Such a lovely experience- Kim who did my pedicure is so very gentle and checked in with me all throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Phi removed nails Id had done elsewhere and made sure my natural nails looked good and advised me on next steps to get them healthy. Definitely recommend.

I have been getting my nails done at Luxy Nails for a few years. I love the service they provide. Jennifer and Bella have both been great. Jennifer with the acrylic and Bella with dip. I love the pedicure experience they provide. The Havana is my favorite. Many choices with a relaxing environment.

I’ve been coming to Luxy Nails (specifically to Ti) for the past year for my manicure/ pedicure needs and have consistently had amazing, quality service. The spa is clean and well spaced out; the customer service is always top notch. They have a wonderful array of products and color options to choose from. I especially appreciate the ease of scheduling my appointments online. The staff is very diligent at trying to make the customers feel at ease. Ti is very friendly and always does a great job on my nails, taking time and precision to execute my vision! Plus he gives great massages! If you want a clean, friendly place to get your nails done, I highly recommend this place!

Ive been coming here for over two years and have received great service every time. It is a beautiful nail salon with a lot of manicure tables and pedicure chairs. I love the atmosphere as I am sitting there. They have six televisions, decorative wall shelving, huge chandeliers, and stonework on the walls. Vicky is my nail technician and completes the tasks beautifully! Chris, the owner, is usually at the shop and its a pleasure to see him also when I am there for my appointment. Thanks to everyone who makes going there enjoyable.

Amazing nail salon! I’ve been to some of the best in Atlanta, Texas, and across Central Florida, and Luxy is easily at the top of the list. The owners, Chris and Trang, are hospitable and friendly. They know their customers well and greet each one by name. All of the technicians do high-quality work with a smile. And, most importantly, it’s a very clean and hygienic environment. If you plan to visit, call ahead for an appointment. They take walk-ins and are well-staffed, but it’s a popular spot (for a good reason).

We passed this place a million times, and finally decided to give it a go. It’s a beautiful well-lit space complete with attractive decor, clean tile floors, and a friendly and attentive staff who greeted us as soon as we walk in. They’re always busy so they must be doing something right. The boss did a Mani Pedi and I did a $60 pedi with the the works. They offer a menu with all kinds of different smells and flavors on it, which is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. I chose the coffee with margarita smells and aloe to finish it off. She recognized that my feet were ticklish and she backed off appropriately. The cut is perfect. And the massage was wonderful. Felicia got a dip which was flawless. They even fixed one broken nail without even asking. Will be going here from now on and we highly recommend it.

Update: Luxy Nails responded to my post and apologized for the experience with my manicure. They promptly asked that I come back to make it right. I enjoyed having my nails redone by Axel he was so nice and did a great job with helping me choose the color that I had anticipated the first time. I would go back and ask for him specifically. Much better communication all around.We visited for the first time today for a mani pedi. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The pedicure was nice and not to rushed as we had chosen a lavender scrub with hot stones. Then we moved over for the manicure which was rushed and not relaxing at all. One was a basic and one was a gel with both experiences being rushed. When you pay for services you want the experience to be relaxing at a SPA. We have all been there looking at all the colors and it looks different in the bottle then applied to nails. I chose a color that was more white than the pink opaque I like and the tech said he would get another color and ended up with a bubble gum pink. He seemed to be annoyed I didn’t care for that color either. It was hard to communicate with this person so I just accepted that color. I should have asked if I could choose another color since I was paying for a service and should not feel uncomfortable choosing another color. It was so rushed I didn’t even receive a top coat. Hopefully if you do decide to go you have a technician that is warm and patient with their clients. I think I will be looking for another salon for a better experience.

My daughter and i usually go together and she picks the salon that we use. This time she was unable to go with me. The gentleman, Miko, did a fantastic job. I did not have an appointment but the lady upfront did not make an issue. I was turned away from another salon since I did not have an appointment. From the moment I was seat in Miko chair, I was pampered. First was a drink, he asked how hot I wanted the water, explained each package for the pedicure. I have finally found my salon! I moved to Palm Bay two years ago and have been on the hunt for a nail spa that is not only clean but well managed with incredibly skilled technicians. My fill went beautifully. Im afraid of the drill and the technician was very gentle. She did an excellent job laying the powder and shaping my nails. I could have walked out without the polish. My nails looked so good! The pedi chair was comfortable, and the service I received was terrific. I originally had given this place a 1-star review because of my bad experience.But the owners of the facility commented on my review and encouraged me to reach out to them so that they could fix it.I gave them a call. We discussed what happened and Chris assured me hed look at the cameras and speak with the employees tasked with my mani-pedi. He completely refunded the full amount and then set me up with one of his best salon techs. Vicky give me tips for taking care of my nails at home when I asked because I that not a part of one of my many skill sets.I picked a glitter color and she assured me that I needed a basic color under it. I think she did a wonderful job on the gel nails that I upgraded to from the paint polish.Ill definitely go back and speak with one of the owners if I have any other issues since they are so approachable and care about their business and the service and experience that their clients receive. Chris was very kind in listening to everything I had to say about my previous experience and was adamant that he wanted to fix it.

Great nail salon. The inside is beautiful and very clean. I got a pink and white French along with a basic pedicure. My finger nails look amazing, however the pedicure was not impressive. The pedicure felt very rushed. Overall it’s an amazing salon and the staff is friendly. Danny did a great job with the pink and white French. Update: I had to change my review to 4 stars because after 3 weeks one of my nails fell off. That is unacceptable due to the high price of the service.

Lili, is the best!!! I drive 30 minutes to Luxy nails for her, she never fails. My nails last for weeks. My pedicures are phenomenal and her service in general is top notch. Her nail designs are always awesome but this week she did an OSU design that was incredible. I love Luxy Spa in general, the owners are great, the salon is always clean and their services are done to a really high standard. I really cant say enough about them! Stop by and see for yourself!
