    I booked an appointment this weekend with Heather Leigh for a haircut and treatment. Heather was available, friendly, patient, engaging and knowledgeable about treatments and hair . Her presence helped me feel relaxed and confident during my visit. She also made the most delicious coffee which was to die for. I throughly enjoyed my experience at Atma with Heather. I also love my hair cut hair shine and hair length/ treatment. Saturday was time and money well spent. I highly recommend Atma and Heather Leigh for the atmosphere, location, cleanliness and of course the level of attention and care provided. I have booked her again for a follow up hair cut and service. Heather is my girl!

    I have been looking for the best salon since I moved to Miami, 2 years ago, I have to say the stylist here was amazing!! Marcela is an artist! The salon is friendly in general, they need a more welcoming staff at the reception, they were super serious/dry. The salon offers water and tea, but the best salons usually offer at least prosseco, I still love the style and the vibes of the salon, hard to find in Miami, but the best part was the expertise of the stylist. Love the color and the style. Was my first time and will be back!

    If treat yourself was a place, this is it. Amazing stylists, hairdressers, colorists and all things beauty. I got a haircut with Julia ( she is saved in my phone under Hair Goddess). She also cuts my sisters hair. We LOVE her!!!! Amazing and gorgeous dont even begin to describe my haircuts. As long as I have hair I will only go to Julia. There is such a chill relaxed vibe. I always feel so pampered and beautiful when I leave here. Beautiful location.

    John did my hair and they came out PERFECT! I have never done anything to my hair besides cutting them, but I felt like I could trust John since the first second I was on his chair. He did an amazing job with a balayage and haircut. He will do what is best for your features and will give you the best advice. They use amazing products, prices are extremely fair for their services and everybody is very kind and available for anything!

    I would highly recommend Heather for color, haircuts and/or styling! She is the only person I trust with coloring my hair. She takes so much time and care to ensure the result is what you want. I had an excellent experience at this salon with Heather and will be back soon for touch ups!

    I just had an appointment there today with Julia… and WOW!!! I’m so so happy with the results! ! Beyond my expectations everything, Julia is amazing, super professional and very nice person, I highly recommend her!     I am not one to leave a lot reviews, so when I do it is because I am so impressed with a product or service. John at Atma has been doing my hair every 3 months for 2 years now and hes given me everything Ive wanted, both cut and color, every single time. Hes truly an artist and a master of his craft. People in Miami come up to me often to ask who does my hair because it looks so good! Go to John, he will take great care of you!

    I come here for one reason and one reason only! Julia is by far the most qualified male hair stylist in Miami. As a guy whos bounced between barbers and stylists who give you the same old, same old, Julia is a breath of fresh air (and a amazing cut!).

    Julia is incredible. I have been highlighting my hair since I was in high school, and my blonde has never looked as good as it does when I go to her. I get so many compliments on how beautiful and natural my highlights are. I recently moved over an hour away from south beach, but the drive is well worth it for the results and the service. Arielle always assists Julia for my appointments, and she is also amazing.Also, the salon itself is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Everyone at the reception is always very nice and helpful with scheduling.

    I absolutely love my haircut done by Johnny! He did exactly what I wanted! Love his haircut technique and the way he style the hair. He takes his time with his clients and listens to you.     Ive been coming here to Kaitlyn for my highlights forever and she is so talented. She is literally a hair wizard and always knows just what to do, going the extra mile to suggest new flattering things. Her attention to detail and desire to make your hair look amazing is so rare. Really hard to find consistent colorists who are also kind and innovative, but Kaitlin never fails to impress and make me feel amazing.

    I love the vibe at Atma Beauty. It’s more than just getting your hair done it’s a whole experience. It started with my relaxing hair wash where they massaged my neck and head. When it came to the haircut I told the stylist to do whatever they want and I loved it. They knew exactly what cut would look good on me. I got my hair blow dried and some soft curls for a wedding I was attending that night. I got a lot of compliments!!! Thanks for the great experience. See you again very soon!

    My stylist Jasmine was so sweet and did an amazing job with my hair! Took off a star though just because I wish the salon was more transparent with their pricing. It wasn’t stated anywhere that a blow dry was an additional $75, I would not have agreed to that for the price, I can blow out my own hair for free lol. A blow dry is part of the experience and should be included in the service price in my opinion. Otherwise I had a good experience and would recommend Jasmine!

    I went here a few months ago after having a terrible blonde experience where the stylist fried my hair! 😭 I matched with Amber who understood right away the ash tone I was looking for and I left feeling SO happy, relieved and GRATEFUL that I’d found a stylist who GOT it!After the virus hit I messaged her to see if she was back. She booked me as her very first appointment and we did my first blonde addition since the horrible fry-accident.It turned out gorgeous, it’s still long, AND it’s no longer got all the brittle-damage from the first time 😭🙌🏼Its sometimes SO HARD to find a stylist who gets it with blonde, but Ambers my girl! As you can see before and after!!

    I’ve been coming to Atma to see Meddy for years. I trust him with my life! He is an incredible stylist and an expert in his craft. My hair is so thick and has to be cut a specific way that isn’t the easiest but he nails it every time, leaving me feeling my absolute best!

    Meddy did impossible turning me from a brunette into blonde in one session without damaging my hair. I’m blown away by his dedication and knowledge of color theory.     Atma has an amazing atmosphere that is both welcoming and also feels upscale. I came to Atma because my stylist Katya started working at this salon. Katya has been my stylist since 2019 and she is AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your hair care needs. Katya is extremely talented, especially with curly/wavy hair. Whether its short or long, she has the talent to make curly/wavy hair not only look good when she styles it, but also manageable and gorgeous when you style it yourself. I live over an hour away from Atma and go there because Katya is the best!

    BOOK 👏BRIANA👏In 2 appointments she has given me the best hair of my life. The color is stunning and my hair is super healthy.Its the first time in my hair life where a stylist took the time to do a strand test. She cares, and it shows in the quality of her work. I almost cried when I saw my color.Best of all she chats enough and is funny, but not too much to make it overwhelming, if that makes sense!The salon is beautiful, the staff is helpful without being pushy, and they carry the best products.

    Meddy is AMAZING you will not find a better hair colorist and stylist in the east coast!! He is a true artist. My hair was a mess with quarantine and he brought it back to life. I have been going to him for a few years and followed him to Atma. I am so happy he changed salons Atma is beautiful. He does the most magnificent balayage, it looks so natural and beautiful. He is a always careful not to damage the hair, which is a plus since my hair is so dry already. Meddy sure knows his way with scissors. My hair is fine and when Meddy cuts my hair I always ask for volume. We usually for a long bob and he gives my hair so many layers it looks like I have more hair than I actually do. Which is fabulous. I always say the test to a good haircut is when you blow-dry it at home and it looks good. Well my hair is looking fabulous and I have been getting constant compliments on my cut and color. Meddy will forever be my go to hair guy

    Ive been going to ATMA for almost 3 years since migrating to Miami from NYC. Julia is an absolute wizard when it comes to the Mens Cut. No direction is ever given since she is an artist and I always leave the salon a better (looking) man. Now my entire network of male friends are Julia loyalists. You simply cant beat her talent or charm.

    Make sure you book Carlos in advance. He is such a pleasure to sit with. He’s a very skillful hairstylist from New York City. He shows great attention to detail and has a pleasant demeanor. If you’re lucky you will get the best shampoo/head massage of your lifetime. On top of all of this, Carlos is also easy on the eyes 😊

    I took away one star because of the disrespectful and unprofessiona receptionist. ‼️ 🤷‍♀️I was at the salon on January 24th. I really enjoyed the repeat hair color service and the salon in general.The only negative experience was with the woman receptionist . When I tried to talk to her to ask for coffee, she looked at the phone and did not answer, and then after a several seconds asked me (without taking her eyes off the phone) if I was done with the service, although I was wearing a black robe from the salon and had color on my head. I asked for coffee and she didn’t bring it to me even after 30 minutes of waiting. And I was forced to ask one of the hairdressers assistants.Moreover, when the hair service was completed, I went to the reception to pay, but the same woman receptionist continued to ignore me. After 10-15 minutes, another employee came up and helped me make the payment.This is simply disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from that woman receptionist. This behavior is repeated every time I come to the salon. I hope the salon owner will pay attention to this.

    I cannot say enough about this salon and the team there. My hair colorist, Kaitlin, is the absolute best! She has extensive knowledge and experience coloring hair, whether you want something dramatic, subtle or in between. She does it all! I tell her what I want and trust her completely, leaving the salon happy every single time. Ryan, my hair stylist, is also great. He’s focused and set on giving me exactly what I’ve asked for. I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut, colored and keratin treated there and I couldn’t be happier! The best part is that I am able to book my appointments easily via text with Marina who’s a total doll. She always fits my appointments into my hectic work schedule. Thank you to the whole team at Atma! Great job!

    Bernadette is so great at coloring brows /brow tinting and really listens. So the expertise at the salon is phenomenal. Also love how conversational she is.Overall the salon itself is very welcoming along with the front desk staff. Prices seem to be on par with the rest of nice salons within Miami.

    My stylist (Ale) was extremely knowledgeable, took time time to listen to my hair goals and talked me through what he was going to do. He also moved quickly and I felt like he valued my time while providing a quality experience. Will be back in 4 weeks and will refer all my friends. Best experience in Miami after trying other salons and stylists and overpaying for poor quality work that damaged my hair.

    Atma Beauty is an incredible hair salon. They were professional and on time. Caitlin took the time to understand what I wanted and did just that.     So glad I found Atma salon in a nice neighborhood of south beach. Meddy is a great hairstylist. He listened to what I wanted with precision and gave good advices tailored just for me. Hes got a good sense of what will enhance your kind of beauty and bring harmony, balance, to it. I had long straight asian hair. I wanted a mid /shoulder length low maintenance haircut that could live on its own effortlessly with style. Its been flawless since, its growing nicely. Styling it for special occasions is super easy and takes minutes. Mission accomplished. I finally found my hairstylist in south beach after years of having my hair done exclusively in Paris or SF. Thanks meddy for caring and your French touch. Atma, Ill definitely be back!

    Tyler is a fantastic artist I’m blown away by the amazing color transformation he did!!! As a hairdresser myself, I understand how difficult it is to achieve white platinum hair on very naturally dark hair and he nailed it!!!!! Very kind hearted and had an amazing overall experience at Atma the team is very kind and welcoming and all are so very talented .     I am a platinum blonde I had gone over 4 months without touching up my brown roots. Meddy and all of the staff at Atma were all very helpful in guiding me with what I should do to maximize my hair results during my consultation. Meddy is very professional and did an amazing job on my hair and they were able to book me very quickly.     Best hair salon in Miami! Ive gone to this salon 3 times. The first time it was for full balayage and I LOVED my hair. The second time it was to get a touch up and lighter ends. While Alessandro did an amazing job, I wasnt quite satisfied with the way the look fit me personally. Atma was so kind enough to bring me back to ensure I was 100% happy with my hair and did not charge me to get it fixed (the way other ridiculous salons will try to do). Alessandro is extremely talented and knowledgable. The customer service at Atma is on point. I feel very well taken care of here and can trust that they will meet my expectations as their customer every time.

    Atma is a beautiful, spacious salon in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood of South Beach. Everyone is warm and friendly, especially my go-to colorist Kaitlin. I followed Kaitlin to Atma from another salon, shes that good (when you find someone this good, you dont let them go!). After quarantine, I had some interesting color going on as my roots grew out, but Kaitlin saved me and gave me beautiful natural-looking highlights and a lighter base. I trust her completely to make the best decisions and execute a look perfectly. Shes also the biggest sweetheart and such a fun person to spend time with while youre in the chair. In short: shes the best!

    I never write reviews, but felt I needed to share my experience in case anyone else is curious on this salon. I found Atma by chance on google for local hair salons in my area, and desperately needed help before my wedding. I made an appointment with Alessandro and told him what I was looking to get. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such friendliness and professionalism it was incredibly refreshing to see. Atma cares. Alessandro cares. Alessandro is a godsend. He will work his magic on your hair and you will leave feeling the most beautiful youve ever felt. He listens and somehow he knows exactly what you want and transforms your hair into your vision, but better. Hes a true artist. Not to mention he is hands down the most pleasant and happiest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My hair has genuinely never looked and felt the best as it has since now. I will never go to another hair salon and cannot recommend this place enough to anyone and everyone - especially Alessandro.

    I had a really wonderful first experience at Atma. I live in Boynton Beach and drove all the way down to south beach just to have my hair done with Nina. Nina is sweet as could be and my hair came out looking amazing! Exactly what I wanted! The COVID protocols in place were very professional and the staff were all very nice and accomodating. The environment is clean, relaxing, nice and quiet. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely return for any future hair services.

    If you want the best hair in Miami, look no further. I have been a client for 3 years now, Julia (queen Julia) is my hair expert. My hair went from what looked like box dye blond to the blond you only see on magazine covers. Just ask for the Julia Blond. Not only is she great with women’s hair, she cuts and styles every single male friend I have in Miami (which is a lot). My boyfriend loves Julia as well, his hair has never looked better! They also sell all of my favorite hair products and they have the best hydra facials in Miami.     I can honestly say that I’ve never been to the same salon twice on South beach lol but Atma is the exception. I’ve been here on two occasions and was delighted with the service and outcome each time. The first time I came in I had a hair cut with Julia, she knew exactly the look I was going for and it’s still one of the best hair cuts I’ve had to this day. The second time I came in for a balayage with Amber, she was able to get my jet black hair to the level I needed, in order to go blue, in just one sitting(!) with zero to no damage to my hair. I will certainly be back and recommend Atma for all your beauty needs

    I can’t say enough nice things about this place! Finding a new hair salon is scary af and one bad salon experience in south Florida was enough to almost make me swear it off completely. This place is pricey, don’t get me wrong but, you get what you pay for (and we’re in Miami) and my experience was unbelievable! I found Fallon through Instagram and by the grace of god got an appointment quickly! She was knowledgeable and kind and restored my faith in hairdressers. She knows what she’s doing and I could put my complete trust and baby fine damaged hair in her hands. She went over everything I wanted and my desired results, which I’ve been known to be quite indecisive, in detail and basically read my mind. (The salon follows all covid precautions, and then some; I felt completely safe) She offered suggestions on things that would help my hair without pushing or selling anything (nothing worse than a pushy salesperson that makes you feel terrible about putting one too many straighteners to your head), offered great conversation, and best of all my hair came out looking better than it has in years and exactly the way I wanted it to!     8/14/2019- TOP NOTCH SALON!I called Atma Beauty to schedule an appointment with Alessandro Persiale who had recently done my sisters hair and was highly recommended. I left a message. I received a text right away asking for details on the services I wanted. I typed that I wanted to book with Persiale. They forwarded the message to the front desk and I received a call right away. I spoke to Katrina.She was very helpful with booking my appointment and answering all my questions as a first time client regarding parking, services and an approximate price. My appointment was for the next day. I arrived at Atma 15 minutes prior to my appointment.I took a seat in their beautiful and chic salon. At 10am, I let them know I was there to see Persiale. I could see that he was already there. It was nice to know that he is punctual with his clients. He came up to me and introduced himself with a huge warm smile. He walked me over to his chair and offered me coffee. I had black coffee, which was delicious.We talked about what I wanted and what he was going to do. I walked in with my natural roots which are very dark and old school highlights that had turned orange and yellow tones. He did balayage highlights, then applied a gloss. After giving me the best shampoo ever!, he blow dried my hair. Now, let me say this, he blow dried my hair so quickly, no pulling, and gave my hair so much volume. I couldnt believe it. He didnt use a flat iron or anything. Then, he cut my hair in a modern long bob. At the end, Regia added some curls on my hair. I received various compliments on the hair from the hairstylists there.Once finished, I paid at the desk. I was given a Welcome to Atma Beauty package with some goodies. The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is professional and focused on their clients. The salon is immaculately clean.This experience was beyond my expectations, I couldnt be happier with the service and Im in love with my hair.     First off, the space is gorgeous, spacious and serene. The people are all very friendly and helpful. Their booking system alerts you of upcoming appointments several times via your preferred method of contact, which I find very helpful. All of this is nice...But the best part was Dana and the amazing service she provides for microblading. She is literally an artist and takes her time measuring and consulting with you to make sure you get what you really want.     I just had the most amazing experience. In the midst of a pandemic and walking around south beach I head in the distance a voice of an angel. The person said young man can I fancy you for a hair cut and I said I am not sure I have not had a haircut for months because of this pandemic. Can you handle such muddled hair.     Diana transformed the color of my hair to a blonde shade Im obsessed with! She also gave me great tips like brushing my hair with a boar bristle brush to help bring the sebum oil from my roots to the tips of my hair. I live in Hollywood and would still take the drive down to south beach just to have Diana color my hair. See you guys in September ♥️
