If you want the best blowout or best hair color, please come here. Celia is the best hairdresser ever!! Shes been doing my hair and my mothers hair since I was a very young child and still does my hair till this day. Shes my go-to every single time I need my natural hair straightened. She has always treated us like family and its a very inviting atmosphere there in her salon. -
