    I have been getting massages for 30 years and I will Say that Ro is excellent. She had wonderful technique and is very knowledgeable. She is very warm and welcoming.     I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my back or body after working with Body in Balance. Instant relief after each session. My last session was very needed, I was suffering from insomnia and my body riddled with stress.     Rowena is very knowledgeable and aims to please. She did a preliminary consultation to learn my issues and planned a service best suited for my needs. I had issues with muscle knots, tight muscles, and needed some stretching due to lifting weights frequently. However, I asked if I could still have a relaxing experience since I know working muscle knots is tense. She was happy to help me out and worked the pain out early so she could keep the majority of the massage relaxing. She even incorporated stretching.I had a great experience and would love to come see her again. I highly recommend her services.

    I cannot say enough how good it is to find Ro at Body in Balance. She listens to issues and works towards solving them. She is very up to date on the latest techniques available too. For example, I had a very bad and painful knot on my back shoulder. She was working on it briefly and decided to use a frequency wand on it. Amazing result as when that was done she went back to it and the pain was gone; it did not require any more manipulations to work on this any further! It just went away using the frequency wand with zero pain while that was being done. She has used this wand with other issues I have going on and so far, very good and promising results. I am truly thankful to the person that recommended me to her and for her being so dedicated to her craft! Thank you Ro!

    Rowena is so very skilled and knowledgeable with medical massage and other modalities. If you want a personalized massage that targets your sore areas rather than an “out of the box” massage, Ro is for you. She has trained on physical therapy and understands exactly what is needed to remedy each issue. I went to her barely able to move my neck and left with full mobility. On top of her skill, she is also super kind and down to earth, making you comfortable right from the start. I give Rowena my highest recommendation. She is one of a kind!

    Been coming to RoRo for a couple years now. I sit at an office usually 9-11 hours a day and she has been the only one to correct my neck and shoulders to drastically lessen the amount of tension headaches I was getting.     Results beyond my imagination! I sought out Body in Balances therapist Rowena because as a half ironman triathlete, I had a nagging rib pain that was impacting my training. I had tried all the other therapies that have worked for me in the past and I wasnt getting to the root of the issue. During my first cupping massage session, I could feel the adhesions responsible for the rib issue release. After my first visit I felt 85% better. I couldnt believe how fast the technique worked. Two sessions and my muscles felt so much looser during all my workouts. The rib pain was gone. After three sessions, I joked I feel 10 years younger. Rowena is an amazing therapist who can help provide you the relief you are looking for through her skilled cupping technique. It will be continue to be a part of my training regime.
