    Paul v did a wonderful job on my color and I can’t even begin to describe how much I love my extensions that Lily installed on the same day.     I dont really want to share her but... Julia is sooooooo amazing! Need color? Julia is an amazing colorist. Need it cut? Check and check. Extensions? Short? Long? Curly? Straight? Say no more, shes got you covered and will take the time to make sure its perfect. Not to mention she is the friendliest stylist I have ever had. Honestly, cant say enough good things about her cause Im sure theres a word limit on reviews LOL.     I came in for extensions knowing very little. Lily took time to explain all the options and pros/cons of our options. She did an amazing job matching the color I wanted, and the Invisilink extensions are perfect - so small and easy to hide.Also, choosing hair from their hair closet supply with the stylist to help was SO much easier than trying to buy hair online. I was the first appointment of the day so can’t say for sure, but the salon seems very organized and like it keeps appointments on time.Thanks Lily!

    My hair had so many different colors plus grays on the roots. I’m so glad I went to Chic Hair Salon. Dasha the stylist is so sweet and an incredible stylist. She fixed my hair with a beautiful color for my skin tone. I was so happy with the results because so far I haven’t had any great experiences with stylists in Miami. Dasha really nailed it. Plus the salon has a great atmosphere and everyone was so sweet. I highly recommend.

    I’ve had my hair extensions done by two different places, one in Chicago and one in miami and none compare to how amazing these girls do your hair. From their invisible links to their skills and service they are undoubtedly the best in the business and the most efficient at what they do. Their cost to quality out measures everyone else in the country. They truly value the customer and do what is best for them with service, skill and cost! They truly look out for you and not trying to make a business out of it. They are so accommodating and a true pleasure to work with and the fastest in the business.     This was my 3rd keratin bond extension installation and my first color with this group of beautiful people. They never disappoint.     Viktoria is amazing, I flew all the way to Miami from Seattle to get keratin extensions from her after seeing pictures of her work and she was MORE than worth it. I had extremely short hair (pixie) and other stylists I reached out to were concerned with being about to make extensions look natural in my hair, Viktoria never had doubts about it and made it blend perfectly. Anyone who was at the salon was blown away at how well she did, I look like a different person. They were extremely transparent with pricing even before the appointment and then during the checked in after doing a full evaluation. Anastasia was my stylist and was extremely knowledgeable, patient and communicative in each step during the whole process. It was the first time I didnt have a headache walking out from an extension appointment. I have very thin hair and the blend of hair density, color and weight are absolutely perfect. I had a bad experience in the other hair salon and keep coming back here.My hair thin and very fine and after doing the research on different methods of expressions I found this be the best!     I drove 4 hours from key west to Miami after reading the reviews. Took out my dreadlocks of 5 years and was looking to get micro keratin extensions until my hair filled out a bit. When I got there, i was told that my hairstylist’s flight was cancelled so he was still in New York. No one called me to tell me. For a quick minute I was worried but they were able to get another stylist in (ivinita) to take my appointment. The tall blonde at the front desk was so sweet & color matched a few different extensions to get the exact color. My hair was damaged, lifeless & had no style. Ivinita was super professional and made me look AMAZING!! You can’t even tell that I got extensions and I didn’t even have to color my hair. This salon was 100% worth the drive and I will never trust another salon other than this one. The salon is beautiful & clean also. Can’t wait to book my next appointment!

    I’ve been going to NYC Chic for the last three years for color, extensions, treatments, make up and even nails. The owners are fantastic and incredibly hands on. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable team when it comes to extensions. Lily and Anastasia are incredible and always have the best attitude.The hair extensions closet is what sets them apart. I can get fresh hair whenever I want because they always have it on hand. I live two hours away and travel each month for their services. Yes NYC Chic is that good! Pro tip: they have very competitive pricing and do not overcharge. I’ve found that driving the two hours is still cheaper than going anywhere in my city.

    This is a gem of a salon. I came in for the roots color with Elena and a Russian manicure with Anna. Elena was great, she took the time to listen to my concerns the possible allergic reaction and picked a product and process that worked perfectly and I left with beautiful and shiny hair and a perfectly calm scalp skin.And Annas Russian manicure technique is truly top notch, if you never had a Russian mani before, you should try it sometimes - you will be amazed by how much better it is, and how much more beautiful the nails look as a result.Highly recommend!

    Amazing! Lilly is so talented and detailed with her approach! My hair has truly never looked better. The quality of the extensions are unmatched and as someone with naturally wavy hair I’ve always struggled to find extensions that blend. I truly can’t tell where my extensions are and where my natural hair begins! This is also due to the detailed approach with the color match.     I came in to the salon to get a Pro Keratin treatment and do extensions and absolutely LOVED everything! The salon was beautiful and all of the hair stylists were very nice and professional. Both of the owners are very professional and welcoming. Viktoria (the owner) picked the perfect color for my extensions and knew exactly what I wanted. I flew in the same day to get my hair done and had a flight to go back home the same day and the stylists worked very fast knowing I had a flight the same day! Upon leaving, I was educated on how to take care of my hair and received multiple hair products and a special hair brush for extensions.100% recommend to anyone wanting to get extensions and a keratin treatment!

    I was looking for a place to get extensions while in Miami and my friend recommended that I go here because she absolutely loved her extensions when she got hers. She went ahead and called them for me and they were able to take me within the next hour. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a welcome and a glass of champagne. They listened to exactly what I wanted and had three different stylist work on my hair…one started with dying just the front frame to match the extensions cause I did ask for a little bit of light color to be mixed in and the other two applied the extensions together. It was quicker than I thought it would be and the champagne kept on coming. I am very happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back!

    These people are masters at their craft. Had my eyebrows cleaned up and tinted, hair color and extensions. My life has improved significantly since they elevated my already beautiful face to HOTNESS. Yury is so nice and inviting. Everyone is nice and friendly--not pretentious which is a big deal in Brickell. I love this place.
