    Rachel is an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about how to care for curly hair, but even more importantly, she knows how to cut curly hair. She makes sure she explains in detail what she is doing and always asks if Im in agreement with how she is going to cut my hair. She is such a kind and caring person and really puts people at ease.

    I have my first haircut with Rachel today. She is such a sweet lady and makes you feel so comfortable! To ask a lot of questions on how I wanted my haircut, how short, texturized, etc. She is so gentle and calm you hardly even know youre getting a haircut! The best part is when she blow dries your hair... She makes it feel like a massage! I will highly recommend her and look forward to going back to her next month. Celia Kay ,9/23/3024

    I am SO disappointed that you are not re-opening the Cocoa Beach site! It’s a 30+ minute trip to get to the salon where my favorite stylist is- please reconsider the decision to close Cocoa Beach-As always I am so happy with the job Delia does for me- hair and brows, always perfect. It’s why I’m willing to drive so far to see her!

    I regret that I didn’t get the woman’s name that cut my grandson’s hair this evening. She was so amazing that I’ll call in the morning.My son is autistic and she was wonderful. She included him in his haircut by asking him what he liked and what style wanted and whether he wanted his sideburns trimmed.In the car, he said that he was so appreciative of her treating him as an adult. He was also very happy with his haircut.Thank you to the young woman for not treating my grandson with such kindness and respect. It’s something he rarely experiences from the public.

    Robbie got me in and was one of the best barbers I have ever had. Friendly and cordial. Amazing talent at cutting hair and beards, plus he knew exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he taught me something new about my beard! Total transformation. Thank you highly recommend!

    Always a good haircut by Rhonda!HOWEVER!!!THERE WAS A STRING SMELL OF FUEL OR GAS IN THE SHOP. Unhealthy for workers and customers. I HAVE NEVER SMELLED ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE THERE. CORPORATE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS FOR THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS.

    I am so pleased. I really needed a haircut. I recently moved to Merritt Island. I couldnt get an appointment this weekend with my normal person back in Melbourne. I was in desperate need of a cut.I made the appointment because I knew I would cut it myself.Rhonda was so amazing. 1st the cut is amazing, perfect! She even told me tricks to try in-between cuts. She sold me haid putty too. I never buy anything. Im so glad to have found a great beautician so close.She is great to chat with too. We laughed the whole time

    My time here was just amazing. Ive come here two times and have been quite pleased with the results of my hair. Stylist Rachel is an adept at giving hair advise and has extensive expertise styling hair. Rachel is the most humble and down to earth person. The staff greets customers with open arms and makes them feel welcome. I can confidently say that I have found my neighborhood hair stylist, and I will only go to Rachel from now on.I had really uninteresting hair and wanted to try something new, so Rachel suggested I start with curtain bangs and work my way up to more defined hair. I was terrified, but the results are astonishingly amazing. Im looking forward to my new hair journey and many more. Thank you, Rachel!

    I just had my hair cut, colored and deep conditioned for the first time at this salon. Dezeree was my hair stylist and she is amazing. She got the color right, just the way I like it, on her first try. When she deep conditioned my hair, while the conditioner was sitting in my hair, she massaged my head and my temples which was super relaxing. I highly recommend her. I decided to give her a try because she has done a good job on my mom’s hair. I am so glad I went. My hair is naturally curly and the job that she did was perfection! I will be back!

    Im sorry if you have had an unpleasant experience here. There are so many ways for people to schedule a haircut for example, you can call ahead, go online, or use the mobile app and you can walk in. There are days were theyre very busy and between answering phones, signing guests in, cleaning up their stations and trying to please the person in their chair the best they can and trying to be efficient as possible but everyone is human, everyone makes mistakes and everyone runs behind. These girls tend to get under pressure sometimes, plz dont let one bad experience keep you from going back. I would rather have the stylist take their time to give me a good cut and I dont understand why the next person in line wouldnt want the same. This salon is busy. These girls are busy. I do suggest making a reservation, its not an appointment... lemme break it down for you in short words, calling ahead you may only wait one haircut as to if you just walk in you may be 4th or 5th in line at an hour wait or so. I love this salon and these girls are only human as everyone else.
