    I came here looking for something that my girlfriend needed and the staff here was absolutely wonderful. All of them were very helpful and Ive never experienced such compassion to a complete stranger. Especially one of the workers named Amy, she was so respectful towards me genuinely made my experience at this store truly wonderful.

    It was my first time getting color done at Ulta and I love it. Natalie did a beautiful job on my gloss and really refreshed my hair! Everyone is friendly from booking to checkout. Ive been to luxury salons and I enjoyed this even more. Definitely give it a try for a great salon experience.

    Sidney did my hair style and makeup for my wedding and I had such a wonderful experience at this store! She was energetic and fun, and did an amazing job! She talked through each process and let me know what she was doing throughout the service! I will definitely go back anytime I need professional hair/makeup!

    The customer service at Viera Ulta is incredible and they treat you with kindness and sincerity. I also feel like the staff are so much more knowledgeable and trustworthy in their recommendations on products. Each time I have gone to the Viera location I have had a positive experience. The manager has even gone out of her way to create a positive outcome when she didnt have to.

    JoJo is the Best!! He has helped me with concealer and foundation matches (and fragrance which was spot on what I was looking for!) I’m always amazed by the results. Always a perfect match. It’s like he’s a beauty/make up magician!!I always, always look for him when I go to Ulta. He is a true expert, and a professional not to mention one of the most pleasant human beings I’ve ever met. I went to the store, not knowing on what Brand of concealer works for my face. every single time I go to Ulta Beauty I always have difficulties finding products for my face.     I just had the best experience at Ulta with JoJo Shapiro. I am a novice to say the least when it comes to make up and when I asked for him he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had everything I needed for my first time applying my own make-up! JoJo is knowledgeable, kind, patience and really personable. I’m definitely coming back to Ulta for all my beauty needs and I am definitely looking for JoJo. He is amazing!

    After 8 years of living in this area, I decided to write a review about the Ulta in Viera. Let me tell you my story of the past 2 days. I am in awe and amazed by this wonderful and fantastic employee Maryam. I was looking for a new foundation and 2 days in a row, Maryam so graciously and patiently helped me. She is the meaning of kindness and patience. Not once was she judgmental about my pickiness 😊. Maryam is soooo helpful and she is knowledgeable. She is the example of how an Ulta employee should be. Never have I ever had a person like her and she is now my to go to! And then a bonus at the end of the successful score of the foundation, we found out she was my middle daughter’s classmate in 6th grade. I can’t tell you enough about my experience. When you shop there and ask for Maryam. She will not disappoint you. And Maryam, if you are reading this, thank you soooo very much for everything, Lovely Girly! And Maryam’s boss, if you are reading this, please give her a raise or a bonus. She truly deserves this! Thank you for reading this review. 🤗 I am a lifelong fan of Maryam! 🥰

    Writing this for my wife. Just had her hair done at the salon with Sidney. Fantastic, one of the best cuts, color, etc she has had in her life. She loves, loves, loves Sydney. She will never go anywhere else (when in FL). Wish Sidney was at the Ulta in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

    I had the absolute best experience at Ulta getting a curly hair cut from Jenny Duncan. Not only does she have experience she’s actually been trained in curly hair cuts and bonus she really truly gets curly hair too!! Not only was my hair cut spot on (finally it’s been a minute) but her product recommendations were perfect for my curly hair type. I recommend her 100%!

    What a beautiful store in Viera. The staff was very helpful and nice. I tried on three different colors of foundation with the assistance of a worker to help pick out the best color match of foundation for my skin. I purchased Estee Lauder Foundation. $50 a bottle but it has the best coverage I found in a while. They have a wide range of OPI so you can see all the colors that are available at 13.99 a bottle I love OPI nail polish. I also purchased Biolage Shampoo and conditioning balm which they have a whole section of a well with Biolage products.

    I was trying to get my hair done in a pinch before Christmas and the salon I usually go to had no appointments available, luckily I saw an opening here. Kendall at the salon took me instead of the stylist I booked, and she was very nice and efficient. She even gave me some tips on how to add volume to my hair. I would recommend her!

    I have never wanted to go into an Ulta based on prices and I have never been a fan of beauty products, until now. I was desperate looking for advice going into the viera Ulta Beauty and each time I go, I get a warm welcome from Becca, the manager. She answers all my questions thoroughly and helps me understand the products. She even takes the time to help me understand how to put makeup on. This customer service means everything to me and this is why I love Ulta Beauty now.

    Sidney M!!! She was absolutely incredible. I made this appointment as a shot in the dark to get my hair and make up done for my wedding (low key. Stress free elopement) and she knocked it out of the park. I’ve never felt so beautiful. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was the sweetest person to be done-up by. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

    As far as beauty stores go, I usually have a good experience here. Im often uncomfortable with makeup stores, employees are often snotty and dont give good service to someone who wants something simple rather than 567 products to look like a clown. But this store has been pretty good. Ive gotten friendly and honest help. The lady at checkout was great today. And they tend to keep better stocked than the closest Sephora.

    Took my wife here, several miles away, to specifically get help getting the foundation etc. matched to her skin tone. Otherwise we would have ordered online. There were 3-4 girls working in there and only one or two people in the store. Which is why I cannot figure out why the girl helping us kept acting like she had better things to do than help my wife. I ended up spending almost $200 in the store and the help was abysmal at best. We doubt we will return.Update: Theyve gotten much better since that 1st visit. Weve been back several times and they have been very helpful.

    I went to the Salon and saw Kendal for a haircut. She did an excellent job consulting me before taking me back and continued to give an excellent, comfortable experience throughout the visit! Happy with my results!! I was also in the week prior and Kiara was a great help to pick out some new hair products and color match my concealer! Thanks :)

    My mom and I came in to knowing exactly what we wanted. My mother wanted to replace her bare minerals powder foundation and Laura mercier blush with Cliniques equivalent. Destiny greeted us right at the door with a genuine hello asking us what she needed help with. I told her what we were looking for and the shades of the previous brands. She matched my mother on the powder foundation perfectly on the first try. Destiny also gave is 3 options for blush, and my mother chose a matte rose color. She asked what else she could get us, but that was it. However, the Biolage display at the front door reminded me the liters were on sale. Therefore we absolutely had to get a shampoo and conditioner set. The line was long to checkout, but moved very quickly. All in all, I cant wait to take my mom shopping here again. We both hope to see Destiny, again!

    So I just went in and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I came up to three young ladies who are willing to help me and I flat-out said I have no clue what Im doing Im a big challenge! The girls listen to me and then a young lady named Ivy went ahead and started taking me around and describing all the different products that would help me in what I was actually looking for. The only thing that gets me is a prices butt if you need a good product you got to pay the money which Im willing to try a new product that Bare Minerals came out with. Also it was great that she showed me a new black eyeliner that doesnt run and its still on my hand at midnight after she put it on at 6 p.m. and I wash my hands and everything I cook dinner. The one thing that I picked on them for but I only did it to play was Bare Minerals had a free gift with purchase. Unfortunately they did not have the free gift available so I was joking around saying they should take down the signs if they dont have the free gift. So what they ended up doing is giving me something else to replace the actual one I was supposed to get. Everybody is always so nice whenever I go there and I will continue to go there. I did tell the girl about the bad experience I had at Sephora and she understood why I was complaining. Thank you girls for helping me do an easy daily fast routine.

    Good Ulta. Despite the holiday crowd there was plenty of associates to help color match me and find what I needed. The line even moved efficiently. My usual Ulta doesnt have MAC and this one does so I spent extra time there, and another helpful associate. Overall great experience and would be there more if I lived around here

    I like shopping here; they have so many products and they have a lot of helpers walking around. Im just not 100% sure how much help they can offer. I am not sure anyone could be on top of the thousands of products they stock. I would actually be happier if they had an iPad or something and typed in your requirements rather than listening and recommending. The girl who helped me wasnt familiar with the product I came in for, so she sold me something else. Not that what she sold me was better than what I asked for, only that she didnt know anything about the one I wanted so she sold me the makeup she wears. Or so she said. But it would have been helpful to have a little kiosk in the store where you could look at reviews and decide what to buy. Of course you can do it on your phone, but thats hard to do when the helper is hovering over you telling you that the product in your hand is perfect for you. At least I can return what I bought....

    Extremely friendly staff! I dont understand all of the negative reviews and the rude experiences. Ive been here a couple times and have always been treated well.If you ever want to get your hair done at Ultas salon, I highly recommend booking with Kaylee. Im always so happy with the results. Shes great at blending, an expert with lightening hair, and overall just really talented.

    I really needed a haircut while I was on my way to Orlando so I stopped in at this Ulta and couldn’t have been happier. Just by sheer luck Megan was available and took me right away and cut and styled my hair perfectly the way I asked and had me out and on the road in no time. I really I lived closer to the Ulta because everyone there was super nice.And to anyone who has Megan as your regular stylist. Lucky you 👍.

    I have my hair done every three weeks and have never had a bad experience. Marianne is always professional, prompt, and does a great job. And as for the reviewer who says she doesn’t wear a mask, I beg to differ. Since early last year, every time I have had my hair done, every body in the shop is wearing a mask.

    I have been looking for a stylist since moving to Florida 2 years ago. I tried a couple different places and then tried the Titusville Ulta for a hair cut and did not have the best experience. I figured next time I would give the Viera store a try. I found Ray there and he has been the best stylist I have found in Florida. I love the colors and cuts he has done on my hair. I am so glad I gave the Viera store a try after the not so good experience at the Tirusville one.

If you’re new to the Ulta Salon (which I was, I hadn’t even thought to go to an Ulta for my hair) but boy I’m so beyond glad I did. She did exactly what I wanted and even styled my hair after!     Ulta has become my go-to place to shop for makeup, skincare, and fragrances. The staff at this branch is always so helpful, funny, and kind. Their selection is great, too, and, if its not on the floor, a worker is always happy to check the back.This has beat out the local Sephora stores due to their staff being less nice.

    The sales associates at this Ulta location at The Avenues in Viera are superb! They are never pushy or intrusive, but always make themselves available to their customers.     Lovely little store. Not all Ultas carry MAC cosmetics. This store does! I just needed a new powder. They did not carry my powder but had the shade on either side of it. The MAC employee told me it is a scaled down selection so you still may have to order from MAC directly, depending on what you’re looking for.Due to COVID there is no testing or sampling. The employee said that if something doesn’t work, just bring it back for a refund.

    They offer a variety of great services and products including services for hair, makeup, eyebrows, etc. They sometimes have good offers to, especially around that Black Friday time of year. The people working there are super friendly, and anything when it comes to hair and makeup, among other female stuff, you can typically find here. Pleased with my experience to date. The only negative thing I could say is in regards to their rewards system and the Ulta Points you require with your card. I shop there all the time but it doesnt seem to do me much. And that birthday gift is a joke. More of a hassle than anything.

    OMG these girls are amazing. I am in my 50s and always looking for things that will enhance me. I am not into plastic surgery. These girls hooked me up with lipstick that stays on all day. They even introduced me to eyebrow enhancer. Just these and my normal makeup has brightened up my face. My face lights up the room. People I run into ask me what I have done differently and I am happy to share my experience there

    Its a beauty extravaganza in here, lol. Associates are friendly & helpful. Its like Sephora but MUCH more. Many brands to choose from with a broader selection of upper scale cosmetics & also some lower ones as well. I like that they carry a lot of cruelty free products. They also have a full beauty salon; hair, facials, lash/brow tx. as well. You will definitely find what you need & then some here😊. Only downside is theyre a little overzealous on pushing their credit card. All & all nice place to go crazy shopping if you got some bucks to spend 😁

    I have been a client of Marianne Raccas for many years and have been coming to ULTA since she began working there. Marianne is VERY professional every time I have been in her chair. She is a master of color, highlighting and cuts. She listens to what my thoughts are and will be honest if she thinks that a certain cut or color wouldnt work. Marianne is very personable and helpful and she takes the greatest care in cleaning/sanitizing her station and always wears a mask and insists her clients do as well. I love ULTA for so many reasons and always find the employees to be extremely helpful and courteous.

    I dont notice much of a difference between Ulta stores. I will say that I feel invisible here. Last few times I wasnt greeted or offered help. Whatever...but they should try harder.
