    First time getting seen here, Had an amazing experience! I have been cutting my hair myself for almost 15 years due to some bad experiences, but today when I went in, after my family finally convinced me to give it a try, Jan completely changed how I felt about going to the salon. Not only did she take the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns, but she talked me through the process step by step and made sure I was comfortable, she asked about the way my curls behaved and made great suggestions on how to help my hair be more cooperative. I absolutely love my hair and am definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

    I went in to this location for the first time yesterday (5/28) and was very pleased with the haircut I received. I didnt get the ladys name that did it, but I will definitely be back if I am in the area again. She listened to everything I requested and did exactly what I wanted.

    OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I love this place! They did so good cutting my hair! They were friendly and professional. I love the ease of checking in online and walking in to a short wait time. This is a good place to go to get your hair cut!

    I always get my hair cut here and have always had a very good stylist. Sometimes the wait is longer but they always suggest that you check in on the app. Ive always been 💯 satisfied with their service and everyone there has always been very curtious.

    It is important to me to look good and be successful. The Great Clips in macclenny is the best Great Clips Ive ever been to and has helped me to do just that. Not only is my hairdresser always kind and pleasant to be around but she is very meticulous in how she goes about cutting my hair. I typically go to Sports Clips all the way in Bartram Park and pay a lot more because that was the only place I found that they really cared about what they did. Ive been to several other Great Clips that were not that great however from the first time I walked into this one it stood out to me as a place were they care about what they do. They dont want me to leave unless they know its the best they can do. This kind of work ethic is dissipating fast in our culture so when l see it I do my best to value it. Thank you so much for your wonderful professional service. This is definitely my go-to place for when I want to look my best.

    I have been a customer at this location since October of 2019. I love DeLynn and I will always wait for her, if they are busy, because she is AWESOME! She is very talented and does a great job with my hair. She is very professional and one if the best stylist I have ever had. She is the main reason I keep returning to the same location.

    The girls of Macclenny Great Clips are the best. And they adhere to your wishes and are awesome at making suggestions. I will be a repeat customer for a long time. Other Great Clips need to follow there lead because they truly are the best. A lot of people shy away from a Flat top. Thanks Girls Jim

    This place has always been great. The wait can be super long as a walkin but I learned to utilize the online check in option and usually only wait 10 minutes upon arrival at the most.
