    Very nice place, they make you feel extremely welcome, the staff is super friendly and there is no social awkwardness at all! Most places like this just want you done and out, but not this one.     I found impact glamour on google and omg how lucky to have found this place. They are so accommodating and professional the place is very clean and their work is exceptional.     My experience coming here was amazing. Nicole was so welcoming and nice. My appointment was for eyebrow waxing and everything was on time. If anyone is worried about the virus everything was clean place is not crowded and nobody can come in without an appointment. The tools she used were clean. she had cleaned the tool down with alcohol before and after using it. With my eyebrows personally I have a permanent empty space on one of my brows and it’s very little but noticeable. And she had taken her time to examine my case and work on my Eyebrows and I can honestly say I was impressed.     I volunteered to be a lash model the owner responded promptly and asked me to come in the next day. The decor and environment is so soothing and beautiful. They have grey, blush and black and white beautiful decor. Instead of loud music is relaxing I felt as if I was at the spa. The lash tech was learning but honestly you would have never known, she was precise and gentle with a steady hand. I was welcomed to come back for a fill and offered supplies for maintenance. Everyone was one so kind, I was offered beverages from the moment I walked in, and treated with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They also offer tool for lash techs, teeth whitening, brows, waxing and tanning. They are also around the corner from my house. I am so excited to come back in 2 weeks for a refill.     So glad I found this place on Instagram. It has the cutest vibes and the best techs. The moment you walk in, you immediately feel relaxed. Got my brows laminated with Milani, who did a phenomenal job. I am very picky about who does my eyebrows but she made me feel at ease. She explained what she was doing every step of the way.     I had the lovely experience of getting my extensions done by Brittany. She’s so sweet and very well educated in what she does.     This is my first time receiving professional eyelash extensions so I really had nothing else to compare to other than from pictures. I chose the August Promo which is only with Brittany Justine and I was NOT disappointed. Appt was on time, she took the time to explain the different looks until we both agreed on the one i liked the best. About 1 hour later, she was finished and there was no snagging or weirdly placed eyelash (I was thinking about the end result the whole time i was laying there with my eyes closed) and when I saw the result - I was super happy! It looked amazing, my boyfriend loved it and I even received compliments from other girls weeks after. If youre worried about the promo tech, dont be. They are all very professional and well trained thanks to nicole (owner and teacher). Please check out their website for social media info. Im have my follow up appt next week and Ill be changing from hybrid to Classic.     The most amazing lash place ever. Impact glamour is my favorite place to visit and I have been to multiple lash places before her and I will never think about leaving impact glamour once I experienced her work. They are very accommodating and have amazing customer service, every time I go to her lash studio it’s nothing but good vibes and laughs. My volume lashes make my daily routine so much shorter and I get complimented on them every place I go even when I’m wearing no makeup. My teeth are also pearly white from her teeth whitening procedure which takes 15 mins and lasts weeks. And she even does my eyebrows and keeps them fleeky. Multiple friends of mine have taken her class thru her lash academy and said the way she teaches and takes her time with you to make sure you know all your stuff is the reason why they now own their own lash business and have had nothing but success. Nicoles dedication and passion for lashes shows thru her work, her business, and lash academy I have never ever had a problem with her and I have been going to her for two years about to be 3!! Other places I was at for only a few months and had multiple times I left unhappy. She has my loyalty as a customer forever!
