Jennifer Chaves was punctual, so friendly, and so easy to work with. I definitely did push her beyond the original/typical style and she was very receptive and gave me just what I wanted! And as I am a newcomer to Miami, she also gave me some tips about local beaches which I super appreciated. The space is also very cute. She designed it very beautifully. The brow wax cost $15 before tip. Also, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I used the website to find her number and texted her to create the appointment. Just a tip: her building is on the left side of the road if you are coming from Hwy 1/Dixie Hwy. Her unit is the first one on the east end of the building (or the right side of the building if you are facing it from the road). I accidentally parked across the street and walked into Mint Brows first (stupid me!), but once I found her building I quickly found her studio, which has a small sign for Brow and Lashes Beauty Spa.Thank you very much, Jennifer! I will be back.

It was my first time getting lash extensions and Jen made me feel very comfortable. I have since been back several times and will keep returning. The salon is cute and clean and she is always on time for my appointment. Jen is very gentle and does a fantastic job. Also priced way better than a lot of competitors. Highly recommend!

This location is extremely clean and appealing. The environment makes you feel so relaxed. Jennifer Chaves does the BEST lashes. Ive been to several places and she is definitely the most skilled. The lashes look amazing, stay long and look natural. If you expect quality service, this is your place and Jennifer is your lash expert!

I am so happy I found Jenn! I have been getting my eyelash extensions with another eyelash professional for several years. I decided to give Jenn a try and I am elated with my lashes and Jenn’s salon. It is serene, impeccably clean, she sends you a protocol to follow before even arriving at the salon. In light of COVID-19, safety and cleanliness are top on her list. She wears her protective gear and has a clear shield between you and her (as one lays down the shield is right behind the top of your head). It protects you and it protects her. Of course, masks are required to be worn by clients as well the entire time you are in there.Now let’s let to the serene, clean and airy, gorgeous salon. The music is serene, and Jenn is very calming and conversational (if you wish to speak or not i am sure you could fall asleep) while doing your lashes. The appointment was exactly under one hour and the lashes are spectacular. I had them refilled on Wednesday and they are still perfect 5 days laterI highly recommend Jenn if you are looking for eyelash extensions in Miami.

New in the area and yelp this place. I reached out to Jen and got a immediately response back and got in the same day. Went in and got my eyebrows wax I was very happy with the result Jen did. I think I have found my new spot Jen is amazing. My eyebrows looks super clean and she knows exactly what she’s doing and knows how shape to suit your face. Easy to find the location and the inside is very clean, nice music and very sweet lady I highly recommended Jen

I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try because 1)it was close to my house, 2) prices are reasonable and 3) read all very good reviews. I am glad I gave it a shot because it’s my new lash and brow place. I have been to more than several lash extension places here in Miami and I can truthfully say that this is the one I am most comfortable with thus far in all aspects. Besides the reasons already stated, I loved the fact that Jennifer did exactly what I wanted, she took her time and did not rush at all and she also wore a mask, and gloves which you would think all estheticians do due to sanitation, but the truth is they don’t.Last, the place is quiet and she is super focused on her job which I personally prefer (not a fan of chatty people while trying to relax).Highly recommend this place.

Made contact close to my birthday after cancellation with another brow shop. Jen was able to fit me in and I was beyond happy with the results. My brows, brow tint, and hybrid lashes were perfect. Shes kind and detailed. Id definitely recommend her services!!

I moved in to the area couple days ago and today I found this place😍. The environment is amazing everything is pink which looks so comfy and really cute 🥰 the salon is all clean and every detail makes it perfect. The service was really good and I loved my eyebrows.
