is so knowledgeable about the body in general. The facility is immaculate and so tranquil. I leave feeling like a new person.

    I had a couples massage today. John Dong did an excellent job, and Dori Lee Brown did a massage on my husband. We both really enjoyed it; I would highly recommend either of them.

    Monica did a great job. I went in for an hour relaxation massage & it was wonderful. I like that she started on time and that I actually got a full hour (not 50 minute) massage. She was gentle with my shoulder after telling her I had frozen shoulder and spent some time on it. I will definitely return to this establishment

    I have been seeing Thomas for a few months for a deep-tissue therapeutic massage. At first, being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease I didn’t know what to expect. The massage did hurt a bit, but its a good hurt that makes you feel better right away. I felt like the years of wear and tear on my body were relieved and gone! Absolute serenity, clean and peaceful environment. I look forward to my next visit.

    Ive come to this place many times and have had many therapists, they are all good and very helpful with advice if needed. This last time I had to come back to Todd because he really helped a lot with my shoulder pain, it is basically gone after the second time. Highly recommend.

    I was having very bad pain in my right arm shoulder area. After my first massage with Todd, I noticed a lessoning of the pain. I went two more times, and after the third time the pain was about 90% better. I believe the massages helped a lot, and I will definitely be making another appointment just for relaxation next time:)

    I bought this on Groupon for me and my husband. I had a horrible experience at another spa so I was really skeptical. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I did the couples’ massage and the place was super clean, very calming and zen-like and the therapists were professional and well-trained. I would definitely return here. I felt the experience was very positive and I also was so thankful they honored our time. We were there on time and didn’t have to wait long as they started right at the appointment time.

    Visiting from MD and friend is a regular so we went in and let me tell you about Chase! This guy is very friendly. a dog dad so we chatted about his dog Ghost for a few them he went to work and did his magic. I left feeling brand new. The technique he used was a combination of what felt like a pizza dough roller and hands that had me feeling like al dente spaghetti!! The establishment was very nice, clean comfortable and fresh lemons, lemongrass. Def recommended to those looking for a lovely day of relaxation. Great job, Chase!!

    I had a fabulous 90-minute Swedish massage from John. He reviewed my history and ensured he used the perfect pressure throughout the massage. John checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and treated me with courtesy and respect. I was floating by the end of the massage.The spa has a restful and soothing vibe. The entire space was clean and comfortable. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and look forward to returning.

    Sharon has been my masseuse for a few years now and every time she gives the best massage! Her massages feel so relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. Shes alleviated a sore neck before and other ailments. Ive had a lot of massages and I can honestly say she is the best one Ive had in this area. Not to mention that its easy to book and shes very friendly. Very happy with Sharon, five stars for sure!

    I love this spa!! I have been enjoying massages with Thomas since Massage and Wellness opened.     Darryl is absolutely amazing and this might be one of the best messages I’ve ever had. I got a couple’s massage with him a few weeks back and I cannot tell you how great I felt even before I got up from the table. The pressure he used was perfect (of course, he checks in to see if you prefer a firmer or lighter touch, but his default was exactly what I prefer). He’s so thorough and really seems to read your body to know what you need rather than just going through the motions. I’ve always imagined that a great massage would leave you feeling like butter but I’ve never experienced it until my massage with Darryl. A couple of days before my appointment, I somehow tweaked my neck and my whole right side felt weird. After my massage, I felt more balanced, no pain, and much lighter. And the pain hasn’t come back. Definitely book with Darryl if you’re looking for something therapeutic beyond your time on the table, and has lasting effects! Will be booking again soon and making this a regular thing.     I’ve been going to Massage & Wellness Spa for massages for about 4 years. My main massage therapist is Thomas, who I trust completely. His knowledge about the human body is astounding, and he treats every massage like he’s fixing all the little things that have broken down in my body since the last time I saw him. I have also seen a couple other therapists there over the years and had great experiences. I highly recommend the services!

    I’m rating this a 5 because the therapist are not at fault for company policies. Had a wonderful couples massage. Very attentive to my needs and wants. Very clean and relaxing environment. Excellent massage therapist who really experts at what they do. The policy I do not like is they require up front payment I believe for the first visit only but still I was Leary simply because I did not like the service or environment which I of course would not know until the end I still would have to pay. Thankfully this was not the case. My advice… if your interested in services here then I would definitely go ahead and take the chance and make the payment. I’m very glad I did.

    Let me start by saying that this was the best therapeutic massage I can ever remember having. Veronica was excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. I left feeling limber and relaxed. Ive survived several car accidents over the years and suffer with tightness and pain in several areas, she really made me feel better. The location isnt great noupscale ambience but my therapist Wasabi excellent. I found them through my daughter who got me a gift certificate and I plan to go back.

    I came here for a couples massage recently and wanted to give Darryl a huge shoutout for the best massage I’ve ever had! A lot of the times it feels like massage therapists just go through the motions with their elbows which does nothing for the pain but Darryl took the time to hear my concerns and used thorough techniques to really focus on unknotting the stiff muscles in the focus areas. He checked on the pressure and comfort level and maintained the perfect firmness throughout. He really eased my neck and back pain and I left there feeling so relaxed, it was magical.     I have had quite a few different types of massages at different places in Largo and Clearwater only to be disappointed. I found Thomas several years ago and have been seeing him twice a month for the relief of stiff muscles, or for knee rehabilitation ever since. With the correct pressure, Thomas knows exactly the right areas to work on. As part of the deep tissue massage, he also takes the time to stretch out my major muscle groups. Thomas is a professional, is very customer-oriented, and clearly cares for the experience his customers have. I can honestly say that you wont get a better massage.

    This business is super clean, organized and professional . LMT Chase took me in for a same day appointment at the end of his day. I am a muscular person and require some real elbow grease to get deep into my tissue. LMT Chase took me in anyways and offered to go from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage. I know he was exhausted but I was in a lot of pain and he thought of me instead of himself which I greatly appreciate.     Ive been going to Maureen for several years and I see her every 2 weeks without fail. She plays the type of music that relaxes me, and transforms me to another place! We always talk before the massage starts to customize my treatment that day which is very helpful, since I work a desk job and always have muscle aches. Shes as gentle as you want her to be or if you want more pressure, she is ready to oblige. Shes worth every penny!!!

    We had Sandy and Veronica for a couples massage. I had bought a Groupon for Valentines Day. I have been coming here for massages regularly with a different therapist but she doesnt do clients that buy Groupons so I had to book with a therapist that did. Well,I wouldnt of ever found Sandy and Veronica if my regular girl did Groupon massages and I liked her better in some ways so I will return to her for a longer massage next time and we will do couple massages regularly now since my husband really loved Veronica too. He said it was the best massage he ever had because she also stretched him out,which he really appreciated and needed. So for Sandy and Veronica who did a couples massage for a discounted price,now made 2 new clients so it definitely paid off for them! Plus we tipped extra good because of the discount. I cannot wait to go back. Sandy did my feet the best ,and thats one thing that hurts the most so,she won me over!!!

    Maureen has THE MOST magical hands ever. She made me feel comfortable and asked if I had any problem areas that I would like for her to focus on before starting. Her massage was the most relaxing experience, and I quite literally fell asleep halfway through the 60 minute session. You won’t regret booking here, and you definitely won’t regret having Maureen as your massage therapist.As for the facial, Kayla was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and makes sure you’re comfortable before beginning. She definitely targets the problem areas/concerns with your skin and recommends the correct products to use, ingredients, and how often you should use them based on your skin type. When the facial was over, my skin felt smooth, less irritated and GLOWING! She does a lovely job with the facial massage and scalp massage, I highly recommend!The facility is very clean and organized and just overall a tranquil and relaxing environment.     My facial was amazing. My skin looked and felt so soft and beautiful after the treatment. Normally when I get a facial I have redness and itching afterwards and sometimes during the treatment, but during my treatment here I had none of those issue and I still don’t. I loved the treatment, I will be back and would recommend to anyone.

    Todd P. is a skilled and professional therapist. I have been training for a cross-country bike ride, and as I have added scores of miles to my training, I have been very tight and sore from the hours on the bike. From the very beginning, she is very thorough, asking questions to make sure she understands all about you and your body, what you like and don’t like, and what needs attention. I felt very comfortable and confident in her before she even started the massage.My massage experience was remarkable, incredibly effective, peaceful and soothing. Knowledgeable and intuitive, she provides a tranquil and nurturing experience. I found myself relaxing to the point where I fell into a light sleep.     I was visiting the area and being a licensed aesthetician I’m very picky about who does my face. I wanted a facial and decided to try this place out. Glad I did, Kayla did a great job with the modalities she used, and the products were amazing because when I left there my face looked so good. I especially liked the face massage, the lymphatic drainage she did was definitely proper. I’ve been a licensed aesthetician for eight years and I am very glad that I stopped by the spa. This place is very clean and very welcoming and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

    I had my first ever facial 2 weeks ago with Sarah of Skin Savvy Sarah. I was a little apprehensive at first but Sarah was so bubbly and sweet that I instantly felt at ease.The facial itself was amazing. One of those things you didnt know you were missing out on until you tried it. I didnt know what to expect. I figured it would be a time of relaxation and that I would leave with soft skin, but had little expectations past that. Was I ever in for a surprise!I had acne as a teenager but thankfully it cleared up as I became an adult. The last few months Ive had all these tiny bumps show up on my cheeks, under the skin and I had no luck getting rid of them completely. When i left my appointment there wasnt a bump to be found and two weeks later, not a single one has popped back up!Ive also been cursed with giant pores on my nose and its always been something Ive been self conscious of. Leaving my appointment I didnt have a single viable pore on my nose. I still keep checking in the mirror and cant believe that they are practically invisible!One of the things I loved about Sarah was her passion for her work. She not only did a phenomenal job of doing the facial but she was very helpful and educated me on HOW to properly wash my face and what ingredients to look for in products I put on my face. She hooked me up with some products to try- an acne face wash and a skin gel and they are fantastic.I cant get over how smooth, soft, clear, and glowing my skin is now! Im obsessed about it!An absolutely amazing experience. Five stars. 10/10. Could not recommend enough! Cant wait for my next visit!

    My husband got me gift certificates. I used them and then went back and bought a package, at a very reasonable price. This review is after my second massage. Mark is my massage therapist, I feel ultra lucky to have gotten him with his background. He did an evaluation of me standing and recognized my problem areas, that was impressive as Ive never had a therapist do this sort of thing. Ive had neck pain for a lifetime and he is working to relieve that, in 2 sessions I am much improved!!! Also, he can really get into the muscles, no worries here if your looking for a deep (deep) tissue massage. He showed me stretches to help myself at home. A professional therapist! The massage office and rooms are very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to continued improvement and a life with less pain with Marks help.

Having only ever had 2 massages in my life and never having been here, I crossed my fingers and hoped I didnt blindly make a mistake. Well, Im so glad I picked this place!     Amazing experience from the appointment placement to the facials and massages. I surprised my girlfriend with the couples massage and facial package for our anniversary yesterday. First, Hannah understood the assignment when I called in asking for this package and how can we get an appointment only 2 days prior. She scheduled us with Kayla and Max. When we got there, we filled out the questionnaire and they actually read them on the spot and then talked to us about them once we got into the hallway leading to our room. The facial by Kayla was great. We left with our faces feeling soft and refreshed. We highly recommend her. Now the part I personally was excited about, the massage. Max knows what hes doing with his hands and arms. My gf has a few physical issues from accidents and he addressed them and even made my gf cry happy tears because she got full range of motion in her arm that was hurting so badly. Max went to town on my back, knowing I work at a desk all day. I felt great all day and Im feeling sore today but it was well worth it. If youre hesitant on this location, I say give them a try.     Steven is fantastic! Simple as that. I didnt even realize how much I needed a massage (or three) as I had just kept putting it off. I not only have been simply feeling great and relaxed since getting regular massages but, my movements and discomfort are gone. NOW, Steven is also doing ASHIATSU and it is like nothing I can totally explain. It is amazing, like getting a deep tissue massage but without any of the discomfort and only the good feeling of a relaxing massage. I totally recommend you book a session.

Massage & Wellness Spa is has a calm, clean, pleasant and professional atmosphere. My massage therapist listens to my needs and adjusts the therapy to meet those needs. He has strong hands and can go as deep as is needed. When I was injured while biking, he worked with me in a gentle manner.     Best massage treatment Ive ever had! I see Thomas every 3 weeks for stress reduction and deep tissue, and have been a client since Oct 2017. Ive never felt better. I used to suffer from sciatica and chronic muscle cramps. After my second treatment, the symptoms completely went away. His experience in sports therapy, chiropractic therapy and eastern massage treatments are extensive, and is proven in his work and care for his clients. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough.

    Came here for my back issues and was very impressed with the way they have handled taking precautions for COVID19. When I arrived I texted to let them know I was there and they texted back right away to let me know I could enter, nobody else was in the waiting area when I entered. When I was greeted by my therapist he was wearing a mask and gloves as he took my temperature and screened me. Everything was very clean and plenty of hand sanitizer. They also will sell you a mask if you arrive and dont have one of your own. As for my appointment, I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I have a history of back issues and my therapist was able to relieve a lot of my pain. Will definitely be returning.

    Believe it or not, I felt like I was being swayed on clouds! Very good therapists! It may seem to appear on the outside but when u get in, as if u went to a different realm. Very clean. Again, the therapists are really good! Definitely a 5-star!
