Tried this place for the 1st time this week. I was impressed that I made an appt and when I got there I didnt have to wait at all. My technician was nice and got the job (pedicure) done quickly and did a great job! The only issue I had was checking out. I was overcharged for an upgraded Pedi I didnt get. I thought I possibly wasnt clear and didnt argue, but did let them know that wasnt what I asked for. However, they do call me after I left and offered a refund or to gave me a credit for the difference in an effort to make it right. I took the credit on my acct and I will try them again, hopefully with no issues as I did like the service and atmosphere.

Lily is amazing! She did a wonderful job with my acrylic nails! I had previously had another technician who wasnt too concerned about details or my concerns and was also very slow... Lily was not only so much faster but my nails look stunning! My pedicure was also very relaxing... thank you very much Lily for listening and taking care of me :-)

Wow!! My new favorite salon. Just opened in April. Their customer service is on point (for other African Americans wondering, I’m AA as well; no race discrimination; they were awesome)! I had Serey & Chai. The salon is freshly-decorated, hygienic (see photos); has a great atmosphere and choice of relaxing instrumental music. Complimentary beverages included with service. Their online booking system is very orderly and follow-up is good. As of now, you can’t book two people for the same time on the same account. So, if you go with a friend, have them create an account (or you do it), to make their reservation at your same times. On the day I went, there was a sign for 20% off for first-time customers. This is definitely my new favorite!!! Easily 5 stars.

Went in for a pedicure and had a great experience. I never felt pressured or pushed to “hurry up” while making my selection. Ken did a great job listening to me and did exactly what I asked for! The bumblebee looks great! The prices were reasonable and a clean environment. I’d go back again!

Great experience! Ive never been to Winns before, but I will be making this my go-to spa in the future. I was kindly greeted and checked in as a walk-in first-time appointment. Though they were busy, they set me up for my pedicure first, while Lynn, my technion, finished with her current client. I didnt have to wait long. Lynn was professional and sweet. I dont usually upgrade to a deluxe pedicure package, but I was treating myself. The deluxe included a variety of options (lavender, orange, green tea, ocean, I cannot recall them all) for a scented foot soak and I chose lavender. There was also a lavender sugar scrub followed by a lavender mud mask covered with hot towels - how decadent! After my pedicure was complete we moved on to my manicure, which I get maybe only do once every two years! Crazy, I know. But its Halloween time, and I wanted something fun for work. I had two nails that were so short; I asked if they could do tips on those, and they did, with no issues! Tammy helped with that portion and was super quick and to the point, verry helpful though, and nice. Lynn took over again and even did Spider-webs on my ring finger nails at request. It was the end of their day but they werent rushing me out. In fact Shai walked over and commented on my headband, asking if I were a panda! He was very sweet and engaging. First time guests get a 20% off their visit, so keep that in mind and go get yourself pampered! They do facials and waxing as well. The spa itself was beautiful inside, with chandeliers and marble counter tops and manicure stations, but still welcoming and comfortable. This would be perfect for bridal parties, girls nights out, mom/daughter outings, or even couples retreats! I saw men in there on my visit, and my husband was supposed to join me this time, but was hindered and unable to attend. Thanks Winns for a wondrous experience!

I have been searching for a nail salon in this area for years that could do the kind of quality nails I became accustomed to while working as a hairstylist in a salon out west that was owned by two awesome nail technicians. Winn Nail Spa is the BEST (and CLEANEST) nail salon I have been to in this area. Jade did a full set of dip powder, ombré nails and her work is impeccable! I showed Jade a picture of what I wanted and she replicated my nails to look even better than the photo. They use quality products and are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be a regular customer and Jade will be my nail tech! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this spa!

Busy place but they fit me in as a walk in. Anna was quick and efficient while still being gentle. My toes have been hibernating all winter so she had a job to do. I had none of the pressure or upsell that I’ve had at a nearby salon. I really enjoyed the experience at Winn and will definitely return.

ULTRA CLEAN SPAThey require masks, you must wash your hands when you arrive and they are practicing social distancing. I have seen them cleaning surfaces and taking extra measures for protection.Ask for Lilly!!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for about two years now. They are truly different from other salons I’ve been to in the past.They take pride in their work and strive to provide their clients with high quality services. The salon is always very clean and organized. The staff is kind and respectful. I have lived in brevard for 20 years and this is by far the best nail salon in the area. I love that they are closed on Sunday to give their staff time to recharge and provide great service to their clients.

Kathy is as always kind and courteous and does a wonderful job. I decided to remove my acrylic nails and just have gel polish on my own nails. Kathy did a beautiful job and it still looks good two weeks later though my own nails are very then and fragile. Kathys pedicures are so nice! Ask for her at Winn Nail. Just save time for me!

I got my first pedicure here with my sister and the nail job turned out really nice. I was really nervous so it a relief the first place a went to was so well managed. All of the workers were very polite and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. On the other hand, my grandma and my mom got their nails done. Both of their nails turned out looking really clean and well done. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and I plan on returning.

One of the best nail salons I have ever been to! First off, the environment is very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. All the employees are incredibly sweet and communicative. I got a gel mani and pedicure that both turned out perfect and lasted a long time. I would absolutely recommend this salon highly to anyone, but would suggest to call and make an appointment prior since they can be busy.

Here now and this place is great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, it’s very clean and peaceful, no rushing or being handed off and no wait. Rose and John are doing our gel pedicures and so far it has been amazing! We are also getting tips with powder and at this point, I can’t imagine them being less than perfect. We will be back!

I’ve been to so many nail places and this is definitely my new go to. They’re clean, professional, and they use new clean utensils every time, which I haven’t seen from a salon in a long time. I love it. I had Serey do my manicure and pedicure and she did a great job. Her massage was also great!She sits next to another woman, Mary, and they are hilarious! So happy with my experience

Love going here. Its very clean and they sanitize. They do great work. Its best to have an appointment which you can do online but they do walk ins. They give a discount for paying in cash.Ive had Manicures, Pedicures, and Deep Facial. Everyone is very friendly and they have alot of colors to choose from.

I went to this place for the first time today. I was looking for a new spot to go to with nail techs that would really take their time on me. The place was extremely clean. Tammy was extremely patient in removing the layers of different colored acrylics that my precious nail techs at other salons neglected to remove before adding more on top each time. She listened to what I wanted exactly and made sure that I was happy before I left. And I am! They’re beautifully shaped and thin just how I like them.
