I absolutely adore this place; it was a fantastic experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I initially came here to get an updo for a wedding where I was the maid of honor, but ended up getting my makeup done too, and they did an amazing job! The team is incredibly attentive and treats you like a movie star 🌟 The atmosphere was both clean and fun, like a party. I left the salon feeling incredibly happy and beautiful. They open as early as 7 am and close at 7 pm, which is convenient for every event Ill have. The owner was also present and incredibly friendly. I totally recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I have to say that Elizabeth did a great job. That picture was taken when I came back from dinner with my husband at 10pm tonight. I went for the first time to this blow dry bar on a super rainy day. I was hesitant and almost rescheduled my appointment because the weather was so bad today and Merrick park is an outdoor mall. So anyways I decided to go ahead with my appointment since we had dinner reservations in a restaurant and wanted to look pretty on date night. Went to my appointment almost half an hour earlier and they where able to accommodate me right away. My stylist was Elizabeth. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. She was very detailed and did a great job. I was out of there in less than an hour which was awesome. Walked to my car with the bad weather and went to dinner and my hair is still looking great. Normally my hair is frizzy when theres a lot of humidity but its been great. I know right away if my hair is gonna hold or not and if Im going back to a stylist or not. I knew my hair came out great and that was gonna hold. She even told me that it will look even better tomorrow and I agree. I hate when I go to do my hair and it doesn’t hold the waves for more than 2 hours. This was not the case and Im definitely requesting Elizabeth again. They have a new happy customer:)

Great experience! Was my first time getting lashes done and it was painless. I had no allergies afterwards and no redness in my eyes. My lash tech was very nice, patient and personable. Would recommend! Plus, the area is super nice and you can shop / eat after or before your appointment.

I am a regular here and come once a week. It’s always been great but since the change with the new owner it is absolutely amazing. Victoria and Roxy did an incredible job tag teaming me today and got my super thick 24 inches of extensions done beautifully in 30 minutes which is a record ! I was so happy and even received 4 compliments on the walk home! The owner is also very friendly and tentative. He has hired a wonderful and experienced staff! I 100% recommend this place and Victoria, Roxy and Mercedes as well, they are amazing!

I love coming here to get my hair washed and styled by Myrelis!! She is the best! She knows how to blow dry your hair leaving it styled as if she used a wand or curling iron as her technique with the brush is one of the best I’ve experienced. I also love how she washed my scalp twice using her nails and getting into the middle of the scalp which feels amazing!! She doesn’t mind that I bring my own shampoo & conditioner since it’s tailored to my hair type/condition which I love. I definitely recommend Myrelis if you’re looking for a great clean wash with a beautiful sexy style. You leave feeling like a million bucks!!

I had a great experience at Blo in Merrick Park. I am a regular Blo customer in Atlanta but was in town for my wedding. They did an amazing job with my hair, the blowout was beautiful and I stayed frizz-free in Miami at my outdoor wedding. Also when I was there, there was a super difficult client causing salon disruption and actually caused other people with appointments to not be able to get their hair done because she would not leave and kept making them re-do her style. She was extremely rude and the entire staff handled the situation so professionally. They kept their cool and even though this woman was clearly deranged, they were never unkind towards her and just tried to make her happy. The owner of this location should be VERY proud of their staff.

UPDATE APRIL 2022:I made an appointment for my 8 yr old niece and noted her hair type on the appointment because she needs specialized service. I called and spoke to the booker who told me she’d placed her with the perfect stylist. On the day of the appointment we were greeted kindly and my niece had an amazing experience getting a blowout and gorgeous braids. I joined as a member and although everyone was great, props to Joan and Nadia.NOV. 2021 3starsI was placed with a stylist that i didnt share a language with. there was obviously no training in how to deal with a situation like that: ask another employee to translate, use a look book, etc. I explained what i wanted and she let me know she didnt speak english so i didnt get what i wanted. this is not her or my fault, the business should set their staff up for success not failure.
