The environment is beautiful, relaxing, clean, and Jenya takes so much care to do her best every single time I come to get my lashes done. She is reliable, on time, a fantastic communicator, and always stands behind her work. I would highly recommend her and have to many of my own friends and clients.

Jenya is amazing at making your lashes look amazing. She takes her time ensuring you get the most natural yet full lashes you can get. She takes such pride in her work and it shows! My first experience at Panacea was fantastic! Sophia listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful cut and color. She spent extra time getting the color just perfect. I have been a client of Paneca for 6+ years and cannot say enough about the five star service I receive every visit. I have a monthly membership and get a facial with Jenya who always goes the distance to meet all my skin care needs.I also go to Kayla for my hair cut and color and also get a weekly wash and blow dry from her. She make sure my hair always looks amazing before I leave her chair.They are both just absolutely fantastic and I have never been disappointed when I leave this place.I would not go to anyone or any place else and I cannot say enough about the treatment and service they provide. I am a lifetime customer.

My eyebrow wax appointment with Maggie was great - she was gentle, friendly, and created the most relaxing environment with soft lighting and calming music. Excellent service and friendly staff. Massage and facial were awesome!Just had another facial and massage today. Tina was amazing. She worked her magic fingers on my face and cleared out all the blemishes on it. The tightness on my back was all relieved from the excellent massage. Couldn’t have asked for more...such a superb service!!! Highly recommended Tina for massage and facial services!

They are adults now and still continue to choose PanaceaWe have used all their services including getting our hair and make up done for every school dance, wedding, and special occasion.We all get our hair colored (and yes my son too), make up, lashes, waxing, skin care, facials, tanning and massages.I wonder how many people can say they have been going to the same salon for more than 13+ years.There is a reason we stay and it’s because they do great work, deeply care about their clients, use excellent products, and they are affordable.My daughters BF is also now hooked😊

I moved down to FL in April and have been going to this salon ever since, its an adorable little place in the historic area. Jenya does my eyebrows, she is so sweet, does a great job. I go to Kayla for my hair for both cut and color and she does an amazing job as well, she listens to what you want and also helped me to figure out a hair color that would work the best and nailed it, I had so many compliments. This is a great small salon with so many different services, not one of those large overwhelming places where you are just a number.

If you are looking for gorgeous lashes that get you endless compliments, then look no further!!! I have been going to Panacea for many years. Jenya is a very talented lash artist. She really cares for her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile to create whatever lash look you desire. Your natural lash integrity is also very important to her. I take breaks from lash extensions from time to time and when I do my natural lashes have zero damage. Hands down best lash extensions!:)

I went here for the first time last week, and I loved it. Kayla was amazing, and worked with me to figure out exactly how I wanted my hair. She steered me in the right direction on what to do, and I loved that she gave her opinion on what I should do and shouldnt for my hair. In the end, my hair looks better than I envisioned. I have never been so happy with my hair before, but Kayla really out did herself.

I have been getting my lashes done with Jenya for last three years. She is definitely the VERY BEST!! My lashes always look amazing and natural & last long time. Thank you Jenya!!I have also had a face peel with Tina last week for a first time. Cant say enough how happy I am with the service. I have brown spots on my face and I could see the bid difference now. I had three different peels together (Glycolic, TCA and Vitamin A) and, after 8 days, my skin is glowing! I am planning to do at least two more peels for a better result.

This was my first experience at Panacea. I found a spa deal on Groupon and thought I would check them out. I had a deep tissue massage and facial with Tina and it was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. She got my knots out and have me helpful tips on how to have healthier skin and help with back tension outside of the spa. Will definitely be coming back when I need another self care day.

Jonathan is a talented part of the Panacea team in Longwood and I am proud to call him my stylist. I will not let anyone else cut my hair (worn in a long, layered style). It has been three years since I first found them through a Groupon and I am so glad I did! The staff and atmosphere are a great addition to the excellent service I always receive.

I was referred by a close friend to visit John S. (stylist) to have my hair cut and colored - I needed something fresh and new looking and John did just that! He is amazing at what he does, truly a talented individual. The atmosphere inside this spa is very relaxing and all the staff are friendly, make you feel at home and provide smiles while youre there. Oh and did I mention great rates on their services? Yep, that too! A+++ highly recommended salon & spa!

I absolutely love this place. They offer lots of different services but I go there specifically for massages. Even more specifically, massages from Craig. He is AMAZING. As my sister likes to say, “Craig is the truth.” He takes his time getting to know you and what areas might be bothering you so he can tailor the massage to help you in the best way. He’s also a great conversationalist if you want to chat but he can also keep the silence and let you enjoy the experience. Go get a massage from Craig. You won’t regret it. As a matter of fact, you’ll be sending all your friends to him. I know I do.

I LOVE going to Panacea Day Spa!!! I found out about this place through a Groupon for Eyelash extentions. At the time I didnt know how great Jenya (the owner) was, because everytime I tried to book an appointment she was never available. When I was able to be graced with her presence and her hard work ethic, I see why women will go out of their way to see her. I never knew anything about eyelash extentions, and I am greatful she takes her time to explain what she is doing and why she uses certain lashes. Jenya is awesome and I cant see myself going anywhere else.

Being new to the ORL area last year, I relied on reviews to find a new hair salon. John Swafford is absolutely fabulous at coloring, style, cut, and am so glad that I found him!Jenna gives the best facial that I have ever had...in any high end resort either in the US or abroad. The Eminence skin care line and make up far surpass those that I have used in the past.Look no further...this day spa also offers permanent make up, massages (I hear they are too good to e believed but have not tried yet), and a monthly club membership so that you can either choose facial or massage.Love it...a friendly and welcoming place to indulge!

I always look forward to my monthly facial at Panacea with Jenya as sort of a religious ritual. Not only do I love Eminence but the entire atmosphere of the place is so relaxing. Jenya is awesome and what truly sold me was how honest she is. She wont try to sell you a bucket load of product you dont need and in fact, will honestly tell you at times that you dont need it. I love Jenya and I love the spa. John has always done a wonderful job with my hair as well!

Its such an undiscovered Longwood gem, Im almost afraid to share it. This spa is that rare combination of welcoming, and talented people that can do just about anything you want. I see Jenya once a month and Kayla every other. They accomodate my crazy schedule and are efficient, yet never rushed. You will always walk out feeling and looking so much better than when you enter. They all take such good care of you. Not to mention that the prices are very affordable!
