Expert and friendly care with attention to detail. I have been going to Justina for a little over a year and I am continuously impressed with the quality of my skin after each visit. The products she uses for facials will make your skin glow. Her massages are the best--she works out kinks while providing top-tier relaxation. She has mastered the European spa experience from the moment you walk into Ricochet until leaving. If you want the best experience this area has to offer with results that last, you have found the right place. -

Scheduled a facial for myself and massage for my husband. We both enjoyed the experience tremendously! The spa is comfortable and welcoming and we each had a nice time relaxing with a cup of tea while the other had their treatment. I am so happy with my facial, my skin feels and looks great afterwards. My husband really enjoyed his massage. Justina was attentive and gave us each a personalized experience. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back! -

Justina is AMAZING! I got a Therapeutic Massage and it was everything my body needed (I should’ve booked a longer duration lol) Then I went back and got the Fire & Ice Glow Facial and it truly left my skin glowing. She went in depth with me about my skin needed and how she can help me achieve my goals. She is my new massage therapist and esthetician from now on! -

Justina is beyond amazing! Best massage and facial in the Florida Panhandle area! She takes her time to explain everything and follows up after the appointment to make sure everything is okay. I got a full body massage twice! in a week, it was so amazing I wanted to get another one! Also got a one hour facial and my skin feels amazing. I’ve gone to Hilton and other spas in the local areas and nothing compares to Ricochet Beauty Spa.The place is super clean and very relaxing. -

Justina is absolutely wonderful. Booked a last minute facial and it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. Justina made sure to explain everything she was doing and after the facial, she took the time to talk to me about how to care for my skin. The arm and neck massage that comes with the facial was amazing and made me look forward to booking a massage in the future. Oh, and she made sure to send me out with a hot cup of tea! Love her! 🩷 -

I absolutely loved my experience. it was a little pricey for me, but I personally think it was pretty much worth it. she makes sure that if jm comfortable the whole time and tells me what is wrong with my body. she was very kind throughout our whole session and even when we finished; she’s very respectful i loved it. -

The quality in the services provided exceeds a 5 star rating this establishment exudes European QUALITY way above the American standards of quantity over quality. If you have dealt w any kind of trauma the therapeutic massages is where it’s at. If you are having issue w your face or feel like your body just needs a re-boost look no further this is the place. Trust me u will not regret it. -

I was having a bad migraine and was able to get in same day (on a Saturday nonetheless), and it was hands down one of the best massages and facials I have ever had. Right after my appointment I booked one for every week while I’m here. She is personable, professional, and just caring of your needs, which makes the experience even that much better. -

Pulled my lower back lifting and was able to get in and had a deep tissue massage to help the entire back. So effective that put me on the fast track to recovery. Also Justina is so knowledgeable on further treatment. Highly recommend getting a deep tissue massage if you work out hard. -
