    Wow-- what an incredible pampering experience. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly welcomed and provided with a beverage. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. I dont go to the salon much but what a treat! I always feel like a million bucks after getting my hair done by the extraordinarily talented Alyssa. If youre looking for a fabulous hair salon, this is the place to go

    I had my first appointment at Posh a couple of days ago. The salon is such a nice environment and the staff that was there seemed really nice. The products they use left my hair very soft and they all smelled wonderful! Alyssa was my stylist and she was so sweet! We didn’t do anything huge just a little cut but I felt that she took her time and was thorough. I’m not very chatty when first meeting someone but Alyssa kept bringing up conversation which was nice. She did a moment of wellness where she did a little massage before we shampooed and while I was thrown off at first (I’ve never had this done at any other salon) it was very nice. I felt pampered and left very happy with my hair. I will be returning to Alyssa for any other hair needs. I would recommend her to anyone!

    Debbie was absolutely fantastic! Every year or so I get my hair cut short and this is the first time Ive really loved the result. I booked my appointment an hour before, came in with no reference photos and still she understood and absolutely killed it. Im so thrilled, thank you Debbie!

    A five star rating is rare for me to give but this salon deserves every bit of it. This was my first visit and I came on the recommendation of a friend who knew I was searching for a new salon home. I was not disappointed. The location is very convenient, the decor is super cute, warm and friendly. The team is incredibly kind and welcoming, it was like walking into a friend’s house. I was offered coffee, tea or water and the coffee was fresh brewed and brought to my spot. I had my consultation with Sharon and she listened to what liked and didn’t about my past salon experiences and my color preferences. She came up with a plan and while she was mixing the color, another team member did a “wellness” treatment with an essential oil and shoulder/neck massage. Sharon and I chatted during the visit and the rinse out of the color was phenomenal believe it or not. The same team member who gave the wellness treatment did a scalp and neck massage while rinsing and Sharon gave a hand/forearm massage. The cost was very reasonable and I will absolutely be back. The best salon experience I can remember.Thank you!

    I am new to the area and I’m thrilled that I found Posh Beauty Lounge. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the service was totally personal. I had the same stylist for 25 years and I was anxious about trusting my hair to someone new. Candace was amazing! She took the time with me to create a cut and color that suited me personally. She is very personable and the experience was enjoyable rather than stressful. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to establish a new relationship that will last many years. (The salon uses only products that are not tested on animals.)

    My wife had not been to a salon since March... we are into masks and social distancing. They were so safe and caring. They made my wife comfortable and listened to what style she wanted and did a cut accordingly.... they have a wellness massage and really pamper their guest. Sharon the owner made her feel welcome and we had moved her from Las Vegas..my wifes last hair stylist used to do red carpet and Rhiannas hair...well Posh stood right there with high end..but not high end price..with a lot more warmth...good job Posh!

    Sharon is an absolutely amazing hair stylist and person. She travels to teach others how to style hair so the product is always professional and very stunning. I would never go anywhere else after her and neither would anyone that I have recommended to go there. You wont regret trying it out; Sharon is in the business to help the people, not just to get money.

    I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years and have yet to find a truly good hair dresser. Until I met Debbie today. My hair feels and looks amazing. Highly recommend. She also gives a nice arm ..hand massage as the conditioner is treating your hair. Ahhh

    I had a great experience here. Hairstylist Alli is fantastic. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and I didn’t even know what I wanted when I came in! The environment is clean, relaxed, and everyone is friendly. Will definitely be returning!

    The ladies at Posh Salon are miracle workers! They saved my terrible brassy orange hair into a beautiful blonde color. They were very Knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my poor hair, the shop was incredibly clean and well sanitized, and the ladies were so much fun to chat with. I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area! A++

    Best hair salon in Melbourne! Not only do they offer Aveda hair color and hair care products, they deliver the pampering and wellness that you expect from the Aveda brand. And talk about talent! The whole team is fantastic. Sharon is truly a color wizard. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else.

    Allyssa was amazing! Went in as a walk-in and was completely pampered. Im a mom of 2 boys and therefore my hair is always in a bun. I had no clue what to do with my hair. I gave her carte blanche to do as she wished. My hair turned out beautiful and Im so happy. Will definitely be going back!!

    I am very picky with my haircut because my type of hair is difficult to work on and many times I ended up disappointed. The only place I am always pleased and satisfied is at Posh Beauty Lounge. Ive been going there for at least 7 years and Sharon (the owner) is always a sweetheart!

    Found Sharon here from a friend and feel lucky. She does curly like a pro and is a pleasure to spend the time with. They carry Aveda in products which are a fave of mine.

    Posh is a wonderful, friendly salon. Debbie is my stylist and always does such a wonderful job. Posh is an Aveda salon and uses plant based products.

    Nice atmosphere. Friendly stylists. A little concerning that social distancing not observed and while employees wore masks, clients, other than myself, did not. Hand sanitizer was available and temperatures checked. I am a 75 year old at risk patron. Others were young.
