    I often feel like this store (not just this location) trains its employees to avoid customers and look busy. Every single time I visit, it’s the same story—no one offers assistance, and suddenly everyone is preoccupied with straightening shelves.However, one employee, V, has restored a bit of my faith. She went out of her way, stopping what she was doing to help me. As a grown woman, I should probably know what I’m looking for, but with so many options, it can be overwhelming. V took the time to explain different products, made thoughtful suggestions, and never came across as pushy.She’s truly one of a kind, and this store needs more employees like her. Thanks V!

    The size of the store and the fact that they carry both drug store and high-end brands make the store a great place to get all your beauty and skin care needs. They lose a star for not having staff available to answer questions or help you find stuff.

    I went in search of a specific product. I couldnt find it, but the young girl who helped me was the best! Products were found quickly.     Just want to give a shout out to Seth and Jojo. Seth did an amazing job on my brows- I won’t go anywhere else. I got a wax and tint and had a great experience. Jojo helped me a lot with picking out a lipstick shade for my wedding. This will now be the only Ulta I shop at ❤️

    I would have completed the survey to gush about the excellent customer service I got at the hammock landing Ulta but I never got the email. Regardless, everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. Seth in particular was incredibly helpful and patient despite me being very clearly overwhelmed with the sheer amount of choices available. 10/10 will definitely shop here again.

    I went in literally 2 days ago between classes and was assisted by an attendant named Hailey. Although we are dramatically different skin tones, and shes much younger, Hailey understood many of my concerns and worked patiently to find products with me that she thought were good and not simply trending. I went into work yesterday using all the color matches she picked and took my time to set everything. Everyone, I want you to know that that was probably Top 3 the best work of my life. Im GUSHING I was so well received. Thank you Hailey!!!!!

    Jenny Duncan did an amazing job on my hair. She is a true hair artist! She cut, colored, and styled my hair to perfection. I had a bad color job that she was able to repair. My hair was in really bad shape and she gave my hair a renewed look and feeling that I thought wasn’t possible at my age. She is also a wonderful person. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Jenny, she is worth every penny! Thank you again Jenny! You are a hair lifesaver!

    I went to get my hair cut and dyed. I had an amazing experience with Alexis. I was very skeptical about getting my hair done due to reviews and bad experiences in the past with other salons, but Alexis made me feel extremely comfortable, she listened to what I wanted to get done and even ask to look at pictures, and she also gave me good advice and product suggestions to help me start a good routine for my hair type. And my hair looks amazing!

    The employees are so much better now than they used to be. They are kind, upbeat, and informative. My experience coming into this Ulta is fantastic now! They carry so many new brands and items since the last time I was here. Their return policy is fantastic and its all around a great experience when I come in!

    Seth is literally the best! He’s done a phenomenal job with my brows. I took my 74 year old grandma in with me for an appointment and she loved her services and his amazing conversation. He’s detailed, honest and makes me feel like he’s looking out for my interest each time.

    Hair services are great! The staff is helpful. Store runs great specials with a variety of things to choose from: cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances, and more! When you order and prepay online for pick up services, you walk in to the store and go to the area labeled pick up (not having to stand in line at registers). Regardless of how long the line is, I was immediately serviced, my things were ready and I was done in less than 2 minutes. You just need your ID and the confirmation email. After placing the order online you receive updates as to when your order will be ready for pick up.

    Everytime I go in here its a fantastic experience. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the ladies that work at the salon in the back are so helpful in pointing you in the right direction for hair care products. Everyone here is nice, and my favorite employee is Brandon. He really is the star employee there! They have a vast selection of so many brands and items that range from affordable to high end. The return policy is so fantastic, its really a big reason why I feel so comfortable shopping. I know that if something doesnt work for me, I can return it with no problems at all. I love walking in here now. 5 stars!

    Great employees and pretty good selection. The only reason I gave four stars is because Ulta doesn’t carry dr Dennis gross products, and that’s 1/2 the items I buy every month. Also I have a hard time finding enough alcohol free hair products for a decent price. I wish I could just have Ulta be my one stop shop since I like them so much.

    Don’t carry a lot of products (in my opinion) for minority women. Even if they have the particular brand, there wasn’t the variety of colors and products that I was hoping for.

    Love this store in particular. Every time I walk in everyone is super friendly but I had a particularly odd and frustrating experience. I bought a nail kit I had to return two times because it was defective. Brandon at this location helped me both times and was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be shopping at this location more because of the excellent service here!!

    Store associates were helpful, polite and upbeat. Shoppers however were rude and crowd you when checking out. Would be great if the store associates would remind the next in line to remain at the sign as the sign states until next available associate is ready! I dont want to share my information nor do I need to deal with your children reaching around me to touch everything while Im cashing out!!!

    When it comes to make up, I have no idea what to buy. I just knew I was sick of wasting money on drug store brands only to get home and they arent what I expected. I needed help! I met Seth there. He was awesome!!!! I told him I had know idea what I was doing!! He jumped right in and explained everything I needed and what would help my complexion.     I book with Jenny, she’s amazing! I mean she listens and even provides suggestions if you’re not entirely sure what you’re looking for! If you want to feel safe with someone who knows hair, it’s her! Amazing with color and my curls too!! I go back and forth from blonde to dark and she’s always making sure my hair is healthy before any major changes!! Thanks Jenny!     I’m transgender and needed some makeup however I was dressed as man at the time. I explained my needs to the sales associate and she helped me mix and match shades of eyeshadow to give me the perfect look!!     Ulta store here has the best customer service available out of any ulta store in the area. The recommendation that my wife got for her skin needs were absolutely correct. As for men the cologne products are genuine and authentic. I but my stuff there because I know that its legit. One of few places a buy things not on Amazon because of all the different fake products out there.

    Ok. I dont wear make-up. But my daughter does . I could tell by her reaction going in that we had walked into make-up heaven. I would guess that there are at least 5 levels of every type of make-up known to women in this store. The people working there were also friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store... and that is saying a lot. There are a lot of products in this store.. a LOT. If only I were a drag queen.

    Ok I wish I could give more stars to the brilliant young lady who fixed my mess of hair ( it was all kinds of shades of this and that with green on top) I really was at the end if my rope and scared to get it fixed...Never fear Iggy was there her real name is Andiana I call her super hair girl...she was fast and precise my green hair didnt stand a chance with her in charge. She fixed my mess and trimmed me up just right. She is FABULOUS!!!!! I feel pretty again and will never dye my own hair ever again thanks to Iggy I am a new woman...Someone give that girl a raise!!!

I mean let’s be real folks, whatever hairstyle trend you see on Pinterest doesn’t actually work on most of the population. So it’s imperative to have these conversations, to ensure realistic client expectations.Jin educates me on what will work best for my hair care routine, and what to avoid doing to limit any hair damage.
