    I’ve had 2 sessions so far and Stephanie has been by technician she has been amazing she’s very well informed, made me feel comfortable, talked me through every step of the process. The rooms are clean well sterilized, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this Semper location but more specifically Stephanie to everyone! Also the pain isn’t too bad and the results are totally worth the few minutes of discomfort and the cost.

    I just completed my laser hair removal sessions and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received! The staff—Brianna, Diana, Kelly, and Anna—were absolutely amazing, treating me like family every time I came in. The offices are always spotless and have a calming, zen atmosphere that made my appointments even more enjoyable. They frequently have great deals, especially around the holidays, so its worth checking their website regularly.     Loved my experience at Semper Maitland. The customer service is always great, and the professionalism is wonderful! For reference, I am a darker skinned African-American woman, and Have been very leery about laser burning or scaring on my skin type. I have had no adverse reactions and have loved the results after only two treatments. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of their specials today!

    Got a great deal to remove hair from 2 areas of my body. They’re very professional and always quick during every appointment. I end up with less and less hair after every session, so I can say the results are relatively quick. Can’t wait to finish the full treatment and be completely hair-free!

    Semper is the best for laser hair removal! Brianna does an amazing job! I’ve been going to the Maitland office since they opened (I started my sessions at the Dr. Phillips location) and recently purchased a package for other areas I’ve been wanting to get laser hair removal on.     Amazing experience. The front desk, technicians, and financing are all incredible people. I had very real, enjoyable conversations with all of them. Theyre just all very easy to talk to. From the moment I walked in I never felt like I was just a number, everything was so comfortable.The rooms are very clean and private. Im not a super thin girl and I never felt uncomfortable. Theres nothing I dont like about the place. I highly recommend coming in and talking with them. They also offered 8 sessions on them for a small area. You cant go wrong.

    Every visit I’ve had at Semper Laser Maitland has been amazing & so comfortable. The girls at the front desk are always so kind as soon as you walk in the door. My first visit, I was welcomed by Kelly who explained the entire process to me & made me feel comfortable answering all questions I had about the actual laser/billing/etc. Haylee was my laser technician and she was PHENOMENAL! She talked to me throughout the entire visit and helped ease the natural anxiety you experience when doing a cosmetic procedure like hair laser. Nonetheless, all of the girls at the Maitland office are so kind and have made getting hair laser such an amazing experience!

    Semper laser has been great! I am coming from SEV laser which I used when I lived in another state. They are very similar and the techs are very knowledgeable and use the same laser! Only difference is, they don’t have a constant cooling fan when they shoot the laser, but it does shoot out cold air with each flash. Only reason I give it 4 stars, is they are very salesy and pushy compared to SEV and other locations I have been to. If you want prices you have to sit down and go into an office for a consult, prices should be transparent and available.

    My experience with Semper has been amazing . I originally came here for the free sessions they have going on , I’m currently on session 4 and the results are INCREDIBLE . So incredible that I went ahead and booked for a Brazilian with then. There was a miscommunication but they were really great about fixing the error and customer service is top tier . Don’t hesitate to book with them . The results after just 1 or 2 sessions should be enough to reel you in 😊

    I have been coming to Semper since June of 2023 and have nothing but wonderful things to say.The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable, and will even accommodate wherever they can. I’m a little sensitive and sometimes struggle with my pain tolerance. The techs have no problem bringing ice to numb the area, and even apply aloe at the end that helps cool and soothe the skin. They’re very quick too, so my sessions never last more than 10 minutes. They focus a lot in customer education, letting you know aftercare tips as well as what to avoid for better results.I did 8 sessions total on my underarms. The first 3 sessions I did not notice much of a difference. Be patient though!! After the 4th session I had at least 50% hair growth reduction. The hair growing in the area was also very very thin, making it very easy to remove, as well as hard to notice on the days I didn’t shave.Today, I finished my 8th session and can report the following:1. Hair growth has decreased by around 80%2. There are no ingrown hairs (I used to have a couple from having to constantly shave/wax)3. The hair is the thinnest it has ever been4. I shave about once every other week instead of every 2-3 days.I am now starting sessions on my upper lip and am very excited for the results.I would recommend Semper to everyone and anyone. Very happy with my results so far.

I have never felt so comfortable at a place like I did today at semper in Maitland. From the moment we entered the door my sister and I were greeted by the front desk ladies who were so polite and helped us immediately. There was never any awkward moments around any of the ladies here. Both laser technicians were amazing! Especially Diana who handles the finacial side. She made us feel like family and really educated us on not only laser but other girl topics too lol. We had a few therapy like sessions with her about just life 😁 if you’re looking for a place to finally get your laser treatments, this is the ONLY one for you! I got a package for Brazilian, armpits, and my full face and it was a great deal!! I guarantee you won’t be able to find a better place with better deals other than semper Trust me, I tried 😆.Brazilian pain rate: 6.5/10 it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was it’s definitely bearable and you will not regret it.Armpits pain level: 4/10 it was easy Peezy nothing we couldn’t handle and who doesn’t wanna be smooth under your armpitsFull face pain level: 2.5/10It just felt weird when the laser technician goes over your mustache area but other than that, it was fine. The areas I got on my face were my sideburns, between my brows , jawline, chin, upper neck, and cheek area.After many years, I have finally gotten laser and I am so excited for my journey and did I mention it’s unlimited treatment if you purchase that package whenever you need touchups, you can just book an appointment and go right in.10/10 recommend 🤩🏆

    Honestly was so nervous to get laser done because I had heard it’s super painful but the insecurity of hair all over my face due to PCOS took priority.     For someone who has never done anything more than waxing or sugaring, this was a new adventure. From the start, booking initial appointments to rescheduling, at ease. My first appointment, I walk in and very welcoming. My technician was wonderful, and explained everything. You would never know that my bits had a laser focused on them. You wonder about pain or discomfort. Honestly, had none of that. Added full face and same reaction. Maybe I’m weird, maybe high pain tolerance. But a tattoo is about the only thing I really can tell sensation from. If you’re on the fence, take the leap.

After I was done Chanel, the sales consultant worked with me to create a lifetime package. Now I can go to any location as many times as I want for a small monthly payment. I also got a really nice swag bag with a glass cup, exfoliating gloves, sleeping mask, and more!
